But after the terrible haircut and color that was out in three days, not once but twice, the hairdresser dragged me along for two months saying she was going to refund my 200.00 and then said NO ONLY 50.00 will be returned. After I started reviewing online she and the owner of the shop and started back paddling and trying to cover up their bad customer service and horrible lack of hair cutting skills and began to create a false narrative about what happened. However, PHOTOS TELL THE ENTIRE STORY.

This sketchy investing company I invested with basically got my money. I wrote a review on Trustpilot for them to side with the scam company and removed my 1-star review along with other 1-star reviews. This company has a -98% yield and 4.1 stars. That's ridiculous and makes no sense. They obviously sided with the company. In addition, they said my review wasn't a personal experience. How personal is it to lose money from them? However, I provided documentation. Without warning or explanation of why they removed it, they removed it regardless and didn't response to my documentation. I wouldn't trust any reviews on Trustpilot because it's very manipulated and one-sided. That's what I learned from the customer POV.

A few months ago I wrote a couple of reviews (1 star) to share my disappointing experience. One negative review was about Holland & Barrett (I complained about them adding artificial colour like titanium dioxide in supplements despite having a label on the jar saying they didn't - i.e. Misleading labelling. Titanium Dioxide is now banned in many countries). Soon after, H&B flags the review and I get an email from trustpilot with this message: "You've written a review for H&B, and they've asked for more details to better understand your experience. If you don't respond, your review may be taken offline". When I click on the link provided via that email, to my horror they want me to provide ref No., full name, phone number. I don't know how it is even allowed to harvest personal information just for writing a negative review. Does trustpilot do the same for positive reviews? In my opinion, the chances of a positive review being fake is more likely than a negative review. Trustpilot no longer seems to be a trustworthy site to determine if anything is good or bad especially if they remove any negative review the receiving company flags. Negative reviews are considered to be 1 and 2 star reviews. Trustpilot did not remove my review, but they certainly opened my eyes to what's going on and how review results are being skewed.

I did a review of a terrible lighting company last year. The company put my review in for dispute and I was told I need to provide documentation. Fair enough--- on January 5,2023, I sent Junaise documentation and emails backing up my claim. I thought it was resolved----2 weeks later on January 17, I get the same thing from Samir. I started to get annoyed, told him to refer to my previous email. I was told I needed to resend everything, so I did. Now here we are 7 months later and I get the same thing YET AGAIN from Hassin. I sent an email blasting their incompetence, their record keeping and their lack of professionalism. The moral of the story is that you can be an awful, cheating, deceptive business, but if you hound Trustpilot often enough, they will take down your review. Honestly, use Yelp, they can't be bought like Trustpilot.

This morons deleted from them site many fraud company with negative reviews about scam and fraud resselers without any method to again write true/
If you try again open theme and write the review you can only see this stupid message because ''trustpilot'' filtered deleted company by name and not allowed write to again/

Anyone can leave positive and negative feedback with no support. It advertised other competitors in their business page for competitons and stir up problems. However, if you go on TP own review page, it does not show its competitors haha. TP is not cheap, it is an expensive site, business has to be £10k plus yearly to maintain it so it be positive or it will go on sloppy slide. This is why many big companies ignore eg Amazon. It holds business to ransom as they do not want to be on it, but they force it. This should be make illegal, but it does not affect Government so no one bother with it. This means it is not honest trust worthy website. A site which wants big subscription is not worth a penny

Hey all... if u r going to invest on something and you came here for checking the reviews am telling you no its a warning please do not believe the reviews in trust piolt they are helping the scammers and cheaters. Trust pilot is give fake reviews and fake statement about company which is making you to FL for the cheates who loot your money. So please be careful with the reviews in the Trust pilot. I thought attest Trust pilot has some genuine reviews but everything is a scam and just a fake reviews... I didn't expect this from a. Standard website like Trust review. Fake website and review. Trust reviews is getting money from the. Orlando for the fake reviews that it has in its portal... seriously. Please do not believe any review on this website and posting your review in the website is use less... the reply tat your are getting are fake no one is going to take any action on the fake a nd cheating company where you have lost your money

I bought some items from a company on Trustpilot. They did not deliver within the promised time, and failed to tell me when - or if - they would deliver. In desperation I put a factual but inevitably negative review on Trustpilot. The company did eventually do a delivery, but one of the items was not delivered. The company said that they would only deliver the item if I took down the review. Much against my principles I complied and took down the review. But still they did not deliver the item.
I gave Trustpilot all the details of the blackmail, but they did nothing.
Enentually I took the vompany to court and of course got a refund plus legal costs. But Trustpilot were zero help.

I wrote a review THREE TIMES now, but each time it was removed by AI (not authentic... contact us in the rare instance we got it wrong...) So, I contacted them with screenshots PROVING the review was authentic, and guess what?
NO RESPONSE AT ALL!

The review site trustpilot does not act In the interests of the public! The site only acts in it's own self interests. They supported a company named Rightio UK that stole £549 from me.

As shown in the screencap, my review (skin allergy but with 4 stars) was first decliend by Fresh Beauty. When I posted my review on Trustpilot for Fresh Beauty's censorship later, I can't believe that Trustpoilot censored my review as well even without a reason after my appeal! All proofs are here fyr.

Trustpilot takes down bad reviews for companies that advertise with them. In other words, they completely go against their supposed purpose and kill a totally legitimate bad review that completely meets all of their requirements. TRUSTPILOT RATINGS ABSOLUTELY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

Don't like this Trustpilot if you give positive review thenbits ok it maybe from this company staff or friends been told to leave good reviews,if you leave bad reviews then they don't like publishing it,maybe phone the company and get something in return so they don't publish bad reviews, Trustpilot is not to be Trustpilot

Trustpilot was created to make scammers look good. Was used by a scam company to attempt to fool an elderly couple we know. The couple called us to research Carshield and after we told them Carshield was a scam, Carshield told them to go look at Trustpilot. We researched Trustpilot to find they are a scam also. The elderly couple had already paid Carshield but was told they had 30 days in which they called us. After explaining all of this to them and mainly Carshield was not a BBB member, they called to cancel. They were told they couldn't until tomorrow. The person on the phone apparently had an accent from India. Why couldn't the rep on the phone do it today? SCAM. So now I am hoping our elderly retired military, disabled friends don't get their account emptied. They saw the ad on TV. I am ready to fight their credit union on their behalf if need be just as they served me fighting wars becoming disabled! Trustpilot is FAKE.

I wrote an honest review of a web hosting company I used. Unfortunately, it was negative.
First, Trustpilot demanded I send proof of my business relationship with HostPapa. Then they demanded I remove links in my review (there weren't any). Then they demanded I send documentation to Hostpapa. Finally they deleted my review (Their "advanced software" detected a suspicious review!)
Like many review sites, Trustpilot seems to be a sham.

So -- the service itself is fine. We have been a customer of TrustPilot for many years.

However, due to a change in company ownership, we are switching to an alternative review platform. This change happened near the end of our billing period. Rather than gracefully letting us cancel, even though we have no need of their service, they are forcing us to "honor our contract" and pay for an entire year of service even if we have no need for using it.

Not only that, our bill "mysteriously" rose by nearly 2,000 this year even though we have not made any active use of their service.

On one hand, I understand their contract needs cancellation by a certain date and we missed that deadline. On the other hand, our company would never treat a customer who did not want to use our product this way, and I feel both disappointed and ripped off that they are completely OK with billing for a year of service that is unwanted based on an automatically renewing contract.

I would recommend one of the many high-quality alternatives.
