I've been waiting for my package for 2 months and I still haven't received my order. They will not refund me my money. Please don't shop with this company. They are horrible! The customer service is horrible!

I've worn cosmetic lenses before and never had any issues this is my first time ordering from them and will be my last. I put them in for the first time and has extreme pain in my left eye the pain had gone away so I left them in for about an hour before my eyes started to hurt again. I woke up the next
Morning with vision loss and eye pain that worsened to the point I could not open my eye. I went to the hospital to find out that I got a chemical burn from the lens and an abrasion left on my eye. I have another appointment tomorrow with a specialist to find out where I go from here hopefully my vision will eventually go back to normal I've been put on antibiotics. This company will be hearing from me along with more photos.
I recently just order a pair of contacts and once i put them in, one contact was scratching up my eye the entire day! I let them soak in cleaner for 24hrs and even tried putting them in different eyes. Flash forward a day or so later and i now have an eye infection.
Got them within the timeframe website said, they fit nice and I love wearing them. Uncomfortable at times but ones I put eye drops in it's a little better.
Just recently seen a video saying not to order from TTDEYE because it made her eye swell and a layer of her eye got stuck with the contact and all this other stuff. Just has me worried...
It's been over a month now since I've ordered from ttdye.com I tried tracking my package but my order tracking number was wrong because it said my order was sent to a whole other state and my order says "fulfilled" but I never received it this is the 2nd time this has happened
After i read the reviews of ttdeye i was scared that i got scammed right after i just had placed my order but it shipped out the next day and it came with a tracking number too. I was able to track exactly where the package was and the contacts came in only 10 days and i was expecting 4 weeks to maybe 2 months after reading all of the reviews but it came really fast. They're soft contact lenses and each pair comes with a really cute case. I was also sent stickers, two little glitters, 4 sheets of tattoos and a hand mirror. The prescription is good too and the contacts are really comfy. I'm really happy i decided to purchase this instead of listening to the reviews. If you were thinking of buying i would say do it.
Like most "companies" these days, they will take your money and not send the product. I ordered contacts 2 months ago and have not received them. Save your money people. And read reviews before wasting money!

Be careful with this website. The shipping is free but it is not safe, so if they lose it on the way you have no right to claim your money, even if you paid through Paypal. As has been my case. I've lost my money and my lenses >;(
I ordered Rx purple contacts that arrived so cloudy I could NOT keep them in. They were pretty to look at but not wearable.
They were pretty good quality and came in pretty quickly. I loved the quality and they were for such a good price.
I had to wait 4 months to get them, but the customer service always replied my concerns with a professional approach.

I am literally still waiting on lenses that I ordered 3 entire months ago. The first time that I emailed them inquiring about where the lenses where and why I hadn't received them, they gave me a flippant story about how once it was shipped it was out of their hands. ANY legit company will make SURE that you get the product you paid for by at least locating the package. So I emailed again after another month and a half and got no response. They are a scam, plain and simple. Save yourself the headache and don't order from this skeevy company.
I'm not one to complain or leave a review, but I honestly don't like my Polar Lights Blue-Grey contacts that I've received. It makes it even worse that I can't return the product because you guy's won't allow any opened products. How are we supposed to know how they really look like if we don't open the package and try it on? I'm very unhappy with my contact lenses. Because it just looks plain grey and no hint of blue. The photos you post on your website are false advertising. This website is a ripoff!
