Bought a saree which i found was defective. I returned the same after repeated requests but now they r not refunding my money even after 35 days of return pickup

I purchased a saree in tskhadi with good fabric and prompt delivery with good supportive customer care. Nice product

I ordered a saree and got a defective product. Their site says they have return, refund and replacement policy. When I raised a complaint, they gave me a whatsapp number and told to upload the image, which I did. However, even after a month, there is no word from them, in spite of repeated reminders. Apparently, they just want to sell off defective sarees in the market, because they know nobody is going to take them to the court for a few thousand rupees saree. So, be aware. Buy only from trusted sites like Amazon etc.

I ordered 1 saree through their website, i recd a horrible saree not at all matchinhg with the picture on their website. After lot of followups, they agreed to replace it.

Some courier person came and after checking the packet and saree, he took it and i immediately sent whatsapp to them that my courier has been picked up (as advised by them, when they accepted to replace it).

After 1 week, when there was no action, i called them agn.to my surprise they showed me some other packet with some delhi address that this we hv recf from my side. When i said this packet and address is not mine, they said ok address was a mistake bt this (some green fabric) they have recd from me.(image of the packet attached)

And then 1 lady came over the phone and said nothing can be done and just banged my phone.

Since then i am trying to contact them on whatsapp, they are reading my msgs bt no revert.

So friends, this was my expreience. I warn u to beware of these frauds.

They have sent torn and used saree. They have covered torn part of saree with saree.
Not worth for money.
Customer care people speak harshly when we ask for refund.

I purchased saree it's fabulous, collection of sarees in TSKHADI excellent. Customer service good they slove my problem on priority..

The refund and return policy is very pathetic of tskhadi. Please do not pay in full when you order from them. I had ordered a saree which I wanted to return. There was no reply from tskhadi to acknowledge the return request. After multiple followups they finally placed a return request. The Saree was picked by them on 23rd oct and I am still waiting for my refund. Their customer service is pathetic, they never respond to any emails, whtsapp messages or do they answer the phone.
I regret my decision to purchase from tskadhi. Highly disappointing.

I completely agree with the below feedback. The service is too slow, irresponsible and irrespectable towards customer. I've returned my product on 21st Oct, 2020 and it's been almost 20 days, there is clue about the refund amount. If we ask about refund they are Directly disconnecting the call. Such a rude response towards customer I've never faced.

I am a regular online sari shopper. But the worst buy is from Tskhadi. It was captioned as Banarasi silk and is rated as rupees 1600... not worth at all because it is a cheap quality sari and not silk also. Why do you cheat people with photographs... it's ok, it is business techniques but, at least sell that same material product. Everybody's money is not plucked from tree and paid to cheaters like you.

I am not satisfied at all with this product... and people don't get cheated by this.

This is the sari... looks like silk but not, its absolutely cotton thread also the material was captioned as Banarasi silk but not its the cheapest material. It's worth is only 400rs.
Blouse is faded polyester...

Kindly see the sari I have ordered and see what I have received... 1600rs
