They are the biggest cheaters.
Never ever buy anything from this website as its a fake one. I had ordered a saree from this pathetic website and it was so so bad in fabric, color and everything, i decided to return it.
These idiots are not responding to my mail... messages and calls. I even wrote on their Facebook page but they have deleted my comment.
People: don't do mistake by ordering anything from this fake website. Its a waste of money. Hope this feedback helps.

These people are frauds. I returned the cheap item as it did not match the picture and it been over a month they have not refunded the amount. They say they do it next week and have never asked for any bank or contact details. I lost Rs 3200 on y purchase from these people.

Never responded to the return of saree, which was very different from photo. No response on repeated emails or phone calls or Facebook messages. Totally waste of time and money.

I lost 4200/-. Even after calling them almost everyday, there is no response. Thinking to file a complaint against them.

Very disappointing to see that what I ask and what you send. I ask for green tussar munga silk saree but you send me brown colour totally different saree. Now want my amount back. Pathetic customer service. Would like to mention the name of a lady with whom I spoke repeatedly, told her name swati. Most I'll mannered, get's into argument with out listining the full matter, shouts. If required I want to make here everyone the call recordings. I feel she is dumb, doesn't have any knowledge of her job of customer service. I feel she needed to be thrown out of the company. Personally I will not recommend ts khadi to anyone.

We bought Saree and found torn at Blouse piece. Requested to T S Khadi, after lot of reminders they agreed to take return deducting courier charges Rs. 120/-. As schedule pick up done on 25 Spet. 2020. Via Delhivery Package No. ******* still as on 12.10.2020 they are not returned our amount. Not picking our calls and not replying to whatsapp message. I lost Rs. 2200/-.
This is worst service I seen in online shopping, even after 15 days of receipt of saree they are not replying at all.

There are few things that I am more than dissatisfied and frustrated about
1) product description not in detail - looked like red, but turned out to be pink.
2) the actual product looked as if it had been used earlier and poor quality. Definitely not worth the money
3) customer support - very very very bad - they gave me a number that I could contact for placing return request. I am trying to contact them continuously through various modes but no response.
The most irritating moment is when they see the msg and not respond.

I wish I could give no star, but there isn't an option so going with the least

The worst site, item does not match with the images provided on the website, cheap product. Worst customer service. You can not connect to them even if try for the whole day.
After trying for a minimum of 50 times, the call got connected and that rude talking person told he will send the courier details which are not received till today.

I ordered a saree, it arrived in 7 days. While trying to return there is no option available. Return window is closed. The order is not shown in my history. No one to answer your questions. Have written them 9 days back, haven't heard the response.

I bought a Saree and found some spots on it. Requested T S Khadi, to return that one, they agreed too. I returned it on 24/12/2020. But refund
Money is not yet credited to my bank as of 10th February 2021. Everytime I call they keep giving excuses and false hopes. Worst shopping experience ever

I ordered a saree and got a defective product. Their site says they have return, refund and replacement policy. When I raised a complaint, they gave me a whatsapp number and told to upload the image, which I did. However, even after a month, there is no word from them, in spite of repeated reminders. Apparently, they just want to sell off defective sarees in the market, because they know nobody is going to take them to the court for a few thousand rupees saree. So, be aware. Buy only from trusted sites like Amazon etc.

I agree completely with those who have written about this being a substandard and fraudulent company.
I bought a saree which when received turned out to be completely different from what is shown.on the site. It's cheap and tacky.
Even after repeated calls and mails, they refuse to respond.
As such, my suggestion to all. Tjose who read reviews before buying from a site is to completely abandon any plans of buying from this site.
Ideally it should be banned for such malpractices.

I completely agree with the below feedback. The service is too slow, irresponsible and irrespectable towards customer. I've returned my product on 21st Oct, 2020 and it's been almost 20 days, there is clue about the refund amount. If we ask about refund they are Directly disconnecting the call. Such a rude response towards customer I've never faced.

These are monsters who live on your hard earned money. I lost rs. 3000 against pathetic sarees. I never got any refund. May god punish these culprits very soon.

Ordered in September. Got a single message confirming receipt of payment. No delivery tracker. Didn't receive the item. No response to message/emails/helpline number. Total fraud

Bought a saree which i found was defective. I returned the same after repeated requests but now they r not refunding my money even after 35 days of return pickup

They are not even worth a 1 start rating. They are soo unprofessional and they don't keep up to their terms. It's been 7 months they are still providing a refund. Shut your venture please, this behaviour won't take you any long and stop promoting your social media pages, you are fooling your customers by doing that.

Didn't receive my refund. Saree quality is very poor. And they are not responding also when mesaging

I just received my saree and has weaving issue. I have been eyeing this one for a long time and finally placed the order. Although its a pretty saree has weaving issues. My first purchase was good and had no issues and this gave me confidence to place order for one more but got unlucky with weaving issue. Kindly refund.

They sent a wrong product and did not refund my amount of rs 3435 after I returned the product. Now they are not responding to my emails and whatsapp messages. Do not buy anything from them else you'll lose your money.
