Hey, I have been in the same situation after days of calling them, they weren't giving my refund. So I called them for the last time and said I am filing comsumer complaint which I did. (Also letting you know that the customer service person is pathetic and inhuman) I paid 580/- for filing the complaint online. It is an easy process but do in on the govt website, After filing the complaint I recieved my refund within 24 hours. I am glad I took this step. I had lost hopes for getting my money back. I cannot guarantee but it helped me so You may decide on your accretion. Thanks
