This Tvidler ear tool cleaner is very innovative. I was very excited when I got it and I used it immediately. It was able to clean my ears well and I am happy with it.

I received my product about 6 weeks late and it just doesnt work at all - got it 3 or 4 days ago and tried it - it sucks! Called customer service twice first time disconnected and 2nd time was told IF THE PRODUCT IS SIMPLY TRIED there is No returns - Gaslit situation - so im calling my bank and warning others of their service, unspoken rules and complete silliness - DONT purchase unless youre into placebo effects.

I will not use this company again. When I was placing my order, the company accepted it prior to the last step of confirming payment. I contacted them to cancell the order within a few hours, and was told that the customer person person I spoke with could do nothing except forward the request. I thent received this email. "A new ticket has been created according to your request. Within 1-2 hours, your ticket will be assigned to one of our dedicated Customer Support Agents. As soon as it is assigned, you will receive a separate notification via email". The following morning, I received this message: "Since your order has already been processed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order. Once the tracking number is uploaded, you will receive an email confirmation". I was provided with information about returning item for a refund minus shipping costs and a 15% fee, or a 15% discount for an item that I tried to cancel. It is difficult to believe that an item was dispatched within few hours of the order that I did not confirm in the first place. Finally, the item does not do what it promised. I will not use tvidler again.

I ordered a Tvidler, and I accidentally mashed a button I wasn't supposed to. I added an extra handle by mistake. Upon realizing my error, I got on their chat line, and texted with one of their agents. This was 5 minutes after placing my order. She said a request had been sent to their warehouse to modify the order, but she could not guarantee that the warehouse would receive the request before shipping the product. Then she basically tried to get rid of me by asking if there was anything else she could help me with. This was a horrible joke in my mind, because she had already failed to help me with a very simple, straightforward request. I could see that the chat agent was a dead end, so I thanked her for pretending to help me, and ended the chat session. The next day, I got a notice informing me that my order was on its' way. Normally, I would have been thrilled to receive such prompt service, but in this case, not so much. It was as if they had put a rush on the order so I wouldn't have time to change it. They made sure to point out that I can't change the order now, and I have to pay for postage and a 15% "remorse fee" if I want a refund. I'm going to file a dispute with PayPal, and see if they can't help me nullify the transaction, but I'm skeptical that they will be able to assist me with these scam artists. Horrible company! The customer service is a complete joke!

It is my first time to use Tvidler and the effect is very good. I don't have to worry about it hurting my ears because it has a soft texture and can clear my earwax. I just love using it so much!

I just love how Tvidler works so painlessly and thorough. Just turn it clockwise and you feel how deep it goes and it works great. I don't use qtips anymore. Thank you!

Cleaning my ears has never been this convenient. I find the design so unique that I bought 2 right away for a gift. Great workmanship.

I turned it counterclockwise and my earwaxes were removed. Tvidler really works. Even my family was able to use it. Just take note to use it after shower to make cleaning easier.

Was able to remove a pretty amount of ear eax with its very soft silicone spiral tip. Twistng counterclockwise worked well for me. Did it after bath too, as advised. Great product.

I just opened it, it doesn't remove any wax. So sad I fell for this. Be aware. Don't believe these reviews.

It's the "corkscrew" look alike end is the main reason I purchased! Already used it. Happy with it, works fine in cleaning.

Complete waste of money and time does not work and when you go to get a refund they don't reply' don't waste your money

I recommend this because it was able to remove earwax out. Do it slowly and regularly after bath to get the best results.

The size of the spiral head and its softness is exactly the way I need it. Very effective and safe to use. Highly recommend this to every household!
