A one star is not even worth giving, unfortunately one must be clicked in order to leave a review. I just read an email from trustpilot informing me that my reciews have been removed as a result of unusual activity and unauthenticity! I left two reviews regarding two separate interaction I had with this company toptiertraders.com. Both occasions were very pleasant experiences and the agents at toptiertrader.com were very much efficient and professional. They are a new company and is therefore striving for excellence in customer service which of course I was met with no less. Trustpilot had the audacity to remove my reviews because according to them their 'software' along with uninformed human interphase detected unusual activity! What could be unusual about stating that that my experience was unprecedented and these agents deserve the 5 starts? Isn't that my experience and my opinion? Trustpilot is a waste of time and load of crap. I'll also reporting what they did to toptiertraders and recommended they use another platform to receive their reviews because trustpilot is sabotaging their reputation by removing the review they receive.
I wrote a review about valuebasket.com, they are scaming people online. I commented and wrote a review about this site and tried to warn people about them. This site valuebasket reported my review and Trustpilot blocked it... even when I contacted trustpilot explaining that everything was in line with their polocies and edited my comment they never put it online ever again.
I wrote a review about trustpilot (to see what happens) and they also erased and blocked my comment!
Not professional, unfair, bias DO NOT BELEIVE ANYTHING THAT SITE REVIEWS and most importantly do not buy anything in valuebasket.com
My review about a company was removed without me receiving even a notification. I noticed and provided proof and it was reinstated. The company in question however have a load of fake reviews, they are not validated and use names like 'Happy customer'. In addition there are a load of reviews that are written by persons that work with the company in question. Their own terms of service write that biased reviews are not allowed and that 'if you're closely associated with, work for, or are in competition with a particular company, you shouldn't review it'. Despite this, a vast amount of their positive reviews are by people with contracts with the company who are reliant on work from this company and clearly have a vested interest in maintaining good relations. I sent a list of all these reviews; they clearly state in the review where this is the case. I got a generic reply asking me for more information which is exactly what they sent me prior to me sending the list. They sent me a further generic reply indicating again that they had not even looked at what was sent. It is clear that this company pays for additional services and trust pilot absolutely favours them. I have provided them with clear proof their terms are being contravened which they choose to ignore but they are happy enough to immediately remove genuine reviews on companies that pay them for additional services without even notififying the person so they have a chance to respond. Absolutely unscrupulous enterprise that lacks any inegrity, claiming to do the exact reverse of what they actually practice.
I left a negative review for SIP but this was removed, trustpilot asked for proof so I emailed the receipt and emails but my re never re appeared, my 46 positive reviews remain!
Worst customer service from a company we thought we could trust. Be careful of their auto renewal too!
It is shocking... Trust Pilot... go and Commission an Indian Company. If not,, companies are putting bogus 5 star reviews for themselves... TrustPilot never asks for their legitimacy. However as soon as you put a truthfull review,... the company in question respnds that the review is not trutful... then trustpilot would do anything they could to bring the review down.
It has happened so many times to us...
We reviewed London underground. To indicate how they rip people off... it was taken down
We reviewed Notary Express. With evidence that their 5 star reviews are totally bogus. It has been takne down
NON OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS INSERTED ARE TRUTHFUL
IF WE DO LEAVE 5 STAR... THEY NEVER ASK ANYTHING. SUCH A MASCARADE.
I have purchased two sun screens from Ella MD, do not waste your money on the tinted one, because it stained my capris so bad that I had to throw them out. The non tinted one is OK. LD BOYNTON

BUT I HAVE A BETTER ANSWER... I WILL WRITE REVIEWS ALL ALL WEB SITES... I DONT NEED TRUSTPILOT...

Scam companies like princess polly pays trust pilot to post a bunch of fake lying positive reviews for the company. Princess polly is a scam clothing company that sells overpriced bad poorly made cheap clothes and jewelry and princess polly also posts fake lying positive reviews on their website too and they post fake photoshopped cgi not real girls on their website too. On trust pilot, princess polly has nothing but a bunch of fake lying positive reviews that aren't written by real people, because they pay trust pilot to buy them fake lying positive reviews and they pay trust pilot to remove the honest negative reviews for them. I have multiple times submitted a negative honest review for princess polly on trust pilot and $#*!ing $#*! $#*! trust pilot purposely keeps removing it for no $#*!ing reason. $#*! $#*! princess polly is paying $#*!ty trust pilot to remove all the negative honest reviews and to keep only the fake lying positive reviews that princess polly paid trust pilot to write for them. Trust pilot isn't trust worthy at all, so NEVER BELIEVE any fake lying positive reviews you see for any company on trust pilot because they're fake lying positive reviews not written by real people and companies like $#*! princess polly pays $#*! trust pilot to post fake lying positive reviews for them and pay them to remove the honest negative reviews.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of sincerity and professionalism from companies, especially those that promote genuine customer experiences. Unfortunately, my interactions with this company have been utterly disappointing, characterized by a lack of real communication and a failure to adhere to their own stated guidelines.
I approached the company with a serious concern that directly contradicted their community guidelines. Rather than receiving a thoughtful response, I was met with robotic, automated replies. These messages, which were ostensibly translated into Danish, failed to address the specific issues I raised. It's perplexing and frustrating to receive a response in a language that suggests no genuine effort to understand my initial communication.
Furthermore, the company's reliance on automated responses underlines a significant gap between their professed values and actual practices. It's disheartening to see a company talk about authenticity and customer engagement, only to hide behind generic, automated messages that offer no real solutions or acknowledgments of the problem.
The irony is that their replies often reference their guidelines and rules, which, from my experience, they don't seem to follow themselves. This contradiction not only undermines their credibility but also highlights a worrying lack of accountability.
For a company that is part of a platform like Trustpilot, which is designed to foster transparency and honest feedback, this behavior is particularly concerning. It's essential for such platforms to represent companies that genuinely interact and engage with their customers. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience.
In conclusion, I am left with a sense of profound disappointment and frustration. The service I received was far from the sincere, problem-solving approach I expected. If the company is genuinely interested in improving and upholding its standards, I urge them to reevaluate their customer interaction strategies and start practicing what they preach. Until then, I can only advise others to approach this company with caution.
I got review from one of my IT business customers then bam got removed super fast from trustpilot because I remember i'm not one of their affiliates nor I paid for their premium services
Really a v dishonest platform that removes negative feedback for companies and helps them post fake positives. Waste of everybodys time as the rankings arent real.
Absolutely useless. Just side with the reviewer. They in no way try to check if the reviews being written are substantial as a true representation..
Delete every review o their clients and other then that just push negative of what ever other service.
This site is a total scam
They delete all my reviews because their spam detection software is faulty, cheap and useless. Unless you want to waste your time giving reviews...
I tried to write an negative review for cdkeys.com, they deleted it. They are obviosly connected each other and keeping them from bad reviews!
Amazon is a big company that lets the 3 rd party vendors scam their buyers. They won't allow you to review them if it's allowing future customers to see it. Stay away from 3rd party vendors. Amazon claims to stand with their customers but they aren't with their customers just want our money. STAY AWAY FROM 3 RD PARTYY SELLERS ON AMAZON
Trustpilot is not trustworthy at all. Biased towards positive reviews and the company they promoted 80% positive turned out to be a scam.
The high star verified reviews must be false. After trusting companies rated on trustpilot I am usually disappointed. Such as the webuyanycar sham.
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
