Just received my beautiful bag; it is wonderful quality and very attractive. Only thing was the condition of the box when it arrived. Luckily, the bag was undamaged. Otherwise, a good shopping experience.
Okay I never write reviews but I must in this case. I ordered a purse on Aug 31st and it took up to 15 business days to ship. On day 15 still no shipping info so I contacted Tumble Deal and they said that it is in the process of being shipped. I asked where is being shipped from and they said they did not know because the have distribution centers all over the US. So let me ask you how the %$%^ did they know it was being shipped if they couldn't tell me where it was being shipped from, can you say BS? I contacted them again a few days later asking why does the status still say processing? The said once again it is being shipped. I said cancel my order and they said they could not because it is process of being shipped but I can return it once I get it (that would have been sometime next year at the rate they are going). So a few minutes ago I contacted them yet again and said I am tired of this do I need to contact my credit card company to file a dispute? Guess what she aid would you like me to refunded your $ so the purse wand NEVER SHIPPED. This whole thing started when I ordered on Aug 31st and today is the 23th. Just saying beware.
This item was exactly as ordered and given a 5 star rating.
The previous item I bought from them does not work, but I have yet to apply for a refund/return as we have experienced a family crisis.
I will be contacting them today, so we shall see.
*Update: Contacted TumbleDeal regarding non working item and received a prompt and courteous reply. The same day I received the prepaid return Label in my email and will be returning the item tomorrow for a full refund.
No more doubts about TumbleDeal now, and I will definitely shop from them in the future!

The purse I ordered for my daughter is even prettier than I expected it to be. The leather is two-tone, midnight black and white, and it has a very "classy" look. I was skeptical at first, due to other sites that promise quality but rarely live up to the description of items. However, with TumbleDeal, you don't have that worry.
