Initial representative who helped me contract for your services went over and above to help arrange the service. The local rep who was sending the delivery to me did not relate that I would have to have a loading dock at my home (which I don't) and then the original rep came back into the picture to get me an actual curbside delivery (ground level with a lift gate truck). The local driver was only obligated to off load the boxes, but instead moved them all the way into my garage and helped me inspect the boxes for obvious damage. When I tried to tip him for his excellent service he advised me that it was against company policy for him to accept it and was very firm even after I advised him that he deserved it for the garage delivery of my boxes. Such high integrity is rarely seen these days. So from start to finish this was an exceptional experience. I cannot recommend this organization too high. 5 Stars seems so inadequate. Thank you very much!

From the very first phone call I received incredible expert advice and service. Once I booked my shipment I was kept informed via email and via phone calls as to the status and what to expect. As this was my first experience with using a shipping company to transport antique furniture and possessions from CA to CO due to my parents passing, all was handled with the utmost care and respect. I didn't have to worry about anything as everything was explained to me in detail and the delivery date was met as promised. Each individual I spoke to was an expert in their field and allayed any concerns or worries I had. I will definitely use TSI and recommend them to any friends and family who need this type of service. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the cube services where one has to do all their own container packing. I preferred to leave it to the experts in shipping. Great experience all the way around. Thank you TSI!

TSI was cheaper and faster than the three other shipping companies I spoke to. I moved a bedroom set from New York to Oregon and it arrived on the exact day they said it would. My sister used them too and had the same great experience.

We were very pleased with the service we received in shipping a chest from Arizona to Cambridge MA. The driver that picked it up was very courteous, helpful and very professional. He contacted us before he arrived and my granddaughter in Cambridge was notified several days before delivery when it would arrive. I would definitely use this company again if I needed to ship something.

Fantastic company
November 30, 2018

Fantastic company. Excellent service. Would recommend them and use them again if needed. My grandmother's cedar wedding chest arrived in VA from AZ and was clearly treated as if it were their own. Everyone involved in the shipment and delivery were pros. Can't thanks them all enough for the service they provide!

TSI Shipping was terrific. They great a great job in handling my furniture moving needs. Everyone from the sales representative to the delivery men from the trucking company were terrific. They were exactly on time, courteous, quick in their work and went out of their way to insure everything was just as I wanted. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of such service.

Initial contact by phone was good. Information related and emailed contract. Tips on packing were good on the website. Pick up went smoothly. I was told sooner I schedule a pick up the more likely my items would be delivered within the week I needed. Delivery was a month later. Delivery was very unsatisfactory. I didn't receive the 'white glove' contract as I purchased. One piece of furniture was ripped apart to fit in a box. (Upon pick up I was told I wrapped it ok. And that it was fine. They would wrap it in padding). Time will tell if anything in boxes is broken. I haven't gotten to them all yet.

Response to on-line quote request received in a timely manner (not all companies responded!) and communication with Carol Tract very pleasant as well as informative. Carol is reliable (returning calls/emails) and honest. I can only hope the dispatcher and movers are as responsive, honest and dedicated to their jobs as Carol. Hoping to give them a 5-star once I receive my items.

Very late pickup of two dressers in Wooster, Ohio. However, the team was professional and I felt my furniture would be taken care of. The delivery in NYC had to be completed by 5 pm due to co op rules. I had requested a morning delivery, but it was delivered around 4pm. The team was fast and very professional.
Overall, I was satisfied and both dressers are antiques and they were very well wrapped. Better than having me do the move!

Customer service was excellent for setting up the pickup of the furniture piece. Friendly individuals handling the calls. Have not yet had the pickup and delivery part done yet but if that is as efficient the setup i will be very happy.

Very unsatisfactory
March 14, 2019

Very unsatisfactory. I was told my vintage furniture would receive "White glove" treatment for packaging & handling. My furniture arrived in extremely damaged boxes and when the boxes were opened, the individual pieces were literally dumped in the boxes for transport. I registered my complaint and request for monetary compensation 2 weeks ago with Phil and have not heard a word since that time.

I contacted them when I first decided to send a large item form Kansas to California. I then got sick. I was contacted but not pressured. It felt good knowing they would be there as I got well. I now have the photos and the cedar chest ready to go and they are able to pick it up this week. I have to say that Phillip was the person I have dealt with so far and he is awesome. Patience but available.

Transit Systems Inc. (TSI) located at 999 Old Eagle School Road | Wayne, PA ******* will not complete my shipment for my FL to WA.

I made it very clear before I scheduled the service that I my items would arrive before Aug 23rd so that my computer, research documents, and books would arrive before my college semester begins which I was guaranteed. My receipt from my order posted that my order was scheduled to arrive on the 10th of August 2021.

Not only does my tracking number not work I am constantly being disconnected and sent in circles when I contact the company.
With these delays, my semester since began and without my computer files and research items and I now currently have an ‘F' on my Capstone Thesis which jeopardizes my graduation as this is the last semester of senior year.
When finally getting through to distribution manager Bob Whitehead and Company director Cathy Temple I was promised a new date of arrival which has now passed and when I was It has now been 59 days since pickup with no resolution in sight.
I have had to call TSI literally 20 times over the past few weeks as I am constantly disconnected or transferred to people who have no helpful update on my order.

I understand that we are living in unique times under the pandemic, but there is no excuse that warrants the nightmare they have put me through. I have been accidentally CC in emails by the Distribution Manager writing that he did not know the status of my of my order.
Not only is this vastly unprofessional, he should is in charge and should know.
Never has a "I'll call you back" EVER resulted in a call back. Each week I am still left in the dark and the delayed shipping dates of sept 6th blew past and now their second AND THIRD projection for the following weeks gone by as well.
It has now been exactly two months since my order was first sent out and I have no resolution.
I believe this company is fraudulent. Steer Clear!

I shipped a dining room table, 6 chairs, coffee table, and 2 boxes from Reno to Seattle. TSI lost one of the boxes and is still "looking for it". Communication is all one-sided; if I do not call, I hear nothing about the progress of finding my items. I would not recommend this service.

My online and phone experience with Transit Systems was good and efficient, however the shipment was pretty much a disaster in that the item of furniture I shipped was significantly damaged. I'm very disappointed.

Large art piece arrived safely secured in a custom built frame! Great delivery guys too! Only (minor) complaint was that it was raining and the bubble wrap/protective plastic wrap did not cover the top of the piece. But, I was able to dry it off without any damage to the piece.

The service was bad: the boxes came in absolutely crushed.
Besides, the biggest box was lost. On the top of that, for an additional weight the company took 400$ from our account without having it confirmed with him.

Overall I give high marks for the ease and very courteous service of this company. The cost seemed a little high however that may be my fault as I gave dimensions of the twin beds being set up not thinking they break down to a much smaller dimension. That being said the cost of the beds including the shipping cost is
Still under what they are valued at.
