It is a fun place to shop. I have ordered at least 10 items and so far all but 1 is great. The cell phone accessories are awesome and good quality. I will definitely recommend this site to freinds and co-workers

It says you can track. You cannot! It says processing until shipped, then shipped until it arrives. I've ordered a few things from them, spent too much money. This last item is the last straw. It has said "shipped" for 10 days. Still nothing and still can't track. I have emailed and tried their online communication. Nothing. No response at all.
Very disappointed and will not order again.

Ok the concept is very appealing until you realize it is a total scam. Don't fall for it! The bag I received smells of chemicals, very poor quality and clearly a fake! Look beyond this site if you want to purchase any of the products they offer, you will find better deals elsewhere and probably will be the real thing. Also if it seems to good to be true it probably is!

I ran across the ad for tumbledeal and am so happy I did. I have made several purchases from them and they come promptly and as stated in the ad. Love this site. You should try it. They have EVERYTHING you could possibly want or need at very low prices.

The purse I ordered for my daughter is even prettier than I expected it to be. The leather is two-tone, midnight black and white, and it has a very "classy" look. I'm wishing now that I had ordered two -- another one for myself. :) Thank you for the prompt shipment. It arrived two days after I ordered it! I will definitely shop with TumbleDeal again.

I have shopped on sites and got the product only to see it looks cheap and never wore the item Jewelry only had to send it back but every thing I had gotten from tumble deals has more than met my expectations. I will keep spreading the word.

Curtis shocked me with his immediate response and offering me a $18.00 credit made me feel that I am doing business with one of the best and last few outstanding companies left. So many are not what you see, but rest assured, I will tell everyone about my outstanding experience with you.

I have inquired about a purchase that was a final sale, i understand that TumbleDeal does not accept return on final sale but the lady who assisted me during my inquiry was so kind enough and very considerate. I am just waiting for the return sticker thru e-mail. I got a store credit.

Responded in a timely manner and quickly resolved my issue. Very professional and helpful…Awesome and I am very grateful to do business with a company who employs exceptional personnel with great customer service. Chelsea is commendable and deserves a merit for going above and beyond…..

I bought some earrings and they didn't fit my ear. As a one time courtesy they were willing to take them back and give me a store credit which I did appreciate, normally you can not return earrings. My first experience was a good one.

I have ordered a few things and been very happy with my purchases and price. Just had a problem with one item, but customer service is excellent and has made this unfortunate experience easy to recitify.

Several emails were sent back and forth. Every question I had was answered quickly and succinctly. Might I add pleasantly? All in all, it was a very pleasant experience for a change from other sites I have dealt with.

No buttons to push, you get a real person in customer service, who was a pleasure to help me, ( when the mistake was mine) they fixed it, and we're happy to do so. A breath of fresh air, from having to press so many buttons and having to hold for what is usually a recording.

My shopping experience with TumbleDeal has been awesome. With affordable prices, I was able to purchase many items that I otherwise could not afford to purchase. These products are attention getters. They also, appear to made of high quality materials.

The lady I spoke with was so nice and told me exactly what to do, step by step. Unfortunately, the bag I wanted wasn't in stock as it turned out so I received a refund without having to call or chase people, which is usually the case. I know I can trust this company and the professionals that work there! This experience made a TumbleDeal shopper out of me!

Ring is too large, so I asked to exchange it for a smaller sized ring. No problem, no questions, and sending me a slip to return it, postage pre-paid! THANK YOU. Will definitely buy from Tumble again.
