Received communication that order was shipped and would be delivered shortly.
I was also asked to wait for at least 24hrs for delivery but after 3days it never turned up. Two orders were made but only one came through as per shipping date.
An inquiry e-mail was sent on 6/14/15, the order was delivered on 6/15/15.

This bag is gorgeous, the purchase was easy and the price point outstanding. I ordered it on a Friday and got it Tuesday. It was carefully wrapped and packed and arrived in pristine condition. The fact that I could return it if I was not happy with it made the purchase experience worry free. I'd totally shop here again.
I bought jewelries worth of over 200 dollars and I just wore one for two weeks and it has totally changed to a dark color, but in the description they have written that the color will not change, so their goods are not what they saywon't be buying anything from them anymore
The watch is just beautiful. The diamonds and crystals and stainless steel make it look so expensive. I love the size because it is larger than I pictured. I am very happy to get a $2,000.00 watch, that looks that much, for $107.00 includes tax and shipping.
I bought a single pair of shoes in a 7.5; they arrived in a 8.5 ( I gave to my sister). I reordered and paid for a 7.5 got a 9. The process to get something returned is a joke. I finally got a label to return the 9, because you need their PERMISSION apparently to return a product you did not purchase. It has been 2 weeks and still no 7.5 or a refund. In the midst of returning first pair I ordered 3 pair of boots. THEY ARE CHEAP and 7.5 fit like and 8.5; not at all what they appear and certainly NOT leather. I was told I needed permission to exchange and I just blew them off and donated what I purchased. BUYER BEWARE! They may be inexpensive but you will PAY.

However, I had an additional question and not only did I get a quick response, it was a great answer that I had concerns about since this was my first time ordering. I received a message board only to find that upon opening the box and viewing the product that it had be all scratched up. Just as if a 3 year old got a hold of it and went crazy scratching it up. I contacted the support team via email and within a week I had the issue resolved. I am so happy that I found tumble deal and I look forward to many more purchases. But if you have an issue, you must email them because all they have is a recording when you try to contact someone. So email is the best and only way to contact them.
I need to return my handbag that I purchased because something wrong with it. I contacted the customer service and told them what happened and I wanted my money back. They didn't give me hard time and in a few days they sent me the return label. I think it's a great service!

I must have over 20 orders right now with TumbleDeal. I have been very pleased with most everything I have gotten. I did have to send back two purses that were damaged through shipping. Everything else was genuine, no fake purses! Be sure to check and see online the guides to spotting a fake brand of purse. They sent me a label the same day I asked and as soon as they got them they refunded my money, no problem, no ordeal! The only problem I see is the packaging, they use a service to do this and they need to kick it up a notch, when you have a $200 purse, you want it packed with care. Never put a leather purse in plastic wrap, they need tissue all around then use peanuts or other paper filler. As far as the products, they were great. I put all purses through the tests and they passed and I am picky! Remember to use PayPal for protection at all times

I received something that was totally off on color, contacted customer support and they were very nice and made it very easy to return. Don't be afraid to order, if you are not satisfied they will make it easy to return.
I am totally dissatisfied with this purchase I made on this site. A pair of Gold post CZ earrings. $19.99. The posts were so flimsy they bent just trying to put them in. The actual earring that hold the stone is weird looking and the stone is super small. To top is all off, the website says no returns on earrings! I have contacted customer service twice and still have not heard back from them. If I could send them back, they state I will have to pay the return shipping AND there is a 10% restock fee. There is no way I will be giving them any more of my money and I will be sure to warn all my friends of FACEBOOK as well.
