This company runs a highly deceptive marketing site
This company is a scam. Do not order from them. They manipulate the ordering process to effect over ordering and charging. There is no response to complaints other than preprogrammed platitudes. Paypal should not serve as a vendor. I have complained to PayPal about having them as a client. I will keep complaining until they are removed.
I ordered 1 ear wax removal tool ( bad product-dangerous) they sent me 8. Phone number and any links they send to you from inquiry are bogus. Address us NY, but returns are paid shipping to Germany by me and cost as much as the product.
Original purchase was Dec 7 and I gave been trying to return 7 of them for a month. I have been getting the run around until I just realized today I am out of the 30 day return window. Mission accomplished, Tvidler. Oversell, overcharge, no return possibility, only lies, false phone numbers links and promises. PLUS a horrible product to begin with.
A picture below shows invoice when I tried to buy one. 4 separate invoices that I never reviewed or confirmed.
Also try calling that phone number.

You see the ad, you look at items, you exit and never place an order but right away you see charges to your PalPal account. The company refuses to cancel. Refuses to refund. Claims filing a PayPal dispute means you can't get a refund. Will offer a discount to keep. Wants you to absorb shipping charges for what you didn't order. Wants to charge a restock fee for items they sent you that you didn't order. Look the company up. Tons of complaints and company is identified as a scammer. Beware and spread the word. Don't be the next person they rob.

Ordered ONE of these dumb things and they sent me and BILLED me for FOUR!
It would cost more for me to return them to GERMANY than it costs me to begin with for
FOUR of them.
They did not do anything for cleaning my ears at all.
I blame myself for falling for this because I did not research this product first and read the reviews.
Im stuck with four of them... if anyone wants to buy one for me for 50% off what I paid for it.
Im contacting my CC company to see if they can get my money back.

If you order a product their system will automatically add other products to your order with no ability for you to check, edit or cancel. I tried to cancel the order for over 24 hours of numerous back and forth emails. The products I don't need have been shipped and my credit card charged. They confirm shipping charges will be added if I return it but they cannot tell me what these charges are? My credit card company says a return label should be free of any charges - if not, they will open an investigation. Please don't be a victim of this scam!

I Ordered 1 Tvindler Ear Wax Remover 8 weeks ago. They have not delivered it. Also, I only ordered 2 and they sent me 4. There website is lousy. When you order an item they show many many other items, encouraging you to buy them before you can finally checkout. I contacted Tvindler several times but did not get adequate answers. I have yet to be reimbursed for the item and shipping, although I have requested it multiple times.

I have trouble with my ears frequently, but switching to this means I don't have to run the risk of infections anymore. My brother ahs been using this spiral ear cleaner for a few month now and how amazed I am with how much dirt he gets from his ears! He asked me to try it myself since there are spare heads. OH GOSH! Reminder: Do not to shove. Just turn and when you feel slight pressure pull out to avoid accidents. Never try to reach eardrum that is a big mistake people do with q tips which is wrong. Other cleaning methods is to use ear wax removal liquid wash. Recommend if you dislike using liquid wash. Just remember not to push deep into ear.

So far, I am satisfied. Maybe I do not have the amount of wax buildup as I assumed however I must say it was soft to the touch which is fabulous for moms who wish to clean their kids ear. Overall for the price I am very comfortable with the product and it had a lot of replacement parts.

This is an amazing product you can buy at such reasonable price. After using it 2 days in a row, I only can say I'm so happy I bought this tool. The silicone spiral tip didn't hurt my ears at all. In fact, I discovered a bloody scab inside my right ear, which was caused by too forceful a use of stainless-steel tool. Thankful that I have Tvidler. Safe and effective!

The tornado-like tip is made of soft silicone that effectively removes my earwax. It has to be used with a technique to make it more effective. Inserting and rotating gently- clockwise did the trick for me. I usually do it twice a week, usually after bathing.

I did not have the highest expectations for Tvidler but oh man was I wrong! It is made of quality material, it's handy, presentable, and works as effective. It's lightweight so it's easy to carry around even when you are travelling. Would recommend this if anyone is looking for a good way to get your earwax efficiently without hurting yourself.

Tvidler works! But please take note that you have to still be careful as you could damage your ears, but this works exactly how it was advertised and it's better than cotton buds! I cleared my ears with it no problem. I recommend this.
