I entered my information as prompted and was very disappointed at Truthfinder's preliminary results, which showed that I lived in 4 cities that I never did. It did accurately state the name of my wife and one city that I lived in. As I proceeded it informed me that I am on the US Watch List compiled by the FBI and other intelligence agencies, which is false. I have flown internationally many times in the last 5 years without any trouble or undue scrutiny. They also said that I have an extensive criminal record, which is absolutely false. I have never been arrested for any crime. Don't waste your money on these folks who promise a lot but fail to deliver. Robert M

A shady individual moved into my complex and I went to Truthfinder to check him out, and they delivered what they promised and more. I was surprised how through the report was. Truthfinder gave me peace of mind; which can't be beat. Also, the customer service department, the man I spoke with was so kind and amicable... He was a great listener who addressed my questions expeditiously in a way I could understand. I recommend Truthfinder to anyone who has questions about a new neighbor, a telephone number, or your child's teacher, etc. Thanks Truthfinder!

This site is a waste of time! I suspected that, but was curious nevertheless and payed the 27 dollars just to satisfy my curiosity-but that is the hook. The information is nothing more than public records, some misinformation because of same name people, and then it is cross referenced with other people, relatives, etc, from your past. Much wrong information! Do not waste your time and money here, I already did so I could warn you!

I am using Truthfinder for vetting people who want to join our organization. Sometimes I have limited information to work with and having the flexibility to search on their name, email or phone number has been very helpful. I also like having a connection to look at their social media.

Nothing you can't just find out for free by doing some google searches, other sites charge way less and will give you the same information, also its not all inclusive considering the price you will pay, not worth it, if you want to do an email or phone search they charge you extra for that, if you are already taking about $30 from your customers while some other sites charge half or even less than half, then at least have it all inclusive, its not worth it, go for cheaper sites and save your money, or if you diligent enough then just do some digging yourself.

I got on truthfinder in the hopes of getting some background information I had an idea was there but thought a background would verify.
Unfortunately they didn't have it and we got it a different way.
When I reached out to cancel my subscription. The customer service representative was very professional and even gave me a refund.
I would definitely give them a try again if need be.

I used myself to find if the site is real and they associated people with me I've never heard of
They said I had a criminal background and social media both are lies. Don't $#*! with this site it's bull$#*! real talk go pull public records

On my own relatives, there was no mention of marriages, divorces and deaths. Most of the "associates" I had never heard of. There seems to be no effort to search for the correct middle name--- they don't even ask for it to inflate the search results. So you gt a lot of criminal records from people with same first and last name, but in different states, different ages, etc. HUGE waste of time and money. The site should be banned from the web for deceptive advertising.

I was looking up address information on a recently deceased relative and decided to check my own information on TruthFinder. They have my FaceBook picture with an incorrect birth name, a college I never attended, an incorrect profession and work history! However, they did include a couple of correct addresses where I have lived. I emailed the company to possibly straighten out this mess, and they replied that they get their information from lots of different places and made absolutely no attempt to correct anything! Therefore, I would not trust anything they report on anyone!

I called today because I was having issues with downloading my PDF reports. Reach someone right away and was able to resolve my issue and got 2 free benefits to try for a month. Very happy with the information I received so far.

I have been a member of their site for a few months. I have been blocked out by them and attempted many, many times to resolve this. I sat on hold today for 34 minutes and no one ever came on. I tried again on my way home from work - 28 minutes NO ONE ANSWERS. Nothing like paying for a service you can't use. I'd cancel, but until they clear it up, I can't even login. It says I'm attempting to login on a new device, but it's the same device, the only device I have used. Internet companies with $#*! Ball customer service need to pay the price.

This service is a royal pain in the elbow. The interface pretends it is doing a deep search and is about to give you a detailed report, and promises that you will be 'surprised' if you think the person doesn't have a criminal record. It makes you click 'continue' at least six times, and tick lots of consent boxes... but in the end they won't let you see anything unless you give them $24 by credit card. It's a huge waste of time.

I have used it since 2016. It is all as the title I gave it. Trustworthy, extensive reliable information. Helps senior citizens from con. And deceitful servers and person. Very helpful to connect to people you could not trace, family and friends. Connects you to the right people in life. Above all gave me the confidence to stay safe and secure, because of detailed information when dealing professionally or socially.
I highly recommend this site and its service.

I have called Customer service numerous times regarding my account, about billing, passwords, differences between plan. I even took a break from using the service and the person who took my call wished me luck and stated that ' We are here for the customer, and if you ever need us again we are always happy to help". I have reactivated my account since and have spoken with Customer Service since then and their is no change in their eagerness to help me.

I was looking for a friend that I lost track of. TruthFinder helped me find his last known address and phone number. All were disconnected and mail came back. I can pretty much determine that my elderly friend has passed on.

Got one thing right about person I was searching & that was birth year. Of course, I had already entered his age, so it was pretty much a given. They missed public records information like two marriages and two divorces. Listed two events that would have been impossible because they gave his age as 41 and with correct birth year he would have been in his sixties. A waste of my time and my money which, of course, they kept even though I cancelled less than 30 minutes on the web site. Lots of useless information like neighborhood sex offenders in neighborhoods he MIGHT have lived in. Why would I need that? Any 'hood in the States has sex offenders, what does that have to do with the person I'm looking for? I cannot recommend this service and I'm sorry I fell for it.

I had done the trial membership and found all the information I needed for a contractor that I was looking for. Sometimes it can be a problem with some trial offers to call back and cancel but it was not in any way shape or form with truthfinder and the representative was kind, prompt, and no waiting time to reach him. He asked me if I needed any other information from the site before he put in the cancellation and promptly sent me an email confirming this. I would use them again!
