Just received them and the zipper will not go down on one of the boots and the zipper is now detaching from the boot just trying to get it down, so now I have to unlace the boot in order to get it on. They are very slippery too walking on carpet and not very comfortable either. First time buyer from here, really disappointed.

I told you where to ship my order. You sent it to the wrong person using the right name and someone else's address. You notified me after 2 weeks that you could not deliver it. Of course not!. Then 1 week later she still did not receive it after I sent you her address on 2 occasions. Finally way after a month you still never sent it to the right party, you sent it to me. In good conscience I could not recommend you to anyone I know.
