I have been fighting with this company for several weeks to try to get a refund for products that my husband (who has brain cancer with cognitive decline) ordered in error. They have been horrible to deal with and they do not care about the fact that my husband has brain cancer.

I realized within 30 minutes of my husband placing the order that an error had been made. I messaged the company immediately and was assured that they would cancel the order and we would not be charged. A few days later charges that totaled over $140.00 hit my husband's PayPal account. I began a long series of messages with the company about their shipping/charging error. No one cared. When the products arrived weeks later I had to pay $83.65 to ship the products to Lithuania.

First they tried to say that they would charge a 15% restocking fee and I would not be reimbursed for the $83.65 shipping fee I had to pay. After a lot of arguing they agreed not to charge us the 15% restocking fee. But they are refusing to reimburse us for the $83.65 shipping fee that we had to pay because they failed to honor their agreement to cancel the order and not charge us. All they do is send me links to their refund policy. I repeat--NO ONE AT THIS COMPANY ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT OUR CIRCUMSTANCES OR THAT THEY MADE AN ERROR IN SHIPPING THE ORDER AND CHARGING US.

I have found this company to be dishonest, deceptive and misleading. Never, ever order anything from www.tvidler.com or www.enence.com (their parent company).

Someone from TVidler did reach out to me after I posted my scathing review of their horrible customer service. But even then it was just a scam to make it seem like they responded to a customer complaint. I tried to follow up with them again and was met with radio silence. This company told me, via chat within 30 minutes of my husband erroneously placing this order, that they would cancel the order and I would not be charged. Then they didn't cancel the order, they shipped it and charged me. It cost me $83.65 to ship the brand new, unused products to Lithuania. TVidler never acknowledged that they went back on their word and they never apologized. All they have to do is look up the chat I had with their service rep to verify that they agreed to cancel the order and not charge us. I am now out more than $103, the sum of the $83.65 shipping charge to return the items plus their "restocking fee". This is a total scam company. Avoid them like the plague.

11/19/2023 UPDATE:

After forcing me to pay $83.65 to return the unused product to an address in Lithuania, no one from this company even bothered to pick up the product. Weeks after I mailed the unused product to the Lithuanian address, the box was returned to me in California as unclaimed. I think it was all a ruse and the Lithuanian address was a smokescreen to cover their scam. I never did receive the promised refund of the shipping fee and the restocking charge. And of course they cannot restock when they didn't claim the returned box in Lithuania.

DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A TOTAL SCAM COMPANY AND THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
