All the positive reviews are fake. Look at the names. Everyone has the same last initial. Same picture. Same indian name that makes no sense. I got the same tutor 2x. My 12 year old had to teach her science concepts. Then the tutor cancelled the session. No right answers. Only wrong ones. I too can google answers and put it up on a white board. Faster even. And it won't cost you a dime. I started my first session with the easiest math question I could find. 15 minutes later I got so board that i gave the answer. The tutor was so happy! I am so smart. I asked them to pay my daughter for her tutoring the tutor. Maybe they could hire her.

I went on the site in order to see how this website works. I got into a chat with a rep, and everything was fine until i asked him if he could solve a problem so i can get a good understanding on how the system works. The rep ask me for my information like email and contact number, but i don't comfortable with doing that. After i informed him of that, he didn't reply for 10 minutes. When he did, all he said was i need your information. This service is freaken terrible.

I gave into this site and purchased a 1 week plan. Let me just say that I had a homework assignment in chemistry that was extremely important because I had to use it to study for the final. I can't believe the service they are offering you for the money. This website is a great way to get sleep deprivation because it sucked up my entire evening. I failed the chemistry test because I didn't have time to study the assignment I completed with the tutor. To do one assignment, it took the tutor 6 hours to complete. I'm just glad they have a 100% money back guarantee because I got a refund faster than I could blink my eye.

I have been using Tutor vista for about 2 years now and the service is excellent. When we started it was not 24/7 and now they moved to a 24/7 tutor availability model. The teachers are well qualified and know their subject well. Sometimes, they have an accent issue. One if the issues i faced was the audio tutoring would crash the browser and since then moved to non-audio white board tutoring and that is working great. I understand that they fixed the issues on the audio, but i never got a chance to try it again. Overall happy with the service.

I tired a free trail with tutorvista.com and after free trail i signed up for 1 month plan. Tutors are really helpful and they offered me good discounts, before paying i was looking for reviews and found some negative feedback on here

I tried out the free tutorial so that i could try this service out before buying. Joe was the admin and he said my session would last 5-8 minutes. The tutor took about 20 minutes to appear and he scribbled so fast, i couldn't read the handwriting, AT ALL. When he finished i asked him what it said and he kept saying look at the board, didn't explain a thing! He even gave me the completely wrong answer! I told them i have tutors.com, because i get it free through my school and they bashed their site completely. I made sure to tell them that tutors.com was much nicer, and clearly not a bad site. I just wanted to see what other sites were out there that would give me a deal because i am running out of time on their site. They were rude, gave me a wrong answer, pushy to buy when they didn't even show me pricing. I am concerned about this site, and i had to write a review.

I SPENT 3 hours for 10 Questions and each tutor was only able to get 50% of the questions RIGHT. None of them could help me complete my hw. I am just as lost as I was when I start except now I lost 50 bucks and tons of time. Much of the time was taken up by tutors just reading the questions and sadly they would still get the answer wrong. I have to start my hw over 3 times because i was only permitted 3 questions wrong. What a pain in the $#*!? Use a more reliable site.

All the tutors I've had are able to get the correct answers for my questions, but only a few are able to explain concepts or steps in a problem where I am able to easily understand. So I stick with the tutors who can explain easily, and where they don't just GIVE the answer, but work through a problem with me. On the other hand, customer support is not always great. They say they will refund my minutes due to some technical issues on their site, but they don't keep their word half the time.

I found this site from a search engine for Math Help and I was at a right place, because its one on one tutoring and tutors will solve all the questions I present in a easy and understanding way. Not only Maths, I was impressed with Chemistry subjects. One day I was stuck with an statistics problem so logged in to get help instantly I got a nice tutor also. Within few minutes I got my answer and now I understood how to solve the problem with my own. This site is as cool as the rating.
