I just got a call from customer service letting me know that the wig I ordered is unfortunately on back order (Thanks to my girl on YouTube who has been rocking the wig beautifully!), and would I like to wait a month for the re-stock or receive a refund. I was expecting the wig by a certain time, so I just opted for the refund, but it really meant a lot to me that I not only received a phone call regarding what was going on with my order, but I also received an email regarding the refund immediately after I got off of the phone with the customers service rep. I had my reservations ordering from this company, but because of this simple consideration and customer service I will definitely order from them again. Also, this was the second order from them, and the first order I got from them had no hiccups at all. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future!
