Ordered a couple of flowered chintzes with iLuvFabrix. Got them within a couple of weeks, which was quite fast, considering the packet was checked at the customs office. And now they are here! Beautiful colors, great touch and feel. In short: great quality!

The fabrics arrived quickly and were all packaged nicely. The green and gold Scalamandre is going to be out of this world on the loveseat. I'll send you a pic when it's finished, you won't believe how perfect this one is.

I was very pleased with the amount of options I had for choosing fabric. It was very easy to find what I was looking for, and get exactly what I needed! When I received it, it was in great condition and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this website for all your fabric needs.
Worst customer service, ever. I was told the fabric would take 2 weeks to arrive at my door. 3 weeks pass and I call for an update... got the run around. Another week passes and I follow up again, we're now 4 weeks from the date I ordered, told it was already shipped. Never got a confirmation that it went out. Whatever. Fabric arrived and the color was completely different from the fabric sample I ordered. Not just a little different, but A LOT different. I was told they would check the mill and have another roll sent out. Some how, this roll made it to me in under 2 weeks. It arrived with scratches and gouges in the fabric that wouldn't come out. And to add insult to injury, it still wasn't the same color as the sample they sent me. Getting a return form took an act of congress.
I will never, ever order from this company again and I will certainly be sure to tell others not to order from them either. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
My concerns were: that they did not send me an order confirmation immediately (like other online fabric companies do), but I finally received it. Then I asked for a tracking number more than once, which I never received; then Susan called me on a Monday and said I would receive my order that Tuesday or Wednesday, Friday evening I had still not received my order; finally, I received it Saturday morning. If they had just sent me the tracking number, I would have had peace of mind and all of the above could have been avoided. Would I buy from them again? Not sure, their fabrics are lovely and very well priced, but with reading reviews from others I was worried if I would receive my fabric or not. Such a shame, the tracking number would have left me totally enchanted with their product and I would have given them a perfect 5.
Sent damaged fabric and won't stand behind it. So rude you won't believe it. Wish I had never ordered. This is the type of merchant that give e-commerce a bad name! Wish I had seen this site before I ordered- would have saved a lot of money and aggrevation. Agree with person who ssays they should be shut down.
This warehouse is amazing and the fabric is to die for. Anything you need, you will find here. Michele knows fabric and will bend over backwards to get you what you want or need. The prices are incredible and a true bargain.
FANTASTIC company! I live somewhat near their warehouse in El Paso so I decided to check it out before I made any commitments. Incredible! MASSIVE selection of fabrics, and the staff there was so helpful and friendly! I found exactly what I was looking for (along with some more that I intend to use for future projects). Great company!

I wrote a review earlier and it needs updating. I'm no longer so sure their fabrics are mill ends from well known houses. They have sent me extra swatches for consideration and these extras were not designer fabrics. I now think you are paying full price for the fabrics you are buying unless Michele can prove otherwise. Plus I have received emails from her husband when I complained about something. He is a foul mouthed slob in my opinion. I think he gives away the whole credibility of the site. So since he's such a sleazeball, it makes you wonder about Michele and her nicey, nice demeanor.
I have paid over $1,000.00 for fabric plus shipping over 3 months ago. I have not received my fabric nor any further communciation nor a shipping tracking number despite numerous requests.
Still waiting...
If you want endless SPAM, just contact them and they will oblige. If you ask them to please not to send messages, well, they will just send more. Report them to *******@uce.gov, no worries, they just keep on sendin'.

I do love this place so much I want to tell the entire world in GREAT BIG LETTERS! Michelle goes above and way beyond searching for fabrics that only exist inside my head. I live in an old hotel/high class bordello, built in 1890. My husband and I spent 13 years restoring it and it is my dream house. Michelle has been so helpful in suggesting higher end fabric when I would tell her my ideas. The end result has been nothing but fantastic. My next project is fabric for the kitchen window and matching bar stools as well as some fabulous Leopard to go on my very favorite and threadbare nursing/storybook-reading/new baby snuggling/knitting chair.
I have had NOTHING but great service and help here. Fabrics are perfection. I accidently ordered a duplicate set of sample fabrics in the middle of the night; emailed Michelle and she fixed it for me... immediately. Iluvfabrix has a life long customer with me and I tell everyone looking for home Dec fabrics about this site. The fabrics are gorgeous and not something available to me locally. But the real selling point is their extraordinary customer service.
We noted that there were GREAT DEALS and their communication was more than helpful when attempting to make purchases. Shipping was a bit lengthy, but where there is no rush I rather have the PRICE than the time. Nice experience, we recommend :)
Fabric did not arrive. It took six months, and a small claims court petition to receive a refund. I strongly recommend a different vendor.
