TSI shipping saved me a lot of time and trouble. One phone call did it. My mother who passed away in south Florida left me a beautiful antique chest of drawers. I live in western North Carolina. How to get it from there to here. One call and it was shortly on its way. It arrived 2 weeks later, professionally handled and packaged in perfect shape. Thanks TSI.

Quick, easy, efficient

Quick, easy, efficient - Isaac answered all my questions, was very helpful and I felt he was confident in his performance. I would recommend transit systems to others and will certainly make them my first call for any future small moves that I have like this in the future.

I needed to send an 1885 antique bed frame from Minnesota to Illinois. TSI worked carefully with me to determine the best pick up time, wrapped it carefully for transport and it is on its way. They have kept the receiver well informed of the estimated arrival time.

I contracted and paid in advance to have 10 boxes packed and shipped along with some household items. When the mover arrived, they had no packing materials and did not pack the boxes as agreed and paid for. I have been waiting 6 months for a refund on the packing and cannot get anyone to contact me or work with me despite repeated phone calls and emails. I would not use this company again and would recommend no one else do so either.

We moved 3 medium, 2 large and 5 extra large U Haul boxes of clothes, etc from Missouri to our new home in California. It was easy to set up and Gina was very helpful. Everything arrived within a week and boxes were in good shape. Good communication through the process

I have a few special items that I need to move from the Midwest to the Southeast US. I paid for the entire move in full. Three weeks later and two last-minute cancellations by the movers, I am fed up. I have dealt with many moving companies in the past but this is by far the worst experience that I have had. What makes matters worse is that my calls and emails have gone unanswered. At least I can reverse the charge on my credit card for services not rendered. Find another company for your move.

Our move, #******* was originally requested for 10/5 - 10/7 and, once set up, changed to 10/7 - 10/9. I have been in contact with, and left messages for Alan Silverman co confirm our move - hopefully for 10/7 - 10/8, with no tangible response. I am concerned because we have made arrangements for the remainder of our furnishings to be donated to Habitat and our flight up north are scheduled for 10/10, am. So far, this has not been a very satisfactory experience, to say the least.

We were extremely pleased from the beginning

We were extremely pleased from the beginning - working with Jessica for all the pickup and drop-off logistics. She was a pleasure to work with, communicative and quick with her responses. Her customer support skills were top notch (and as I'm in a customer satisfaction role as part of my job this is key).
The men who came to pick up and pack our furniture were awesome - courteous, and took great care in their work. Very very pleased with the service, thank you.

Unorganized Service
November 5, 2019

The company I worked for booked TSI for my relocation, which I see why they had them as a third resort.

First they were extremely over priced and numbers where completely off based of the estimate they gave me for my relocation. Ended up being a $1000 difference.

So I was told that my items would be delivered on Oct. 28th before 12 noon, which I specifically took off work for. So 3pm rolls around and I have yet to hear from someone. I called tsi which the guy I spoke with who I believe was John or Ryan Who act like they didn't know what was going on, so he said he'll call me back shortly. Once calling me back he told me that the driver should of called and told me that my delivery wasn't gone make it until oct 29th instead.

Shortly after getting of the phone with John or Ryan the driver called me and told me everything that was going on. He also said, they (as in John or Ryan) knew that my delivery was gone be pushed to oct 29th and they should of been called and told me.

Once my stuff arrived, everything was going well until my 55" flat screen tv screen was shattered, which the unloader Chris blames it on the team that loaded it upon the truck. Considering that I paid awfully a lot of money for this relocation they could of done better at taking care of this situation. So now I'm in the process of my attorney getting involved.

The carrier missed four separate scheduled pick up times, and eventually got it on the fifth attempt over a week later. As the customer, I had to initiate communication with TSI after every single failed attempt and eventually ended up managing the coordination with the carrier myself. TSI's customer service and operations teams do not value the customer relationship and do not have effect models in place for pushing out and managing customer-stakeholder communication. This was a stressful experience and I will not be using the services again.

I just wanted to let everyone know how pleased I was with the whole process from TSI. Everyone involved was helpful, kind, and reassuring all along the way. The delivery men (father and son) here in CA were just great.

I certainly would recommend your company to anyone that needs any kind of shipping, especially cross-country.

I felt I had an unusual request to move be loved furniture that belong to my parents who are now deceased. Their monetary value is appreciable but the sentimental value is priceless. You took exceptional care, were professional and exceeded my expectations. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

This is the worst move and customer services I ever experienced. I was lied to from the start, the rep left the company and no one followed up on my order that was placed 2 months in advance; resulting in my pick up being delayed 5 days. I was low balled on the rate which resulting in having to pay almost double the original quote, and everyone I spoke with implied that everything that went wrong was my fault. My daughter who was at the destination had to change her business travel flight 2 times late because of it. I will never use this company again, and will let everyone I know what a terrible experience I encounter as a 66 year old lady that was just preparing for retirement, and was frustrated through the entire experience in dealing with your company.

I spoke to delightful lady named Carol and she made this whole thing SO easy. I was very impressed with how smooth it went. I have never shipped anything before and I was expecting a BIG hassle, but it was great! Get back to you when item is delivered...stand by!

TSI was easy to work with and was able to arrange pick up of my items quickly. Communication was great and the pickup went smoothly and professionally. Unfortunately the delivery was not as smooth. The driver damaged 2 pieces of my furniture through carelessness. I was standing right there when it happened both times. TSI has been great dealing with it so far and I am starting the insurance process now. Hopefully the items can be repaired without difficulty.

I was extremely satisfied with the shipping of my belongings. No problems at all. This was two antique pieces that I could not move by myself and I was glad to know that there are moving companies that move small shipments. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who asked for a recommendation.

We needed to find a service that would move a family china cabinet from Illinois to Virginia. I found Transit Systems on line and called them. The were very customer oriented, providing the information I needed and pushing me to contract with them immediately. When we decided to go ahead with the process, it was smooth and easy. The team picking up the cabinet arrived on time, were very personable and extremely knowledgeable about dismantling and protecting the furniture. The cabinet was delivered today in perfect condition. Thank you for your excellent service.

My boxes were lost on three separate occasions, all within the terminals. Communication was non-existent. I was promised calls regarding the status of my boxes, and never received them. Customer service reps seemed not to care. It took over a month for my 7 boxes to arrive cross country, when they were promised to arrive in 1-2 weeks max. Once my boxes finally arrived, they were beaten up and torn. I would never recommend your service to a friend, I will not use your services again, and I am disappointed that I trusted your service in the first place, and spent over one grand on risking all my belongings only to have them damaged upon their late arrival.

We moved 7 boxes (packed by owner) and 3 pieces of furniture from CA to NC. We paid for insurance on 3 of the higher value items. Most of the shipment was of sentimental value as it came from a family home. Several of the boxes were marked "Fragile" and we were assured they would be handled as such. 3 weeks later our shipment was delivered in NC and we were very upset at the state of the boxes. Shipping labels had been pasted over the words "fragile", boxes were broken, damaged, taped back together and sadly a number of items were broken, despite being well bubble wrapped. Our cedar chest was scratched and damaged and we are still waiting to hear from TSI about that insured item. Our smaller damaged items were not individually insured since we had not itemized and valued each box. Customer Service is non existent. We do not recommend this company.
