Travel agent name upasna. When I said I need a day of time to think about my travel. They started calling me audio and video call sent me a guy photo infront of him cake. Couldn't verify whether they are running a romantic scam or travel agency. They even threatened me if I will not book ticket now they will take legal action. Those idiots tried sell me ticket and forced me to pay.
I have no words to explain how unprofessional, cheat and unreliable they are for every problem there answer is we cant help then how are u helping us as agents now they even started taking more money and not refunding
Hard to get hold of, no follow ups if your trip has issues. Wrongly books tickets, constantly lie and service comes with hearty fees.
Stay away unless you want to waste your money for very poor or no service.
Would not recommend to anyone, International travel comes with lot of challenge and it may change but if you book tickets with tripbeam get ready to pay 300$ extra just travel change charge plus fare difference. I called airline to confirm and they said they are not charging 300$ it is travel agency. I regret booking with them. If you buy it from company website it would be better and it will be same price as tripbeam. I would give negative reviews if I can.

Please do not use their service. They are extremely rude. They were selling me ticket twice the price and also justifying the price. I was about to get duped, when I decided to check with other travel agent. I finally got the ticket for half the price.

I rated just one star because there is no negative rating available. These people does not know the airline policy and simply need ONLY money. No customer support once you booked the ticket. I told them i don't have valid visa, but still they booked on via Frankfurt saying approved i797 is enough, but airline does not allow to board. I called Tripbeam, but simply they have charged $450 cancellation fee (each ticket) and cancelled our 4 tickets. I lost $1800 because of Tripbeam. Tripbeam does not know anything and you will loose your money if you book ticket thru Tripbeam.
I would recommend everyone to book tickets directly with airlines. We have been scammed. I have been trying to get the refund for more than 1 year without any success. Worst part is even airlines will not be able to help as it is outside their jurisdiction. I have filed a case in small claims court.
They have looted our money upto 2000$. I usually never write the review but for this people they were playing double game with the coustomers and more over they don't pick the calls once the booking is done.
They will not give you genuine information about the whole travel process like Luggage transfer and all other information regarding the transits. There's lot of information they mask/hide to get the tickets booked. You will see surprises while you are in travel.
My son bought a ticket with a promise from agent that he will get a $25 bonus. After paying for the ticket he asked for the bonus but no one is answering about the bonus. The agent who did the sale is never available. This is a fraud to make a sale.
I had recent very bad experience with after customer service. My wife and daughter were travelling and their flight got cancelled at connecting flight. And they have to wait more than 25 hours. So when i called customer service they told me that i will get a callback after 15 min. And i waited for 5 hours so i have to called back again and again.
Very poor communications amongst themselves.
Really next time i am not going to book anything from them.

Due to COVID airlines canceled the flights and our tickets. We bought tickets thru TripBeam. First of all, they disconnected all the phone lines. The only option to talk to them was their chat. Customer Service was rude except the agent I was dealing with. He was somewhat polite. To process the full refund, they charged me 375 $ per ticket. Why in the world should they charge the money? They wanted to make money even out of cancellations. Airlines canceled the ticket and to process the refund they charged me money. They made us helpless.
We booked our India trip via trip beam for the first time and had a terrible experience. Our flights were booked by tripbeam from Toronto to Kolkata India via Doha and returning to Toronto via Doha. The tickets were cancelled by Qatar and we were rebooked to a flight from Kolkata to Doha to Montreal and then to Toronto. However the agency rebooked our flight and did not rebook our infant in the same flight. We called them up and they refused to help us. They kept saying there is Nothing then can do.
Pathetic customer experience, due to my health issues I had to request for cancellation and provided medical certificate. Still after 3 weeks no resolution, no update. Do not avail services of Tripbeam.com
These people are extremely friendly. They make you at ease before venturing into making a sale a sale right away. Once I made my travel requirements clear, they responded back with a fairly good deal within just 6 hours of our first conversation, and asked to confirm in the next 24 hours. I found the price much better than what were being offered on other sites.It is much easier to book with them, besides you definitely get cheaper tickets.
I would recommend Tripbeam to anyone who asks for a suggestion and will surely make my future booking too with them only.
Tripbeam is just an awesome site for planning your vacations. Once you have finalized your destination, this site can be called as a king among all the travel portals. We booked a flight from India to Florida and was very happy with the trip and the services offered by them. Booking was instant without any hassles. I got it at much cheaper rates compared to other travel sites.
Dont use this service, this is the poorest service in my life, with no flexibility as service company. The Flight cancelling, rearranging the next trip is worst service, i had to blow 2300 $ in air because of the negligence of the customer care people.And the excuse they are saying is, as am in US and was not able to connect me when ever required. Obviously there is time zone difference in India and US, I tried to email, phone to their poor customer service contact. Please dont get into trap. Till booking they will help you as customer, after further minor changes or cancellation nobody helps.
Please book with them at your own risk. You will painstakingly experience what it feels like booking via them. Absolutely crap service support. No client support team to deal with issues. They will just drop you like a hot potato if you face any problems.
All tickets that they book are non-refundable and if you ask for a refund their "consolidator" doesn't entertain you, in fact doesn't even come on the phone to listen to your grievance.
Worst travel agent I have ever dealt with. They do not fulfill their promises and commitments. Made o effort to fix the mess they created and do not want to resolve it. Left many messages to call back but did not get any replies from them. Stay away from them if you can.
