Trustpilot is a Danish company that protects other Danish companies who pays them to delete REAL reviews. For example the real reviews for the many companies of scammers "ApS group" or
Group Buy APS (vardagen.se sayyve or Pluss.se, Plussshop etc) that operate a number of online shops in Scandinavia, sneaking in an unwanted monthly subscriptions during purchase. So when the millions of disappointed customers try to make an honest reviews, TrustPilot REMOVES the reviews even though the customers has order numbers and emails providing them PROOF that the Reviews are real.
By the way, the Danish scammers protected by TrustPilot (Group Buy APS) is run by a criminal. Group Buy APS is currently under investigation and a Danish court has ordered the company to pay back all the customers they stole money from for their fake "subscriptions", including customers in other countries, like Sweden. Therefore it is absolutely necessary for us to give bad reviews and warn other people. Yet TrustPilot prevents us from doing that and protects criminal scammers by removing our reviews.
Why do all the 4 and 5 star ratings come only from "Invited" reviewers? Looking closely at the negative reviews, they are not from so called invited reviewers. I suspect they are created by bots or review farms.
From Trustpilots own website, "Trustpilot does not support Adblockers or privacy filters. We run monitoring tools to make sure you can log in, leave reviews, and so on. Adblockers and privacy filters may detect our monitoring software in your browser and interfere with Trustpilot features and performance. If you have any problems, try temporarily or permanently whitelisting Trustpilot."
This raises the question; how many people will actively turn off their adblocking software or whitelist Trustpilot to enter Trustpilot website to leave a review?
Interestingly, for a company I reviewed recently according to Trustpilot there are 87% (1,740) 5 star ratings as opposed to only 9% (190) unfavourable or average ratings (at time of writing).
There are two things at play here, remember the old advertising saying, "people normally won't review good experiences but will certainly review bad service or products". Which means that every one of these 5 star ratings, someone took the time to login to the Trustpilot website and took the time to write a review which consists of something like, "works great" or some other short sentence that in many cases doesn't even use the name of the product.
Although that doesn't explain the disproportionate number of positive 5 star ratings which are all "invited" reviews and none of the negative reviews are "invited".
If you do a google search of the names of the 5 star reviewers, looking at social media profiles, you will see many have profiles with very little, if any activity on their pages. Could they be fake profiles to enable them to login to Trustpilot anonymously and create fake reviews?
One of the companies that they are receiving huge profits from is endurance warranties I posted a review on trustpilot about endurance from a bad experience with them not complying with a contract that was signed on for service on my automobile was very detailed and very specific but it wasn't two weeks later that they said that they have temporarily removed the complaint due to the fact that endurance found the review to be false and and that they couldn't validate that I was an actual customer when I used an email address so course they wouldn't be able to know this I sent sent information to trustpilot stating my contract and the information as to why would I even post a review about a company I had no interaction with I'm still waiting on them to add the post back to it but I see they have boosted the rating of endurance and we all know that endurance is a shady company so they are profiting from companies they continue to back and keep their ratings positive as they are receiving monetary value from these companies that they choose to assist and help
Censoring genuine reviews and opinions to suit government adjenda. Everything woke turns to sh1t. Go woke go broke.
If the review is about one shop from Amazon( Renpho store), they don't publish it! Without any resonable and credible justify!
It's all gotta be positive, or GTFO. If you want REAL reviews, go somewhere else. This site is a joke.
Danish pigs, taking down reviews of major platforms, such as eBay on request. PIGS. PIGS. PIGS. PIGS. PIGS, PIGS.
Trustpilot blindly removes our genuine reviews when deceived by companies
I am extremely disappointed with this platform as it consistently removes our honest reviews. It seems they are easily deceived and bullied by companies that receive negative feedback, and without proper investigation, they promptly eliminate our reviews. Additionally, Trustpilot's customer service is terrible, as they do not even bother replying to our emails.
Recently, I had a similar experience with Trustpilot. I plan to share my experience online, through blogs and by presenting evidence of a genuine review about Flymedi being unjustifiably removed. I was shocked when Trustpilot informed me that my review had been flagged by a company desperate to maintain their 4.7 rating by getting rid of negative reviews.
Trustpilot removed my review despite the fact that the company had already responded to it, implying that they embraced and accepted the review without objection. Without delay, I appealed to Trustpilot and provided them with proof that I had indeed received treatment from this company. Some of the evidence I provided was personal and contained sensitive information, such as my address.
Time passed, and I received no response from Trustpilot. I followed up multiple times with additional emails, urging them to reply and provide me with information about the complaint process, but they never got back to me.
Today, I am resorting to the power of this review to fight back and implore Trustpilot to reconsider their decision and reinstate my review promptly. I strongly believe that other customers can benefit from my experience with dental treatment, but they are being deprived of this valuable information as my review remains hidden.
Furthermore, I would like to appeal to Trustpilot to review their system. When a company flags a review, Trustpilot should challenge them first by asking for an explanation as to why they believe the review should be removed. If the company's statement turns out to be false, for example, if they claim that the reviewer did not engage with them, the company should be held accountable, and Trustpilot should refrain from taking action if they flag reviews in the future.
It is unfortunate that a company that claims to publish genuine reviews is responsible for removing hundreds of authentic ones. As someone who fights for justice, I have decided to challenge this decision. However, there are likely hundreds, if not thousands, of other reviewers who do not have the time or patience to go through the extensive appeal process, especially considering Trustpilot's lack of response or acknowledgement of correspondence. This raises serious concerns about their customer service.
NOW SEVEN OF MY REVIEWS ARE REMOVED! I THINK TRUSTPILOT KNOWS VERY WELL AND EASILY DETECTS FAKE REVIEWS!
5 of my reviews got removed, which is bad. I will never use Trustpilot again. I think that it may be fake reviews that is causing the problem. Don't even think about using this website. I would rather use a website that you can't read reviews unless you sign in. That is really bad. I will use other websites for life. I just logged out because I got so mad.
I hate that you cannot translate other language reviews to English. This is a feature that you need in the USA. I will never even think about using this again.
Let's not beat about the bush. They only care about getting money from companies and I have no problem with that, my problem is this gives the companies too much power are able to influence the rating they receive
For instance they're able to send out unlimited reviews to people so you'll see hundreds of reviews for the top companies everyday. I'm very sceptical to believe that people think I'll just sign up for trustpilot and leave great feedback on the company and there's nothing in it for me. Why would they?
Most of the 5 star reviews don't make sense and seem to be bots too. A lot of people seem to leave reviews from other companies on the trustpilot page. You see people complaining their dress was too small or how the item was faulty. They're so dumb they're leaving it on the wrong page
When you complain to trustpilot they protest and say they don't tolerate fake reviews and to report them, but when there are hundreds a day I don't have time to click report and why should I? Its not my job
They do have integrity software but the only time that applies is when bad feedback is left. Then by magic it is triggered and your review is removed. They never remove 5 star reviews I've noticed
The companies can also get bad reviews removed, they say they don't believe you've had a genuine experience and your review is removed. This is from the very same companies that are full of 5 star fake reviews. Trustpilot say they don't delete bad reviews but what they do is hide them so nobody can see them which is just the same
Trustpilot seem obsessed with getting reviews about themselves. They have 250 000 reviews and are rated great. What kind of review site reviews itself? It's embarrassing. From that I can gather they literally bombard people with emails hassling them to leave reviews. I mean who really thinks I'll set up an account to say how great trustpilot is? Most of the reviews seem fake and just say nonsense such as 'you can trust trustpilot ' or 'trustpilot is amazing' They really expect people to believe that?
I left a bad review for trustpilot and their integrity team removed it and I needed to prove it was genuine and I had to send them proof it was real by sending an invoice which is impossible as I was leaving my comment on the number of dubious reviews
Bottom line is they can't be trusted and seem totally narcissistic and care only about harvesting 5 star reviews for themselves. Whenever I see a company bragging how high their rating is on Trustpilot I just laugh as it carries no weight with me
WHY would any one try to bad mouth a big organisation, unless for a good reason. It just doesn't make sens... for TrustPilot to make the decision and one sided decision to remove is beyond belief is pathetic. If UK system is HONEST. AS THEY WANT TO make believe. So let people voice their opinion... truth will prevail... you can't take others for ignorant. As has been the case all around in the UK
For the Rubbish Reason of security... UNIQUE TO THE UK... you fall into the hand of a stream of youngster... unpaid... slaves. Into using the power of office
The same with TRUSTPILOT. Who are these people to make a decision in whether our reviews about
Airbnb... or the Nation pathology or others... are truthful or not? LET THEM COME AND ask iN THE OPEN. HERE. In why such a reviews... it is THEN I SHALL PROVIDE EVIDENCE. WHO IS TRUSTPILOT TO MAKE A DECISION ABOUT MY VIEW. HOW PATHETIC IS THIS?

Trustpilot Content Integrity
Having had some dealings with this Danish 'review' company I find it hard to believe that anyone gives it any credence these days. It allows staggering numbers of fake positive reviews to stand-usually praising an obviously crap company to the stars.
It offers 'additional' services to these companies for additional payments. And advertises the fact. This, of course, immediately causes a major conflict of interest, which no reasonable person can deny.
It boasts about it's ever-so-clever fraud detection AI system which is clearly no more than window-dressing and certainly don't prevent more than a tiny fraction of fake reviews. With some companies it evidently prevents none!
It remains a law unto itself and remains virtually uncontactable.
It talks about it's 'flagging' system to allow the reporting of fake reviews, then deliberately blocks you from reporting more than one event with each company. It tells you their "integrity team" is 'looking into' it- but this is a permanent situation, and it does nothing to address your complaint.
It masquerades as a reliable platform to allow would-be purchasers an opportunity to assess a company's performance, but the result of it's twisted efforts is that it actually makes itself complicit in allowing fraudulent behaviour to flourish. When a company's performance looks too good to be true, then yes it probably is, and by deliberate design rather than accident.
Trustpilot seems to have signed a pact with the devil and it's morals are on sale to anyone who wants them. Some dishonest companies rely 100% on Trustpilot's score system to prey on new victims. By the time the public wake up to what these companies are doing, they have amassed a fortune and either quietly disappear or resurrect themselves (with consummate ease) as a phoenix company, blemish-free with just a slight tweak to their registered name. The UK Trading Standards office is utterly toothless and does nothing.
I could go on but common decency prevents me.
Trustpilot-complete rubbish. It needs banning-certainly from the UK where for some reason the public are too trusting to spot a con.
Use your own common sense when evaluating a company and don't rely on these ridiculous star-ratings which are so very easily manipulated and completely without shame.
I hope Sitejabber is better, but I won't hold my breath!

I went on holiday with tui last month advised by tui to check bags in the day before my flight, went to airport checked my bags in, at a cost of £30 to park. Went back next morning for my flight. Arrived at alicante but one of my case, s never arrived, spent 3 hours at airport reporting the lost case, missed hotel transfer, rep in resort told me that my luggage would be on the next flight and i would get it the next day, i got my case 6 days later the day before i came home, tui told me the would reimburse me for the clothes and everything i had to buy, they gave me £75 which i recieved 2 days after i got home, i went to the tui shop were i booked (southport) and spoke to the manager who told me he could only pay me £300 pounds compensation, i agreed with me that i would accept that and he told me he would send me an email confirming that. I recieved the email telling me that he would only give me £100 i went back to store and he said he didn, t say he agreed he said he could give me upto £300 but as i only had reciepts for £160 that he can only refund me £100. He misled me i rang up tui customer services and the lady told me that she could not help and that i had to make the complaint back to the store i booked with when i told her i am not happy going back to the store i was told that was my only option.so i went back to the store manager (chris) was off but i spoke to another member of staff and she agreed with me as she was in the store when the manager made that offer to me,. I put my complaint to her and requested that i expect to get compensation. I recieved an email 2 days later with no mention of compensation and £100 deposited in my bank account, the holiday we went on was to help us get over the death of our daughter but it turned out to be the worst holiday ever and that was all down to tui and the way we were treated. Tui customer care were very very unhelpfull,

We are a small therapy clinic based in Manchester and Trustpilot is contently taking down our genuine reviews stating that our patients are not real people, but rather bots of something. We have had the patients prove that they have received treatments from us via their online booking confirmations and some of the reviews have been relisted, but this happens with almost every review we receive.
We were informed that we would gain a better standard of service if we paid a monthly fee of £199.00 and yet they state that they offer the same standard of service for paying and none paying users, YER RIGHT!
Because of this I have issued official complaints with Francis Muscat the Chief Executive Officer of the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) and Andrea Coscelli the Chief Executive of the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) for TRUSTPILOT's potential violations of the 2008 Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations.
Let's hope something is done about this disgraceful and horrid organisation! As TRUST should not be part of their name, when it has absolutely nothing to do with their official practices!
ADDITIONAL - As we are using a simple image that we obtained from "Google Images" that they do not like & we will not pay them £199.00 a month to display this image upon our website they have listed the following text across the top of our account page!
Warning! We've detected misuse on this page
We've found out that this company's use of the Trustpilot brand is misleading. The company is not displaying the most up-to-date ratings, TrustScore or reviews on their website (WHICH IS A TOTAL LIE).
We wanted to let you know that this company hasn't been playing by the rules. We take the integrity of our platform very seriously, (YES YOU MAKE PEOPLE PAY FOR IT) and when we uncover misuse, we put a stop to it. (Really, then why are there so many FAKE reviews on your platform then)?
So petty and for using a simple image, nothing more, an if this is how you treat people we are surprised that anyone pays this company, as we certainly won't!
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
Trustpilot has a rating of 1.2 stars from 1,105 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Trustpilot most frequently mention customer service, bad experience and integrity team. Trustpilot ranks 128th among Internet Safety sites.
