Bad website with fake reviews. Support does not respond for a long time or completely ignores. I do not recommend to anyone.

Even with evidence trust pilot fix the results and. Make it impossible for you to leave a neg review.
Useless and dishonest.

Just like my other family members, we also had the worst experience of booking flights through CheapOair. We booked flights to India for 5 people and they were offering cheap prices but we ended up losing a huge amount of money. Our flights were through Japan Airlines and we had to change the airport at Japan. When we called Japan airlines, we were told that we need a transit visa to go from one airport to another however, because of Covid, they were not providing Transit visas to any of the passengers. When we called CheapOair, they didn't give us any option other than cancelling the tickets and we ended up losing over $2200. 00 on 5 tickets. There was no warning or disclaimer on the CheapOair website that they are not issuing any Transit Visa at The Tokyo Airport. Instead CheapOair blamed us for not checking before booking. They didn't offer to give us any voucher or to book another flight by paying the difference. The only option we were left with to cancel the tickets and pay the cancellation fee of over $2200. Very bad service! AVOID CHEAPOAIR WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS! Or else you would regret later.

On the 5-th of March 2020 we submitted a NEGATIVE renew of the so called" free ads" website www dot kl4ru dot com, who happened to be a Trustpilot's pre-paid customer. Our review was withdrawn and a long digit number was given to us to wait until the Trustpilot resolves the problem of "our authentisity". Now two weeks have passed and we didn't hear from Trustpilot.
We assume the Trustpilot is dead from COVID-19.
RIP, Rest in Peace, Trustpilot, you are a bunch of scumbaggie SCAMs! No one will feel sorry for you, except the RUSSIAN hackers from UK4RU.com.

They remove bad reviews for money, it not a legit rating, just if the company pays they have 5 stars.

It seems Trustpilot do not do a lot of things the way normal businesses have to operate to survive in a competitive market but who cares?

Bottles of champaign, Fussball, Fridays off, time off for drinking and not calling clients back.

Trustpilot is a mess of a reviews, thousands of fake reviews, it is clear it is being sold on mis representation on a number of fronts.

The advertised prices are for very basic reviews collection features on a compromised platform that allows fake verified reviews and cannot explain how reviewer accounts are hacked.

They delete ALL negative reviews from companies that are paid from. Totally unreliable service. Should be sued and closed.

I complained about a scam bitcoin faucet. Trustpilot claimed the website owner flagged it even though he claimed in writing he did not.

The CEO must be part snake, part hamster, and 100% untrustworthy, with 0% integrity. Don't trust them.
