Bracelet arrived broken. I called and they initially were going to issue a return label so I could ship it back for free. They then changed it to tell me just donate the bracelet to charity and my credit card has been refunded. I like the thought of charity if I can repair the bracelet.
I have ordered 3 times and 2 out of the 3 times the products were perfect. 1 item is lost when I called customer service I was treated respectfully and the girl was very helpful. She reported to the shipping department and assured me they will reship it. Due to the professionalism of the representative I'm sure I will be satisfied.
When I found Tumble Deal I was hesitant, so I bought a purse, for $24, because I figured I could accept this loss if it turned out bad. It was GREAT. The purse arrived quickly. It was exactly as advertised. Everything I have ordered since has been the same great experience. I have got several of my friends tumbling as well.

My makeup organizer was exactly as it was in the picture... so sturdy n plenty of room for all my make... it turns so no reaching for the item you wanted... so excited with this item... price was outstanding. Item is very sturdy... color options. N it was shipped immediately... the packaging was great! I'm so happy with this product. I'm thinking about ordering one for each of my three girls... such a great deal... i order from tumble deal all the time and I'm so happy with their products...

I was charged for "free shipping". Sent an email an within a few hours I had a response on a Saturday! You don't hear from most companies for at least 24 hours & not on the weekend. I am a new customer but will be around for a long time!
Curtis's reply (from TumbleDeal.com) is quick, very helpful, clear, and dependabe; making me believe that the Coach handbag I bought online is 100% authentic.

I made a purchase on 2/10/2016 for two handbags which were absolutely gorgeous. One is excellent while the other had a malfunction of the strap twice. I returned the item for a replacement and the same thing happened with the replacement item. Although, I would love to have the handbag, I decided that twice was enough of the return, receive, break phase, so I opted for a refund.
Today I received a second quilt (after not receiving the first one ordered) which customer service is sending me a mailing label to return. I finally received a quilt 3 days ago and the reordered quilt came today. Go figure!
Customer service has been very supportive and responsive to my needs.

I happened to stumble upon Tumble Deal. Not only are the prices on products extremely low, the products themselves are top notch. All you need to know is the product and what deal is really good.The customer service team is prompt, polite, and very helpful.
I order a few kitchen items for my daughter. They are junk. They are all basically dollar store type of items. Total garbage all made in China. The worst of all was that one item arrived dirty. It was a set of stainless steal colanders. They had a fine sand type of material on them. It was so gross. I wrote them and emailed them and never heard back. This site was a total let down. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM
I was able to get a quick response from the customer service when I had a problem with the cell phone that I've purchased. I'm happy the way I was treated and instructed what to do. I think this business is legitimate and I'm looking forward to continue dealing with them in the future.
Gave to husband and found that he really does enjoy my food. So wil give it to my niece and buy another one in a larger size for my husband. :) When I gave it to him, his eyes really lit up. I am sorry it was too small. So, the ring runs true to size! :)
I am very satisfied with my purchase of a iPad 4 I was fortunate to get it at the price of 275.00 and it is in perfect condition, refurbished, and it was packed real nice and it was delivered in about seven days, I would recommend TumbleDeal to any one interested in getting a good deal!
It took more than four weeks to receive the purse.
The dimensions of the purse are not on the website. I wanted a small purse and the size was OK. The other purse I received, though, was much smaller than expected. Please put dimensions, height, width, depth when describing an article. It does make a difference.
Despite what the paid trolls here say about how wonderful Bang good crap is, I wouldn't know. It's never made it to the U.S. As far as I can tell they kept my money and didn't ship a thing. I will never do business with this ripoff place again and I just kissed that 120 bucks away. Should have known better.
My first time ordering from this company. Was highly disappointed with merchandise. Ordered a mkf bag. Instead got a really cheap plastic looking version. Then it had a tag on it that had DS on it, plus it was all buckled up at the bottom and gold trim was a hard plastic resin. What a ripoff. Never will order from them again. Said purses are final sell yet everything else u can return. Sounds like a scam to me. Please read carefully return policy and items could not be what u think.
