I'm new to the site and purchased many items over the weekend. I had some questions related to the shipping for multiple items and the site in general.

The young lady was extremely helpful and friendly. She also sent me some informative information.

This is a great site!

1. I called and spoke with a representative that told me to send it back in its original packaging. 2. I was sent an email with the return address label. And couldn't open or print it from the available software. 3. Called again and as told one was mailed to me. But overall the strangest thing I was asked if I wanted another pair.

My daughter wanted me to purchase a purse by coach for her. She was sure it would be fine. When we received it it was too small and wouldn't hold all her necessities. So I was able to return in for credit to be used against another purchase. In the future we will make sure we look at the measurements before we order. Thank you to Tumble deal.

This was my first purchase and I was not pleased with it. I called customer service and was pleasantly surprised at their efficiency, knowledge and courteous way they handled my complaint. It was no problem. I will order again and recommend this site to all my friends! Thank so much!

I love the look of these earrings. The hoop is the perfect size. The 18 k gold is a good weight and a brilliant white gold, setting off the dazzling simulated diamonds. The earrings are much more beautiful than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with my purchase.

Worth the wait on this incredible Italian made Bag. It was made in Florence. This was the deal of a lifetime! I absolutely LOVE this bag! I have acquired other items on this site and was amazed at the speed some items came one even before I received the shipping notice. I'll be back :)

Despite a few negative reviews, I took a chance and very glad I did. All my items were just like I expected. The jewelery was actually better then I expected. I will definitely recommend all my friends to shop here.

I was knew to TumbleDeal and bid on an item and it said something like buy another and I thought that meant continue shopping. I wound up with two in my basket. They replied within 24hrs and told me how to return an item. Very prompt and courteous message.

Excelent! But I would love to have better tracking experience. I usually don't have a tracking until a day before the product arrives and sometimes even after I receive it. Other than that I really enjoy shopping with Tumble Deal!

I was so pleased with the sheet set that I ordered. They are so soft and fit my mattress perfectly. I would recommend these sheets for anyone looking for a great set of sheets and a great price. Also loved that the Queen size came with 4 pillow cases.

I have had nothing except good experiences with TumbleDeal. Customer support has been fantastic every time I have needed them. The purse I purchased was a Michael Kors and it was just beautiful. I made a fantastic purchase and deal.

Thought I was ordering a Michael Kors handbag, but that's not what I received. The inside was cheap and looked like something I could have found at Walmart or Target. When I wanted to return the purse, I was informed I couldn't. Won't trust this sight again. Purse is going to the consignment store.

I had received an email on the 18th that I would receive tracking info for the pearls I had purchased within 24 hours and I had not heard anything else. Curtis replied very promptly and told me my package was delivered this morning to my house.
