I purchased 6 pairs and an extra case. They came in about 2 weeks. Very nice package with some extra goodies like stickers and cute confetti glitter. The contacts came in disposable Liquid filled bubbles but they included hard plastic cases to put them in after wearing, I though that was nice. Customer service was very helpful when my tracking number didn't work, they sent me a new link with accurate tracking the day after I emailed them.
The white-out pair is hard to see out of, the white blocks your vision a little and the pairs with lighter rainbow colors are a little pixelated and see-through but for the price I'm overall happy with my purchase!
This company has horrible customer service. All their correspondence is in another language and I've heard people complain about it and they still haven't made any changes. I've complained about I was ignored. The wait time for the contacts is extremely long almost a month. I am not sure if it's worth the stress of buying from this company just because they have cheap contacts. Sometimes you get what you pay for.
My grandmother ordered me 3 pairs of contacts from them but accidentally put the wrong address we got told they were being shipped back to the sender she has emailed them everyday for going onto 3 months and they still haven't answered her back yet and no refund either

I ordered 2 different colored pairs and they're so dark in person and online they're nice and and very bright. False false advertisement and to finish it off one of my contact lenses didn't come with its pair.
I ordered prescription contacts in 3 different colors. They were delivered no problem. But they're terrible! They dry out so quick and irritate my eyes. I've been wearing contacts for years and I've never had these problems with the 2 other brands I've used.
I have ordered colored contacts from TTDeye a couple of times. This was the first time I received an incorrect order. The prescription was correct, however, the company sent a different color. I ordered "Queen Brown" and received "Polar Lights Brown" without my consent. I would've appreciated an email letting me know in advance before shipping out my contacts.
It says it takes 10-20 days for shipping on their site. But my package took about 25 days to arrive. The shipping time is really long. But to my surprise, they sent me some extra stuff, such as lens cases, hand mirror, stickers. And the contacts are totally as what I expected.
I ordered 3 contacts for Halloween, and it stated allow 10-20 days for shipping. It's now been 26 days, and I no longer need the contacts. I emailed TTDeye, and they refuse to refund me. I will never shop with them again.
When I went to track it, it says confirm arrival and it's says at the US but I can not see where it is at anymore and I haven't received it in my mail I ordered it and I don't know if I will get a e-mail that it would get delivered I ordered it April16,2023 it is now April 25,2023 and I can't track it any further or know how but it does say 10<20 days so if it doesn't come in by next week May 5th then it will be a problem and wasted my money

About the tracking info, it is updated when the parcel arrives at its next station. But it needs time to transit from one station to the other. So it is normal for the tracking stops updating for a period of time.

Just received my first pair of prescription colored contact lenses and so far im not disappointed. Great prices. Lens are comfortable and soft on my eyes. Will recommend this website to all. I do wish shipping was faster. Thats the only negative flaw from me. Other than that, Im about to make my second purchase from TTDEYE.COM right now.

I ordered 3 pair of lenses on Dec. 6,2018 and I received them on Dec. 26,2018 in California. I bought "real india" "queen brown" and "queen blue". It is advisable to soak your lenses in fresh solution before you wear the new contacts or else they may burn and feel uncomfortable. I loved how they looked and will definitely order more. Mine are prescription by the way.
TTD eye has great customer service! I was worried after reading reviews if i would her mt contacts in even less than 2 months which i did. I had wrote to them politely asking them for tracking numbers and they always kept me happy telling me to be patient. Some people must forget their company is in a different country so it might take long to receive your contacts but really be patient and nice because i reviewed 2 beautiful contact lenses from them today and i'm so happy! Also sent body glitter tattoos and a christmas card!
This is definitely the best place to get colored contacts. I ordered some with perceptions by mistake. I reached out their customer service email and truly they are efficient in responding back. I recommend it to everyone.
I really love TTDEYE contact lenses. It fits me perfectly and no blurry visions at all. And they have lots of colors to choose from. Very smooth transaction as well. It came early as what I've expected.
I ordered from TTDeye around lately July. It is now freaking December and I have never received my contacts. I've talked to their customer service numerous times and they just kept telling me that they'll figure it out, but the tracking kept saying it was stuck in a city. I have no clue where they are or what happened. They might've gotten lost. I requested a refund and they refused to give me one. Worst company ever. I recommend never buying from them. Their contacts are also not considered safe.

I placed an order for my daughter. She changed her mind, and we cancelled within 12 hours. They kept emailing me and then finally said, whoops we sent the order out, we can't refund it. Very dishonest of them.

Just recently seen a video saying not to order from TTDEYE because it made her eye swell and a layer of her eye got stuck with the contact and all this other stuff. Just has me worried...
The shipping was so fast especially considering that the contacts come from China. I ordered the queen chocolate lenses to achieve a light brown look. These lenses far exceeded my expectations. They are super natural like even I can't tell they're really contacts. I highly recommend!
