I placed an order for 5 pairs of lenses on order # ******* a few days ago and had expedited shipping and looked at tracking and it is in Chinese. I translated it on google even though I should not have to... and it said source unknown and destination unknown. If I don't receive my products I'll have to dispute the charge and report this business... Sad.

I just received my contact lens from TTDEYE. Very Bright. I just think I look too pretty from the lens. The vision is excellent. The are very easy to put on and use. My usage tells me the will last.

I ordered prescription lenses and they sent ones out with no prescription. I asked for a refund as i couldn't wait another couple of weeks and they keep fobbing me off saying they'll send more. I've so far asked for a refund around 6 times now and they said they'd refund me $15! How about refund me the actual price i paid. They dont want to give me my refund. They have terrible customer service and i'm still waiting.So unprofessional!

After i read the reviews of ttdeye i was scared that i got scammed right after i just had placed my order but it shipped out the next day and it came with a tracking number too. I was able to track exactly where the package was and the contacts came in only 10 days and i was expecting 4 weeks to maybe 2 months after reading all of the reviews but it came really fast. They're soft contact lenses and each pair comes with a really cute case. I was also sent stickers, two little glitters, 4 sheets of tattoos and a hand mirror. The prescription is good too and the contacts are really comfy. I'm really happy i decided to purchase this instead of listening to the reviews. If you were thinking of buying i would say do it.

I've worn cosmetic lenses before and never had any issues this is my first time ordering from them and will be my last. I put them in for the first time and has extreme pain in my left eye the pain had gone away so I left them in for about an hour before my eyes started to hurt again. I woke up the next
Morning with vision loss and eye pain that worsened to the point I could not open my eye. I went to the hospital to find out that I got a chemical burn from the lens and an abrasion left on my eye. I have another appointment tomorrow with a specialist to find out where I go from here hopefully my vision will eventually go back to normal I've been put on antibiotics. This company will be hearing from me along with more photos.

Package came within reasonable time, but the lenses are so bad quality. I've worn contacts before, but every time i try to put these on, they just wouldn't go in. And if they do, they pop right back out with a simple blink or two. I even tried using their lens applicator, doesn't make a single difference. Color doesn't even change your natural eyes so it's like you're wearing clear contacts. This company is such a scam and i'll be reporting them to my bank as fraud.

Please beware! I will Never order from this company again. Shipping takes forever because it's not US based. Descriptions on their products are not clear whn order prescription contacts. Whn my package finally arrived it was incorrect. I spent $59.20 on the products and to return unopened products for correct ones I paid $17. I have my tracking info but USPS only tracks up until it reaches customs. The customer service is terribly delayed and I've sent several emails and haven't received a response besides the one email telling me they don't have my return. I was shut down after that! I either want my money back or the correct product shipped. That's all! Save your money and shop close to home. $76 out of pocket Order# ******* I recommend Irisbeauty

These were the first lenses I've ever worn. Mine were non-prescription. I was surprised by how comfortable they were - I kept them on for 8 hours without needing eye drops or anything and checked multiple times throughout the day to make sure I didnt lose one without noticing. The color completely covers my dark brown eyes. Highly recommend TTDeye.

I'm not one to complain or leave a review, but I honestly don't like my Polar Lights Blue-Grey contacts that I've received. It makes it even worse that I can't return the product because you guy's won't allow any opened products. How are we supposed to know how they really look like if we don't open the package and try it on? I'm very unhappy with my contact lenses. Because it just looks plain grey and no hint of blue. The photos you post on your website are false advertising. This website is a ripoff!

After 15 days of waiting they sent me a damaged contact lenses that is not possible to wear. I have opened it put it in saline solution and waited 24 hours before applying to my eyes to find out an extreme discomfort, upon taking it off and viewing it under light noticed a white small particle / tear on it. Now I have one damaged contact lense, I have no idea what to do with it, as they aren't responding to me anymore. Worst customer service. Bad products. Don't recommend

I would avoid ordering for them they won't refund you also when ordering, if you haven't received anything by two weeks most likely you won't. When contacting them they will tell you to reach back out within a few days and they just keep telling you that! I would just call your bank and report a scam to get your money back

These contacts are so uncomfortable, literally unwearable. And when asking for a refund, they want me to ship the items used back to CHINA which would cost more than the 40$ I paid to this stupid company. 0/10 customer service 0/10 product, literally nothing to offer here but trash.

Some months ago i had a problem with my eyes, so i was advised to wear glasses. Then i visited this website and bought a very nice and soft contact lens. Their product is of good quality and their customer services too was fantastic.

Y pissed off. Besides the fact that it took 3 months for my queen grey contacts to come in, the first time I wear them, it scratches my kornia within a few hours of wear and I end up in the hospital with excruciating pain. I am currently wearing an eye patch on day number 3 still suffering from my injury. I do NOT reccomend this company. I have been wearing contacts for years and this is the first time I have experienced this. The contacts must be extremely cheap to have done this to my eyeball. I'm very upset and would want my money back but the customer service is just as crappy.
