I ordered three separate items from Tumble Deal, I was pleased with one of them and high disappointed with the other two. One item, a bracelet, was completely different than what had been portrayed on the site and ugly. The second one was a ring and the stone was so dark it looked black, it was supposed to be an amethyst.

I ordered a handbag but didn't notice that handbags are not eligible for return. I was unhappy with the handbag because I couldn't open the center compartment fully. Customer service waived the rule about no returns since it was my first purchase. They quickly emailed me a return postage label

Nice quality very nice color. The pink swarskoski crystal is pretty pink, purchased 3 all together. Two crystal and 1 pink. That way they can fight over who gets which one. Love love this site. It is entertaining to bid. A lot cheaper than the Casino and far more rewarding.

I have had nothing but easy and quick help from customer service. I got the wrong color purse - quickly heard back that they would be getting back to me about returning. I didn't get the one email I needed, but an email was sent to say it had been sent and # to call if I hadn't. This time by phone. Still great and quick results. I haven't received what I bought yet, but I have ever confidence it will be equally satisfactory.

I ordered a watch from them a week ago I still have not received my shipping email. My order is still processing. When you go on the site to chat with a rep they are never online. When you email them they don't respond. Will never deal with this site again and will be contacting the c. C. company to cancel the purchase. Do not buy from this website.

The response to my on line chat was especially exceptional customer service. She was very friendly, helpful and most understanding. Which made my situation much easier to correct. I am very pleased to make my shopping so much easier with a chance to make it my price, I thank u for that. The turn around time for receiving product is also exceptional. I had to make my first exchange after purchasing several items on Tumble Deal. I was nervous because many discount websites make it almost impossible to return or exchange an item. I was VERY pleasantly surprised by how simple and easy it was to initiate an exchange through Tumble Deal. They responded very quickly and were able to assist me with my exchange so that it went smoothly.

I was shopping for a black purse and WoW just like that seemed the to good to be true item and price. I ordered and honestly thought I'd be dissatisfied and never order again but luckily I was completely wrong my purchase was easy, shipping was quick and product looks better than the picture!

Needed to return a beautiful purse that ended up being too big for me. Return process was easy and efficient. Found a new purse in the meantime from Tumbledown and it was exactly what I was looking for! I may have found the perfect purse for the first time in my life! Quick shipping. Very satisfied with packaging and extremely satisfied with overall experience.

I purchased what was said to be an original print; however, I did get that: a genuine print of a copy, something printed on a large printer and not a good one. Fake is fake, no matter how you print it. The colors were faded and bad, the print was cut off at the sides and just a large disappointment.

I ordered these earrings expecting to get some real cheapo crap for the price but when I opened the package I was really surprised to find out how beautiful and higher quality that they really are... and I just love them.

Purchased an amazing bracelet for my daughter's 45th birthday to go along with the other surprises in her bag of goodies, but when received I found it to be slightly damaged. I quickly contacted "help" and within one day I received an email with the news that a return label was on it's way with instructions on how to proceed. Now I know that her birthday goody bag will contain all that I wanted it to.
