At first, I was a bit nervous ordering my prom dress online but I am very pleased with the outcome. The dress came way before expected and the company replied to any concerns I had right away. I also got my measurements done custom and I had a few requests to change the dress to my liking and it was perfect. I definitely recommend this website if you don't wanna spend too much on a prom dress!

I was very nervous about my dress after seeing some of the reviews, I'm giving it 4 stars because it did take a month to come and I was under the impression the dress was from the uk. But after seeing the dress it came just like the photos and I was pleasantly surprised. I can't wait to wear this for my wedding day.

I would just like to say how impressed I am with my prom dress. It is amazingly beautiful & I have no idea why anyone would want to spend thousands of dollars on gowns when these gowns are exactly the same for half the price tag. Delivery was amazing, I couldn't believe it when the courier knocked at my door! This company not only had great communication and helpful service, but the dress was beautiful too. Purchased for my daughter prom. Make sure you measure before you buy as sizing is different to European. Also my daughter is 5ft6 amd was wearing heels but as we more petite I took the hem up as was very long. Thia was easy enough to do, but just to make anyone aware you may also need to do this if you like us on the shorter, side. The quality of the dress was excellent and also washes well. She looked and felt like a princess. Thank you, so much for all your help.

This dress is very much well made! I absolutely love it! The quality is wonderful! And I can't wait to wear it! I will have to say the tiny sash/bow in the front and the lace up in the back was a very light blush color not a darkened pink as the pic showed but I'm happy it turned out that way because now my shoes I bought march to the dress! There are good things I can say about this dress and company. I was told about this website from a friend and I was a little scared at first because it's hard to know how something is going to fit by looking at a picture. This dress made me feel so pretty and it even had enough fabric for me to twirl lol. The dress is very good quality for the price and fit like a glove. I will tell everyone I know about this website and will definitely use this again the next time I go to a Mardi Gras bal. I received so many compliments on this dress. They do not send you a confirmation email but you can look up your order on their website.

Never in my life have I found a company with such poor customer service. I believed I was ordering a maternity dress for my pregnant sister to be my maid of honour at my wedding. I ordered a size that according to their sizing information should fit her... it doesnt! I have sent about 10 emails about it and they just reply with some rubbish excuse followed by sorry. Please understand. They refuse to sort or exchange. I have never known a company with such bad customer service. Do NOT buy from here! Avoid them!
