You buy the kit and then you commit to having it shipped to you every few months, I chose 6 months and every time I try to cancel they do there best to talk you out of it, they give me another discount or more free products, and you are talking to someone from another country and it is hard to understand. This is why I never do this, I guess I will try again, but I do not like a company that bullies you in to staying. Has anyone else had trouble canceling the membership? Maybe I am too soft and easy just need to be firm! I like the product it is good.
I liked the product okay, but I only wear makeup a couple of times a year so I don't need regular deliveries. I like the product, but no matter how often I called them, they kept sending the stuff. I finally had to close my bank account. I will never order from them again!
100% satisfied. With my experience. I have been a customer for about a year and a half. Ive never had a problem and only receive what I order when I order it!
I am confused by all the bad reviews. I have had nothing but a great experience! I started ordering about a year and a half ago and I call before my shipment, so I can change the products to what I want that time around. They will take the whole payment at once or they will break it up, so you can pay the total over a 3 month period, which I think is convenient. I had a tube of the Bye Bye Foundation and it stopped pumping out the foundation, so I called and they sent me a new one at no cost. The Bye Bye Foundation is much cheaper if you do the monthly subscription. I don't know anyone who works for It Cosmetics or the Guther Renker company; I just wanted to say that I have been completely satisfied and haven't had any troubles or complaints in the year and a half I have used them.
Apparently they have hacked my account information I have never heard of them and I am a man but they have hit my account twice in 3 weeks for $93.99.
So we ordered over $100 worth of It Cosmetics makeup for delivery to our 89 year old mother who lives in a nursing home on Sunday morning of Memorial Day weekend and were told that it would not ship until Tuesday. Less than 24 hours later we called to ask them to switch the shade of the bye bye foundation as it was still not scheduled to ship until Tuesday and it was only Monday morning. It cosmetics refused to do it. They insisted that this 89-year-old woman would have to arrange to return and exchange the foundation even though it hadn't shipped. Do not buy from It Cosmetics!
It cosmetics are the best for covering dark spots and dark circle under the eye. I'm very disappointed to see that my automatic subscription to tryitnow was canceled. I hope that they will renew the website for new purchases. Thank u It Cosmetics!
They did not send what they promised the mascara was teeny compared to what they show on the try it now website. I am so disappointed in Jamie. I believed in her. Now this company refuses to cancel future orders. Shame on you!
Ordered the first offer shipped 3/31/17 received 2 weeks later Tried it and did not like it any better than Clinique or L'oreal. Received a second shipment April 27... did nmot open it called customer service had a hard time getting thru to representative was told I would be billed $81 + for it and I could change my order status. IT could not understand "cancel all future orders Rep tried to talk me out of cancelling finally he agreed to send the second order back at MY charge. No label to send back free. Where did this &81 + come from? WOW I have lost all respect for IT and Alison Sweeney
Ordering details are very unclear. Called to cancel and was charged the very next day for a payment. Customer service is horrible and will never purchase anything from them ever again. Shame on you It Cosmetics this Try It Now is a total scam!
I ordered the product and somehow they cancelled it because supposedly the warehouse cancelled my order without any notification. They charged my card and it is pending status and they won't help me to buy their product. Worst place to order even if the product is great the customer service is ridiculous. No one there knows what they are doing and the supervisor doesn't know what to do to keep a customer. I would give a negative rating if i could.
I was excited to try the product.The product was much darker than advertised and made my skin breakout horribly! The only product I did like was the concealer. When I called to cancel my future shipment the man in customer service would not listen and kept trying to offer me products I didn't want. I finally had to be rude and tell the man to stop trying to sell me a horrible product and cancel my subscription. When you return the product t is on your dime! Beware this product sucks.
I purchased the product online and was very surprized to find a repeat package sent less than a month later. I felt alarmed, checked details of my purchase, found the terms n conditions was made in such a way that without information or further confirmation, a repeat order is automated. And not just a repeat order, they charged me for an extra large package! I called but there was no way to cancel my shipment. I wrote repeatedly I dont want it, I want to cancel, either they dont respond or they responded saying it is for my convenience they are sending me an extra large package, completely ignoring what I wrote. I returned the package n sent proof of my sbipment being received by them, I suddenly got an email saying I had sent it to an unmonitored mailbox. This is a robber!
WHAT THE PEOPLE THAT U ORDERED FROM DO! I HAD THIS HAPPEN 2 ME. THE COMPANY WAS A MAKE UP. I ORDERED A TRIAL ALSO. THE COMPANY HELD THE ORDER UP TILL ONE DAY PASSED THE TIME IT WAS 2 B CANCELLED. U BETTER believe ME. I CALLED & RAISED THEIR ROOF@ LEAST 6" WHEN I TOLD THEM I KNEW WHAT THEY HAD DONE. I DO THIS NOW WHEN MY ORDER IS LATE. THEY SEND ME A RETURN LABLE & TO GET ME OFF OF FACEBOOK THEY LET ME KEEP OR CANCEL or RETURN ITEM. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN with this company.
I also fell for the tryitnow.com infomercial. I also had charges billed to my credit card, before the 30 days were up (I was supposed to have 30 days to cancel, shipment #2 went out about 2 wks after receiving the trial.) I should've read the reviews online first, but I didn't. I read them right before I was going to call the company and cancel all future shipments/charges. I decided to call my credit card company, explain the situation, and they did a three-way call with the company & I told them repeatedly that I want to cancel my membership & I refuse all future shipments/charges. They tried to offer me a discount, used the usual tactics to try to keep charging me, I kept repeating no, no, no, not interested. They said my second shipment had already gone out, so I would need to return it before I could receive a refund of the first payment. I stated I understood, I asked the CSR (who did not speak very good English) to send me a return shipping label. I was put on hold repeatedly throughout this process, when I asked the CSR her name, she didn't say it first. I could hear someone in the background telling her what to say. It was all very shady. Took about a 45-minute phone call to complete the cancellation, but when I hung up, my credit card company had recorded the entire conversation, where I repeatedly stated I no longer wish to be a member, no longer wish to receive shipments, and no longer authorize charges, & reminded her that the call was being recorded by my cc co. In the end, she gave me her name, a cancellation confirmation number, & I'm awaiting an email confirming the cancellation. I remain hopeful that this will work, since cc company is aware of the whole thing. We'll see.
This company stole from me. I was thinking about purchasing the 39.95 kit. I filled out the information and my credit card information. I then changed my mind and never hit the submit button. I then erased all of my information and closed my browser. The next day I check my bank account and I see a debit pending of 39.95. I called this company and was told that I purchased it and of course you can't argue with them. The only way they could look up the order was with my name and zip code. I am now filing theft and fraud charges against this company. (Bank and Police Report.) I love the makeup and will try to contact the corporate office and let them know that this company that is selling there products are ruining the reputation
Already said what I needed to. I just wanted to point out "one" of the FAKE REVIEWS I was telling about seeing. Lol... Sickening huh? Why aren't these people arrested and locked in a room, and throw away the ROOM?!?
I canceled and they still sent another shipment. On top of that, they didn't even send me the correct products! Customer service is terrible. They make you call their number so that a rep can try and talk you into different products/packages.
I ordered and received the Try It Now sample box for 44$ and then a few weeks later, I received another box from It Cosmetics and this one was 133$. I did not request this new shipment and was not even contacted to see if I liked the product and wanted to receive more. I had no input regarding the items shipped. When I returned the box, I received a 72% refund. This program is a rip-off. Buyer beware.
I travel for a living and sometime have to resort to online ordering to get anything done. Being a single mom, I don't have much time. I tried IT as a recommendation from a friend, what it doesn't tell you is "tryitnow" is not it.com... and they are scam artists that hide behind poor communication and NO clear communication. I thought I was ordering a one time trial for $49.95... It not only sent me the wrong color but they then charged me 3 payments of $49.95. Because I can only review my accounts when there is time... it took the 4th CHARGE of $53.94 to alert me to the issue. I had called and was just repeated to over and over that its "CLEAR" when you buy it on line what the payments are and the color CANNOT have been wrong because they don't make mistakes. I am glow in the dark white, they sent me medium... I have never been anything above light in my life. By sure ok I somehow not only missed that its $150 and they will keep billing and sending me the wrong product, but ordered a color I can never put on... yeah no. When I call "customer services" I use that term sparingly, he refused to let me speak to a manager, had no interest in retaining me as a customer, and eventually HUNG UP ON ME! I am beyond done with online scams... BUYER BE WARE!
