I've used this site many times before and had no problems and good correspondence, but 1 week ago I ordered and money was swiftly taken.
Since then i've sent 3 mails asking if there is any problem with my order and heard nothing back.
Getting a bit worried now...

I placed an order on 06/10/2016 they took £130.50 from my bank when the cost stated was £113.00. I have had a couple of emails from "laura" whoever she is, second email offering a refund that very week... well of course I did not get it and now not answering my emails. I will report them it is disgusting, they should not get away with it. I want my money back

They do not deliver on time or not at all. They are always out of stock but are quite willing to take your money and tell you afterwards and then tell you to wait and string you along. Don't touch them with a barge-pole - wish I could award minus 5

Just spent an hour on the phone to my bank, after using this so called company I've had 4 fraudulent transactions on my account, bank says this is dodgy site, I've had to cancel my card and now have to wait for a new one, seriously avoid

Based in China, the payment goes through and you get all the right emails re delivery etc, but if you try to call them it goes straight to music. They don't reply to their emails. Reported them to Barclays fraud and got my money back. Scammers from China.

I have had issues sleeping for years, I take zopies every night. Better sleep with them than Valium although zolpidem are the same and work just as well. How do I sell the tablets I don't need if I bought too much!? I'm an electrician to trade before I hear people saying this is a scam. I'm looking for advice, not needing to sell any to you? For the record I normally buy my tablets from "sleepingpillsuk"

My complaint is pretty much the same as the person who posted onto the site, saying they ordered tablets in September, paid £34.99 and never received the tablets. I have had exactly the same experience. Although I have written and complained I have received nothing in reply and they have simply taken my money and not sent the product. A very bad experience and I would advise others not to purchase anything from this company.

Company will not answer emails or there chat line

Had used this site for a while with no problems. Made payment by bank transfer as I had built up trust with the seller. Nothing arrived and all communication ignored. Sent several emails over the course of a few weeks. Do not buy from here, compete scam.

This 'company' is obviously some sort of rogue trader, who never answers queries or responds to emails.
After reading the other reviews posted here, I cancelled my Visa card -- they won't get their grubby little hands on MY money.

I put an order in on Sleeping pills uk and it's been 12 days now, no sign of anything or response to my emails asking where they are. There seem to be mixed reviews about these sites, they're confusing.

Both orders have been delivered and product is genuine.
Laura (customer support) is top notch helpful.
Totally recommend to any customers but be aware delivery is not the quickest but they do make that clear on the site.

Ordered on Saturday evening, confirmation email instantly. Email to say order had been processed and dispatched on Sunday, delivered Tuesday morning.

Product is genuine. I cannot find fault with this company and would have no hesitation in using them again, which I certainly will do, and I would recommend if you are looking for a reliable supplier.

Ordered twice from this company - no problem. Third time, they took money and didn't send product. Emailed lots of times - no response! My cc phoned me to say that my account was at risk and they blocked my card. Checked my. Account and I'm 120.00 out of pocket. I have used several sites since then but transferred it instead. Fraud. They gain your trust and then pounce. Avoid them completely

I have used this site about 4 times with success, BUT! My last order never turned up despite repeated emails, they replied twice blaming their suppliers and assured me it would be with me within the next few days. This didn't happen. I emailed them again to ask for my money back and no response. Do not buy from these scammers! I can't even log into my account now! All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!
