I purchased and paid $500 extra for rush shipping on January 24,2018 using paypal to pay $1,059.80 for black velvet fabric. Someone finally called me in March to tell me my order was being shipped from Belguim and it was held up in customs. I finally received THE WRONG fabric on April 6,2018.
I have been calling, emailing and snail mailing and nobody will return my messages. I have reported them to Pay Pal and filed a report with the police department and the BBB in El Paso. I even returned the fabric with a letter in the hopes they would contact me: NO RESPONSE.

This company is a FRAUD. There are many, many, many complaints exactly like mine. BEWARE and do not shop here! Worst experience I have ever had, and I have lost all of my money. $1,059.80!

I inherited a wing chair that had memories. ILuvFabrix had a sale on a mohair that was still wildly out of my price range. After talking with several professionals in addition to the people at iLuvFabrix, I was convinced to get it to cover the family heirloom ("the durability, quality and unparalleled look with mohair"} The upholsterer and the furniture restorer raved over the quality, and the chair will be a show stopper for at least a few more generations of my family. I'd do it again.

I continuelly tried to purchase fabric. The site wouldn't work but they called to take my order on a Sunday. I called 3 weeks later bc I never received a receipt and they had drastically over charged my card. They never returned my call about 7 wks later a bolt of fabric arrived. It contained no receipt and it was the wrong fabric. Not even close! I emailed and called everyday. I have a huge bolt of fabric I can't move that I have no use for... and was charged more. They have never retired my call after 10 days. I even sent pics of the incorrect fabric... vs what i ordered! So I had to dispute the charges with my bank. They left me no choice due to the lack of response and resolution.

I had purchased from them in the past but things have changed. Card was charged, fabrics did not ship, multiple phone calls and emails with no response to deal with the issue Months of this have passed and still nothing! I am out over $600 and it looks like there is no remedy. Their prices are so over inflated--I found a similar fabric for less than half of their price (which was supposedly 80% off retail). I am disappointed and saddened that they have hit my "scam" list. Buyer beware!
