So my package was stuck in the same spot for weeks and all the sudden it says it delivered right after I asked about my order. The girl Sarah in customer is very rude she keeps sending me the same message and won't refund me my money. I'm angry and I got scammed. Don't buy from them
I ordered 3 packs. 1st pair did not change my eyes at all. 2nd pair made me look like an alien by the eyes. They would not credit or exchange them, because I opened them up. How can u know what they will look like if u don't open them. $50 gone.
This website awesome offer for customer service. There I find the contact lenses I wanted! With the best and most attentive professional quality, I ordered and did all the procedure, painlessly and with quality products! I have already recommended friends and family and 2 out of 3 who have already been loved it! Highly recommended!
It's been 2 months since I ordered a pair of contacts and still haven't received anything. I emailed them several times and told me to be patient due to COVID and to contact my post office. The shipping updates stopped after a month and I contacted them for a refund and they give me the same exact answer as the first time. Their customer service was not helpful at all. Hopefully, Paypal can help me get a refund.
I've never had any issues with TTDEYE, the shipping usually take 10-20 days and I usually get my order around 17 days.
The Contacts are very easy and comfortable to wear! I use them for my cosplay.

At first I thought it was too good to be true when I discovered TTDEYE contacts. I took a chance because with the fair prices I thought I didn't have much to lose. I bought my first order and then the second; because I was more satisfied with the quality, shipping, and customer service than any other place I've been.ive worn contacts for years and am 44 yrs old. The variety is amazing. They have something for every kind of person. Customer for life.
I placed an order online with ttdeye in January of over $70. It's now the March 10 and I still haven't received my order. I've tried contacting the company via email multiple times and they just keep responding telling me my shippment is on the way. This is ridiculous, I have also asked for a refund and they have completely ignored my request. Ordering from this site is not worth the hassle.
After 38 days finally got my 11 pairs of contacts. Most of them beautiful colors and great effects on my dark brown eyes.
BUT! In only few minutes time my eyes get very heavy, tired, swollen, totally red and the sight is absolutely blurred.
What a pitty! The colors and pixelation would be great. But all in all i cannot recommend these contacts. They are not worth the money.
I ordered two sets of contacts a month ago, on September 27th, and paid express shipping for them. It is now October 19th, and I have not received any update - in fact, when I try to track my product, it says "status not found". Stunningly enough, when I email the "support" team, (which is just bots) trying to look for help, nothing! I have emailed twice now. They definitely stole my money and I am trying to go through my bank to deny it.

If I could pick zero star I absolutely would. This site is a scam, there was no tracking updates for a whole month. When there finally was an update, USPS said it delivered the package in wiscosin when I live in michigan. My delivery address was correct because I paid through PayPal. Don't waste your money. I'm going to open a case on PayPal and I hope someone will report this site.

At first I was sceptical because of all the negative reviews left. But with Halloween approaching I finally caved and decided to order 4 contacts they took about a month to ship which is completely understandable with COVID-19 going on. And when I finally receive them they were absolutely beautiful easy to put in and didn't hurt my eyes. The colours are vibrant and packaging is beautiful. They give you mini tattoos and stickers and glitter and when I reached out to the company asking why my package was taking so long they were so so kind to me. I really recommend!

This is definitely THE place to get colored contacts. As someone with dark brown eyes I think that they look very natural. I just bought several pairs for upcoming cosplays and, being the dumbass I am I ordered some with perceptions by mistake. I reached out to the customer service email and they were so quick to respond and fix the problem, no questions asked. Definitely recommend!
I bought 3 pairs of contacts. Took almost a month to get them which I don't mind. What I do mind is the blurry, painful, unable to see clear lenses. Not only are my contacts prescription, but I can't see with either of them. The contacts look nice on you tube, online and in person. This was my second attempt ordering and I got the same results, painful uncomfortable contacts. I felt pretty disappointed because I like the gray contacts. I got the Egypt brown, Pearl Gray, Queen Blue.
These damn contacts burned my eye as soon as I put them in! I ended up with a really bad eye infection I couldn't open my eye for 3 days and they are still sensitive when there is light the picture below is me struggling to keep my eye open.

I ordered these contacts and waited a month before emailing them asking to cancel the order because it hadn't arrived. They asked if i could wait so I did a week. Still nothing so I email asking for a refund or id file a chargeback. They ask again if I can wait. It's been 2 months since I ordered and they do not want to give me a refund. They eventually apologized saying they don't have what I ordered in stock so I'm waiting on a different order.
