Do not trust this review website. They state, and I quote, "We will never allow businesses to pay for a review alteration, editing, or removal. Published reviews have undergone strict examination to avoid fraudulent/fake review publishing." This is 100% false. I posted a review of a window installation on August 8th. I put together 3 zip files containing the full conversations between myself and the contactor, the finisher, and a tiler. As well as photographs with times stamps to back up my claims. I provided pictures of my e-transfers, as well as the contract. But TrustedPros just kept demanding more evidence, which was located in the zip files I provided. And good luck trying to contact a real human to talk to and no one will ever call you back. I would like to point out that I sent the exact same information was sent to HomeStars and Bark and my review was posted after the information I sent was reviewed. In fact the contactor was removed from Bark all together due to his unprofessional behavior and misuse of their platform. I do not trust any reviews posted on this website, and neither should you. I would recommend finding real reviews on Bark or HomeStars. This website is just a shill for shady contactors.

I am a contractor and seems to be quite the hassle to open an business account here to offer services.
There is NO SERVICE here.
Impossible to get help and the site just keep bugging.
Not working
Impossible to go tru the pages to make a registration.
Looks like no one is taking care of this site.
What a waste of time

Got a bad review from a customer that put the blame on my company for things we didn't even do! I own a small business and we take pride in leaving a job with a happy and satisfied customer. Every contractor experiences that one customer that is a nightmare and is unreasonable. Allowing a customer like that to just bash your business when they infact were in the wrong should not be allowed. Especially when your the one that gets screwed and doesn't even get paid. I shouldn't have to write a review trying to defend myself about a situation that isn't even true. Sites like this should be kicked off the net!

Have a business listing on their site and have changed our business to more custom woodworking instead of a general contractor.
They refuse to remove the listing or even let me change the details to show what the business actually does now.
They also do not allow customer reviews, we have a 5 star rating in every other site but my customers tell me their reviews are turned away, so because of how their star system works even with zero reviews we aren't 5 stars?
When I asked why this is they said I have to have a membership in order to get the next stars, a paid membership for star rating is fraud and they refuse to take it down.
Not that it matters as never has anyone said they found us on trusted pros.
Nothing trusted just a scam for your money, oh and I'm confident that the "leads" are fake to make you pay as I live in a hick town but apparently get a new lead offer every day, there's about 250 people in my town and I probably know everyone of them, no one has seen the site before.

They don't post negative reviews so they can benefit from business. Business stole from me because I followed trustedpros reviews. All fake. They work together. Don't fall for trusteeprow website or review. They recommended bluekey designs. They work with fraudulent contractors. Don't trust them

They're unprofessional, bunch of scammers. They have a bad review on my company, causing to lose a lot of money. I submitted documents and explained what happened regarding the matter and they refuse to acknowledge my side of the story.
The matter have nothing to do with them, we're not part of their network and neither is the third party. They're trying to sell their service to get rid of the negative review.

I thought this was for commercial services. Its a residential website (trustedpros.ca) wanted to cancel but they make it so hard. And its nearly impossible.

Dont use this site if youre a contractor.

Do not believe all reviews on TrustedPros, they are all fake ones. They will delete any negative reviews you write to a company there.

THE SITE IS THE WORST THAT MAY EXIST IN CONSTRUCTION OR CONTRACTORS 'PROPOSAL, THEY ARE RECOMMENDED BY THEM ONLY A FEW COMPANIES THAT ARE NOT GOOD. AND IF THESE COMPANIES DO NOT ANSWER THEN THEY OPEN FOR OTHERS AND THESE ARE MANY AND NON-PROFESSIONAL.

Trusted Pros has listed our company on their website and we did not sign up or give permission to do this. A negative review of our company on their site is from a customer that we never had. When we contacted them about this and removing our information from the website, we were told tough luck, your information is public. Strange

Unprofessional very rude don't trust them they are scammers they don't understand the manners of life very very unprofessional

They don't help they don't respond they are cheaters never like to help they ignore so much please stay away
