These are beautiful contacts! They looked very natural and were super comfortable once my eyes got used to them. I do not wear contacts often so it took a few minutes to adjust, but then I almost forgot I was wearing them! They covered my brown eyes so we'll.
I bought one pair of lenses and never received a shipping notification or a confirmation at all of my purchase when i had clearly payed. My money on cashapp showed ive payed on the ttdeye website, its been to weeks.still havent gotten any emails from them besides promotions and coupons. TTDEYE IS A SCAM DO NOT TRUST THEM. ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE BOTS! BEWARE

My eyes are absolutely burning and the spot for the pupil is far too large making the real color so obvious. I used to not have this problem with their contacts but now i hate them. My eyes get so red and watery
It's been a month since I last ordered, I contacted customer support off of their site and never received a response. Checked spam and the only thing that I have is the confirmation number and a bunch of emails about offers. I can check the order status still and it still says processing so I don't know what to really take from this. I'm never ordering or buying contacts from here again.
I would not order from them, for starters it takes FOREVER to get your contacts, secondly do not have good customer service, I have been waiting 2 months for mine and when I reached out they said it was wrong address which I have ordered many times before with SAME ADDRESS and then of course their customer support is like I can give you a discount code ( of course to buy and spend more money) not sure what kind of customer service this is but not ok with how they handled it
I love how natural these look. My only issue was they ran "smaller" on my pupils, maybe because I have larger than normal ones. Otherwise I'm pleased with them. They came in the cutest box and I appreciate the gifts included.
I didn't believe the bad reviews before I bought but now it's been almost 5 months and I still haven't gotten my package. I did get my money back however which was nice and was told to keep the lenses "whenever they arrive" as a gesture of apology.
I've had contacts for 11 years, and these are the most uncomfortable contacts I've ever worn. They make your eyes ache and feel scratchy. There color is low coverage. I have light blue eyes, and they were still clearly visible with both the flowery purple and HD black. The color also wasn't where my iris was. It went around it.
I had to wait 4 months to get them, but the customer service always replied my concerns with a professional approach.
I am wearing the Real Khaki prescription contacts and I really like them, they feel comfortable with what I think is a natural look.
I received my order after a month and a half with no way of tracking and when I had asked them, they told me to wait patiently and check my neighbors and my postal service... (like... wow!) And when I did get it. They ran out of a color I really wanted and gave me a color I didn't want. Worst part is they gave me 4 of the same color that I didn't want because I had initially ordered 4 of the ones I did want. When I emailed them a couple of times they just told me to return it back and reorder it... so there goes another 3 months of waiting and waiting... now im stuck and their customer service reps don't care or even understand English maybe... just a terrible experience and really really rude company. There are better companies out there... buy from these scammers at your own risk...

Thus, when we proceed to process your order, the Himalaya Grey lenses are out of stock. Although we try our best to maintain 100% accuracy with inventory, there are rare occasions where we experience an inventory error.
We try to get them from the factory and wait for them for several days. But the contacts still don't come. Due to this inconvenience, we proceed to email you to inform you about this matter and in hope that you can change to a different product regardless of the prices. But we receive no reply even though we hold this order for a few days more. Therefore, we send other contacts as a substitution as said in email in order that you could receive the parcel earlier. It is also the reason that you wait longer than the estimated time.

I ordered contacts & was sent a email stating the contacts were not in stock days after ordering. On top of that I was told I could switch them out for a different color, then when I received my package 18 days later they looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I tried to email them & let them know my concerns & never heard back from them. Will not be ordering from them again & i encourage others not to as well.

I translated it on google even though I should not have to... and it said source unknown and destination unknown. I ordered prescription lenses and they sent ones out with no prescription. I asked for a refund as i couldn't wait another couple of weeks and they keep fobbing me off saying they'll send more. I've so far asked for a refund around 6 times now and they said they'd refund me $15! How about refund me the actual price i paid. They dont want to give me my refund. They have terrible customer service and i'm still waiting.So unprofessional!
