Pathetic customer service. Would like to mention the name of a lady with whom I spoke repeatedly, told her name swati. Most I'll mannered, get's into argument with out listining the full matter, shouts. If required I want to make here everyone the call recordings. I feel she is dumb, doesn't have any knowledge of her job of customer service. I feel she needed to be thrown out of the company. Personally I will not recommend ts khadi to anyone.

Its a scam they are doing!
I am very disappointed to order from this fraud website because i have received different product despite of what i placed.
Later on when connecting to there farzi whatsapp number *******555, i have asked for a return request.
My parcel got returned within 1-3 days of my return request. But later when i enquire about the refund, i am getting no response. I tried calling the watsapp number multiple times But no one answers. I even pinged on the facebook page but no luck.
I am trying to contact daily regarding my refund but messages remain unanswered.

Its been more than a month now and i didnt receive my refund yet. No reply from their side also is what is very unprofessional.

Is this a scam or they think we customers are fool!

I bought a saree from Tskhadi online on 30th Jan 2020 and was very disappointed with the quality and wanted to return which was within the remit of Tskhadi's return policy. I emailed several times with no response from Tskhadi. Finally I spoke to a girl called Swathi on +91 40-******* and she gave a WhatsApp no
+91 ******* ******* acknowledging my messages. She got the saree collected which was in Feb. There are back and forth messages from her promising to refund me. She still hasn't refunded my money and now doesn't respond to my calls or messages. I am attaching all my communication. Please don't buy anything from Tskhadi. I do a lot of online shopping but never seen daylight robbers like Tskhadi. I am going to take this up further as I'm sure Tskhadi cheats 100s of customers like me

Bought a saree which i found was defective. I returned the same after repeated requests but now they r not refunding my money even after 35 days of return pickup

I lost 4200/-. Even after calling them almost everyday, there is no response. Thinking to file a complaint against them.

I am a regular online sari shopper. But the worst buy is from Tskhadi. It was captioned as Banarasi silk and is rated as rupees 1600... not worth at all because it is a cheap quality sari and not silk also. Why do you cheat people with photographs... it's ok, it is business techniques but, at least sell that same material product. Everybody's money is not plucked from tree and paid to cheaters like you.

I am not satisfied at all with this product... and people don't get cheated by this.

This is the sari... looks like silk but not, its absolutely cotton thread also the material was captioned as Banarasi silk but not its the cheapest material. It's worth is only 400rs.
Blouse is faded polyester...

Kindly see the sari I have ordered and see what I have received... 1600rs

First of all the display color in website and the actual color of the saree won't match at all and they atleast don't mention the color of the saree and the blouse piece in the description. Second their customer support is THE WORST among all other sites and they are so rude. To return the product we need to follow up with them continuously to get the return address and once they receive the product they will not initiate refund immediately. For that also we need to follow up with them and if we get fed up and if we start asking questions they start to yell at us for "they not doing their work" and they disconnect. They do ridiculous job. In my case, they received the product on Jan 12th which i returned and today is Jan 28, till now they didn't process my refund. I have been calling them from past one week and asking them very patiently and everyday they say today end of the day you will receive your money like that bit i don't. Today I have been told again that next wednesday i will get and when i asked questions that stupid person started yelling at me that there is procedure that it will take 3-4 business days to process and when i asked how many 3-4 business days has passed he started yelling at me and said if you want i will share transaction reference number. When i said ok to that and he said he will need 24hrs for that. Why does he need 24hrs for that. I will have to wait till tomorrow to see how much truth and responsibility is there in his words and in his job. Overall, its a worst site I have encountered online till now in my life. Will never order anything from that.

The refund and return policy is very pathetic of tskhadi. Please do not pay in full when you order from them. I had ordered a saree which I wanted to return. There was no reply from tskhadi to acknowledge the return request. After multiple followups they finally placed a return request. The Saree was picked by them on 23rd oct and I am still waiting for my refund. Their customer service is pathetic, they never respond to any emails, whtsapp messages or do they answer the phone.
I regret my decision to purchase from tskadhi. Highly disappointing.

They have sent torn and used saree. They have covered torn part of saree with saree.
Not worth for money.
Customer care people speak harshly when we ask for refund.
