I have called Customer service numerous times regarding my account, about billing, passwords, differences between plan. I even took a break from using the service and the person who took my call wished me luck and stated that ' We are here for the customer, and if you ever need us again we are always happy to help". I have reactivated my account since and have spoken with Customer Service since then and their is no change in their eagerness to help me.

Have a proof of membership ready

I am on the $16.99 plan that include 4 features ( existing customer discounted plan)
