Left positive and bad reviews. Wrote reviews for a company. Had multiple services and multiple problems. Seems trust pilot will delete these for the company. Sent evidence the reviews were valid, and they were within their guidelines. Still refused to show them. Stinks of back handers. All positive reviews even for same company left up.
Every negative review of a paying buisness gets removed. And then you have to send evidence time after time to proof the fraudulent buisness! Trustpilot is worthless and absolutely not trustworthy! Bad reviews them outside their own platform are countless!
They force you to pay them in order to promote the reviews left about your business anywhere else on the web including on your own website. They also enforce a strict set of rules on how they must be displayed or it violates their terms etc etc. They want an atrocious amount of money for simply licensing reviews, well over $1K per year for next to no features or service. Very dissatisfied. Not to mention they want to increase the price for you the following year and give you the same amount of features. I've pulled resources from this platform and am focusing on capterra and G2 instead.
This website is the farthest thing from "trust". Very shady practices. Very untrustworthy ratings for businesses. Do not trust what you see on that site.

I posted a few reviews and most got removed. In some cases I did have purchased that service, in others I just research about them.
They are willing to let positive reviews without "reviewing", but negative suffer from "pending" and then most get removed.
After sending what they wanted in proof they say they are deleting my bad review. Time after time. This company only puts up positive fake reviews. Do not use them to search any companies. All reviews are lies and bad ones get taken off.
Very Unprofessional! Entitled old men who don't believe in quality customer service. I waited hours to make a purchase and was turned away 10mins before closing. I was charged almost double for a gun when I returned for the second time. F*ck these guys
I wrote a review and was asked to take some pieces out.I did that and it was put back on.The compay then replied to which I objected. It has now been closed and there is nothing on there despite the company being scammers. They are paid by companies and they are well and truly biased.
Dont bother putting a review on their web page.It will get thrown off if it is not a glowing report about a company.True waste of time.I will never ever put another review on Trust Pilot
"This is meant to be a review site where people can get information and, hopefully, good advice from other Consumers. This is definitely not the case.
Unless the reviews given are in favour of the 'paying' Company's on Trustpilots list they will not print them or they hound you for months to change your review. This has just happened to me.
This site should be banned because it does not reflect the true intention of buyers!"
I want to review TRUSTPILOT site and one of its staff member's - Massimo work. I placed a review of doyuospain.com company, they posted it but then told me they can't find my information in doyouspain.com data base and asked me for order confirmation and invoice. I have sent them 3 letters in a row with relevant documents attached, but Massimo kept on answering " you need to send evidence" without answering what was wrong with my piece of evidence - order confirmation and proof of car's collection. At the end, they refused to post my review. I see that "one hand washes the other" shame on you!
They claim to be independed but they are actually not, how it works is simple the company pays trustpilot to keep their review pages clean. They will delete any means of negative comments and if you have the balls to tell something bad about trustpilot it wont even get a chance on the website.
So far for independent reviewing.
With the bad excuse of their integrity program, which is actually just a filter for negativity.
This happens to true reviews, this company should be ashamed of itself, they protected a company who delibirate stole from me and they are not allowing it to be known by the public
Please be aware that the experience with this site has been seriously lacking and confusing. I put in an order for a treadmill, they sent an email to say they couldn't get it from the supplier and would refund me. They haven't refunded me and I placed 2 other orders then when I tried to contact them they told me I was abusing their system. What the hell is up with these people. I will not be using them again and I suggest that if you want your items to arrive, you don't either!
Trustpilot remove every review I write if it's 1 star and I saw someone else's get removed too. The company I gave 1 star to was very honest what I wrote about them. I never breached any of the rules or mentioned the employees names or said anything offensive and it's very unfair how a corrupt company the one I wrote the review about can get away with this. It could have helped someone else that was going to make an appointment there. Even someone else wrote what happened when they went to the place I reviewed about it and I noticed it all got took down but not the 5 star ones. Very very unfair. What's the point in calling yourselves Trustpilot if you can't be trusted and people can't write genuine reviews if it's 1 star? There's going to be people out there that won't be aware of this and think this place is ok when it isn't and the corrupt people are getting away with it. It's a shame Trustpilot is so big and popular as really it can't be trusted. I won't be using it again.
How can Trustpilot rate a company 4.3 (the perfect score) that all other review sites give 1.0 or less?
The answer is money (mainly) plus underhand filtering of their in house feedback forms.
Aside from money - essentially paying for control of the reviews (which TP will deny).
Companies work the system by asking customers to fill out feedback forms. If the feedback form is positive they steer people to writing a review on Trustpilot. If a customer expresses anything negative in the feedback form they do not get sent to TP. This skews the results and is close to fraudulent IMHO.
There's a stark contrast between unbiased review sites and TP especially for larger companies. It stands out like a sore thumb that either all the other platforms are wrong or TP and their paying customers are massaging the figures.
That's not to say that all TP reviews are bad BUT the fact that some companies with the most terrible reputation can manipulate their scores undermines the entire platform.
I put in a real review of Yahoo to Trustpilot that was later removed. I have gone through several processes to fight this removal because it is a true and valid review, but Trustpilot are standing firm saying they have found an association between me and Yahoo. I know they can't have found an association because there is none and they will not tell me what this association is. My conclusion is that Trustpilot are taking pressure from Yahoo to remove negative reviews therefore making their purpose obsolete. How can a supposedly unbiased review company remove valid reviews?
I bough a hand made dress for my wife, from a 1 person business, the experience was so great that I took personal time to give a review for her. She uses Trustpilot (sadly). I left my honest review, from my account that is like 5+ years old (is not fake). And out of the blue they just suspended my account. I kept using personal time to try to put my review up since the business deserves it. They asked me proof of purchase, I sent paypal transactions screenshots, emails with the bussines, and the order. But since the order shipping was under my wife name, they just dont care. Everything else was on MY name, but they kept coming with excuses to not let you give you a real honest review. This company is a joke. They manage the reviews, only the reviews they want are published.
After an awful experience with a door knocking sales team I wrote on the trust pilot site warning future elderly customers to stay away.
The review got taken down without even asking questions to myself. How can I provide proof of purchase if I refused to purchase 2x doors and windows for £15,000. When they don't leave you evidence of being in your home, not even a brochure.
They are out for the business not the consumers.
Any site with Trust Pilot I now avoid.
Scam! Scam! Scam! Stay away from this swindlers they will steal your hard earned money and won't give you a dine back, but thank to mason Luis who helped me get back my lost funds from them, I know they are so many people out there In need of help, I will recommend mr mason to anyone who needs help in getting back their lost funds, you can reach him via email address on masonluis950 at gmail. Every time i leave a review for Yodel on Trustpilot it is removed. I have had deliveries from Yodel almost weekly and my comment just says the courier is always polite and friendly. Then my review is removed. I don't think that they like Yodel.
Please be careful with Trustpilot reviews: they remove whatever is considered negative. Your real experience does not matter. You might want to believe half of what you read on Trustpilot. Trustpilot is not that trustworthy after all.
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
