Amazing product!

This make up is exactly as shown on tv. I have rosacea and I am 58 years old. I have tried many different brands of foundation but none measures up to this product. I look like my makeup has been professionally applied. Even after 8 hours it looks as good as when it was in the morning. Full flawless coverage and your skin feels like silk. This covers all fine lines too! Great product! I use it all and will never go back.

For the record

For the record, it says plain as day when selecting the products you want that you will be charged 3 installments per order.
That being said, the TV offer said nothing about that, so it is horribly misleading. Excellent product, horrible marketing.

I was confused by the TryItNow site when I first ordered the package. Then, when I called IT Cosmetics directly to make changes to my order, they referred me to TryITNow. I had no idea it was a different fulfillment company. They are limited in what they carry. I've used the IT Cosmetics for a year and honestly am pretty happy with most of them. But, anything I want to use I can get from Sephora or from IT directly. I called and cancelled TryITNow--they did their best to convince me to stay, come back, change dates and I just kept saying "I need to cancel". Finally she gave up and said OK.

Disappointing.
February 20, 2017

I ordered the product an received it within a week. The foundation was ok but they sent me concealer an setting powder 2 shades darker than me. I called to cancel the subscription the agent stated being the product hadn't shipped I would no longer receive any product an I was done with it. Well I go to check my mail an what do you know I have a bill from it cosmetics, I called an asked why an they said because they mailed me a second shipment but I had called an removed the credit card off my file lol like really believe I was pissed they told me the subscription had never been canceled an in order to refund my money I had to return the product, product I don't have smh other than that I'm out 161 dollars because I've been billed till march. Worse customer service ever an the product isn't that exciting for 161 dollars honestly it says it targets redness an neverdid it cover up any redness on me!

I travel for a living and sometime have to resort to online ordering to get anything done. Being a single mom, I don't have much time. I tried IT as a recommendation from a friend, what it doesn't tell you is "tryitnow" is not it.com... and they are scam artists that hide behind poor communication and NO clear communication. I thought I was ordering a one time trial for $49.95... It not only sent me the wrong color but they then charged me 3 payments of $49.95. Because I can only review my accounts when there is time... it took the 4th CHARGE of $53.94 to alert me to the issue. I had called and was just repeated to over and over that its "CLEAR" when you buy it on line what the payments are and the color CANNOT have been wrong because they don't make mistakes. I am glow in the dark white, they sent me medium... I have never been anything above light in my life. By sure ok I somehow not only missed that its $150 and they will keep billing and sending me the wrong product, but ordered a color I can never put on... yeah no. When I call "customer services" I use that term sparingly, he refused to let me speak to a manager, had no interest in retaining me as a customer, and eventually HUNG UP ON ME! I am beyond done with online scams... BUYER BE WARE!

Terrible Experience

Purchased, against my better judgement, the Try It Now set. BIG MISTAKE. Called to cancel the next shipment as I wasn't impressed with the product - certainly not worth the huge price tag. Was told that the next shipment had already gone out so I would have to pay for that too. Charged me for the following 5 months. I called every month and every month they told me "this is the last month you will be charged". Finally threatened to write a complaint so they "escalated" my call to a manager who gave me an address where I could send a complaint. Totally ridiculous. Listen to the little voice in your head that says not to sign up for their auto delivery. If you really like this product, there are many reputable shops you can purchase it at and get a full size bottle. I suggest you use one of those. This has been nothing but a very expensive nightmare and in my opinion a complete SCAM on unsuspecting people. Falsely advertised and misleading.

Not worth the hassle-

Buy it at Ulta. They offer a bigger product for a lower price and you will save yourself from the aggravation at the tryitnow website. I also got my card charged not once but twice even after I called to cancel. Note that I had to cancel something I did not subscribe for.

I've ordered from QVC and never had any trouble, but when I noticed I was charged again for the products I received only one month ago I called to cancel the automatic shipments. They stated shipments every 12 weeks, but this has only been one month and at pretty much the same amount as I paid the first time. I wanted to try IT's liquid foundation and thought this was a good way to try the product, but I was so wrong! I called to cancel the order, because that is your only option per their website, When you call they keep you on the phone talking in circles trying to get you to change your shipment date. They said they would give me a return address label, but took that option back when I would not agree to move my shipment date to June rather than cancel all together. I now have to return the products, on my dime, within 7 to 10 days of receipt or my account will not be credited. I will never order from them again!

Really Disappointed
January 6, 2017

Having bought It Cosmetics from QVC and really love the products, I don't know what possessed me to buy from the tryitnow site. After I received the first shipment, I got a new debit card and didn't update the info on the site. I just assumed they would not ship anything further. Not only did I get another shipment, I was invoiced without my consent to the tune of $161.00! Needless to say I called CS and asked for a return mailing label, which I was told they don't offer but eventually I got CS to send it. Upon receipt, I returned the items and today got an email asking for the $161.00. I will never again order products from the site unless its the actually itcosmetics.com or QVC. Great products - really crappy site.

WHAT THE PEOPLE THAT U ORDERED FROM DO! I HAD THIS HAPPEN 2 ME. THE COMPANY WAS A MAKE UP. I ORDERED A TRIAL ALSO. THE COMPANY HELD THE ORDER UP TILL ONE DAY PASSED THE TIME IT WAS 2 B CANCELLED. U BETTER believe ME. I CALLED & RAISED THEIR ROOF@ LEAST 6" WHEN I TOLD THEM I KNEW WHAT THEY HAD DONE. I DO THIS NOW WHEN MY ORDER IS LATE. THEY SEND ME A RETURN LABLE & TO GET ME OFF OF FACEBOOK THEY LET ME KEEP OR CANCEL or RETURN ITEM. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN with this company.

Wow! So glad I read all of the reviews first. The infomercial made me feel like it was such a good deal as I have used the IT under eye cover up and loved it, in the past. With all of the listed items you get in this deal, I felt like it was a steal at the offered rate. Clearly others thought the same thing only to be disappointed and charged for more than they realized. I will buy the IT products directly from Ulta, which is where I bought the under eye cover-up from in the past. No hassles there!

I am 52 years old and I have tried many different brands of make-up in my lifetime and this is the first foundation and concealer I've used that I absolutely LOVE! You use so little and covers everything. At the end of the day my face doesn't look like the make up is caked on or have an oily appearance and best of all it last ALL day!

This advertisement, the customer service providers as well as the company itself, lied to me about the amount of the purchase and the product I received. I have been bullied over the phone trying to return and refund my purchase. I will be notified by the BBB once they have reviewed my complaint.

Unbelievable!

I have spent so much time and money looking for a product to cover my rosacea and this is the best product by far. Most concealers will cover for 15 minutes, but do not last all day. This lasted all day. At the same time, it does not have a caked appearance. It did take me practice to apply the concealer. I normally use a sponge to apply makeup, and this did not work well with the concealer. (Fingers worked better.) The eyebrow pencil was a little too dark for my fair skin and blonde hair, but the pencil did come with a brush that helped lighten it a bit..

This is my review, and it isn't good. The product did not do what they say it would. I applied it three times, and my redness was not covered up. Also, I did not know we had to read the fine print and that you would be sending out new products every 30 days or so. I have refused the last two packages and I was billed for them. I spoke with Chris on on May 6,2016. Was assured my acct would be cancelled, and it was. But since then I have been billed 63.65 and 53.94, which I want credited for. I never brought the products home from the Post Office. This is not very good business practice. Please credit my account for the 2 amounts listed above or you will hear from my lawyer. As far as I am concerned, this is fraud and outright criminal.

The product didn't do anything more for my face than loreal or maybelline does and when I called to return I got attitude and then after cancelling I still received another shipment THEN they tried to sent another one luckily my credit card was at its limit and couldn't be charged on... Deana
