Youtube TV took $65 from my bank account without my consent. I saw an advertisement while online, and decided to sign up for the FREE 5 day trial. After looking at the Youtube TV service for 15 minutes, I immediately canceled the 5 day free trial. The reason for immediate cancellation was because the STREAMING SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. There were SEVERAL GLITCHES, and the selection of streams weren't good. The same day I accepted the free trial offer, I checked my bank account and they had charged me $65.45 days later I still have NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK from them. I emailed them several times, and they lied to me saying they refunded me the same day. They continued lies for several weeks, even after showing my bank account statement (to date) as they requested. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH ANY INFORMATION. Sadly, this is a crooked company.
I am using YouTube tv, only because that is what is offered here where I am renting an overpriced Room and the TV is YouTube. First, the Interface is HORRIBLE. Tiny print that is impossible to read even if you have good eyesight. The Interface is just downright difficult to navigate. I have had every cable service out there, and this is by far the poorest design of interface I have come across. Very poor design. Whoever designed this interface should go take a closer look at almost ANY other cable service interface. Worst of all is the DVR. There may be unlimited storage, but constant issues w failure to record, episodes of recording that just randomly disappear, and random inability to fast forward or go go backward. It seems every day there is another quality and user issue I am trying to overcome. Overall, I HATE this service. I will NEVER order this service for TV viewing when I move. It is WAYYY overpriced for how clunky it is w much work needed to be done to overcome many random glitches, and just poor design.
Figured I would try their special for a month. Boy what a major mistake-they want extra $$$ to get 4K-a freebie with Fubo. Very clumsy to operate and that is rather surprising as google is not new to video but the system is very lame. Near impossible to erase a recording is a big negative as navigation gets more and more cluttered-believe they are purged after 9 mos and I am not staying past a month. Be aware they do not have the History or Science channel. Now for the recordings-with 25$ Philo-and $8 Frndly you can zip past commercials, in well over 75% of the cases that is not possible with youtubetv. Just love to spend a chunk of money and get 20 mins of commercials in a 60 minute program. They are so desperate for commercials that India commercials are televised. Really can think of little positive to say-well one positive it was pretty easy to cancel. Will be going back to Fubo for the football season and to either Philo or Frndly for off season. Also had problems and managed to find a working line to them and after that with DVR lockups the phone line directed you to their website with zero answers and zero help.
We lost 2 minutes of playtime. Was going into 4qt and returned with 13 mins left.

NFL NEEDS TO REVOKE THEIR CONTRACT.
I love the ninja kids and the songs are awesome so when I watch them I really want to meet the ninja kids.

YouTube lacks what most streamer suppliers provide seamlessly - the ability to rewind without providing a massive glitch. Way overpriced.
I did a trial with them back in Dec.2022. When my trial ended I went to their website to cancel. They had on that page "CANCEL NOW" which I clicked on. It took me to a membership page which only showed options for adding more stuff. Did not mention cancellation at all. So of course, I thought I had done all that I could do. In Jan. I was charged for the whole month. I disputed the charge but it was stated as being pending. I went online to try to find a phone number or email address for YOUTUBETV and or GOOGLE because they own it now. I found absolutely nothing. In the meantime CITI the credit card company that I used just for the trial kept charging me and I kept disputing. CITI keep sending me messages saying Google had until 4/1 or 4/2 to respond. They sent me a letter denying my dispute and putting the charge back on my account. They said a response from GOOGLE/YOUTUBE TV was attached but it wasn't. On 2/23 I tried to reach GOOGLE again. I finally found a place to dispute a charge and they sent me an email saying they would look into it. But they obviously never did because they've been charging me every month since then. I tried researching again and disputing charge. When I did that it took me to a page which showed the memberships that I had had with them. The only one they showed was for 11/2020 which of course was several years ago. Plus they sent me an email asking me to come back to YOUTUBETV. I'm very disappointed in both companies. They both failed me. I've given CITI 7 days to resolve this or I will close out my account. Which is more than enough in my opinion. I would not recommend either of these companies to join. The opportunity to speak with a live agent doesn't exist. For GOOGLE you can't even write everything you need to before you run out of characters. I will never, ever deal with GOOGLE/YOUTUBETV again. And hope and pray no one else ever has to go through what I am still going through. This site would
I assumed YOU TUBE TV would be a service with integrity, boy was I wrong. It is impossible to cancel. For the month free trial, gave my credit card singed up in two minutes. Good luck canceling, I spent hours trying to cancel. Websights is a joke. You go to cancel and they send you to a Web page to add more channels. Finally I got fed up and sent non stop complants. Every time they asked for comments they got a earful from me.
Finally someone emailed, said I was canceled. I don't believe them. They said I was canceled when I canceled at the end of my free trial. UTUBETV IS NOT SENIOR FRENDLY, and they are not transparent. You tube tv, why screw people out of money$ and offer horrible wedsights and no customer service. Give your members great tv and great costomer service. I judge companies on their customer support, and THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. Oh great, now I have to work on the past charges. The tv was ok, service is a -10

I signed up for youtube TV with Verizon Fios nearly 3 years ago. I've been on autopay ever since. I've never missed a payment and have never been even 1 day late. 4 days ago youtube tv shut of my service for no apparent reason. Nothing has changed, not the credit card, not the pay date, not the autopay, nothing...
Despite the fact that I paid via autopay, again, both sides keep saying its the other guys fault and I can get no resolution and no service.
I've always wanted to add HULU, I guess its time to add HULU+ TV with a different internet service provider.
Verizon has been working with me to find a resolution but Youtube TV is the worst and has nothing to say other than we didn't get paid, which they did.
Edit: It took nearly a week but my service is back on. Verizon gave me a one month credit for the interruption while Youtube offered nothing. I will most likey be switching my streaming service with the next promo/special offered by HULU+TV. Youtube/Google has ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service of any industry. You are constantly connected with overseas centers and I'm sry but if you can not speak clear English, you should not be doing customer service for American customers. I asked several times to speak with a supervisor and I was never connected and never called back despite multiple requests and promises that I would be called back. I was seriously considering a Pixel cell phone but will never purchase anything associated with Google.
I Do Not Recommend buying anything associated with Google. If something goes wrong, getting help is a nightmare. This is not my 1st encounter with a Google service. I had started using Google voice a few years ago but ran into several issues trying to get with that service also. Basically, you have to rely on community forums for any help. Google just doesn't care about its customers.

In early June 2022 I signed up for a free trial of YouTube TV and on June 18th was charged $59.39 for the streaming service (discounted first 2 months). During my trial period I could access the service, although it required authenticating my account almost every time I opened the site. However, when I started to be charged on June 18th, I was locked out of my account and to this day I don't know why. I tried everything I could to find out what I did wrong. I spent countless hours on the internet; I consulted with my IT staff at work; I spoke with tech savvy people; all to no avail. YouTube TV does not provide human tech support and this is extremely frustrating. KEEP THAT IN MIND!
I emailed Google at *******@google.com, after finding out that that was the avenue to bring up my issue with them. I explained that I could not access my account as the system would not recognize the phone number I entered in the dual authentication process used in entering an account. Without access to the account, I could not access the service. I received a response stating that my account could not be restored because "it was found to have been used in a way that violated Google policies." When I visited the Google Accounts Help Center, as suggested in the email, it instructed me to go to my account! Therein lies the problem; I am in a catch 22!
In response to the Google reply, I emailed again, this time demanding a refund for a service I could not access. I received the same response from Google Accounts stating that my account "can't be restored because "it was found to have been used in a way that violated Google policies."
I had no alternative but to inform my credit card company. The dispute, while ongoing, has an unfortunate aspect to it. The credit card company requires that I show evidence of cancelling the service. Therein lies a problem. How can I do that if I can't access my account to cancel the service? The card company appreciated and understood the dilemma and credited my the charge of $59.39 as a good will gesture; primarily for being a loyal customer for years. It also assured me that it would block Google from attempting to charge me in subsequent months. We shall see on July 18th!
I want everyone reading this review to understand what they are getting into when signing up for YouTube TV; especially those of you, like me, who are not tech savvy. This service is unforgiving!
