I booked tickets through them and due to unforeseen circumstances, had to cancel. I contacted them immediately. They said they understood and would refund me my money minus 25%. This was in March. They still have not done it and are now saying they can't. They are fraudulent and I would NOT recommend service with them. They don't even deserve the one star I have to give to write the review.

Fraud staff
February 2, 2018

The whole team including supervisors is fraud. I had word with a one of there asst manager Mukul. He asked me to deposit money in his account. When I asked him if there is no company's account, he said it is to reduce the tax that happens. I discussed the same with my husband and he asked me not to proceed with them. Shame on you. Such Indians disgrace the whole race.

Be careful
July 4, 2015

The flight booked was different from the itinerary sent to me. When i realized this, 1 day before flying, couldnt get in touch with tripbeam. Stranded with a 12 hr layover, that shouldnt have been the case and no way to contact tripbeam.

They messed up my ticket, the ticket they sent me to conformed that ticket was same as the other 3 people i was travelling with after few days of calling and emailing the person he finally sends me ticket with all different flights (totally change ticket). I was keep calling them everyday to fix my ticket but finally manger answer the phone trasfer me to another person get me ticket with same as other people (they charge me second time on my credit card.) so still they didn't refund my money back. I have to keep calling them everyday for this. This is disgusting. The girl work who works on that department she was like we won't refund u the money.

Fraud Company

I was dealing with Pardeep who quoted me for a airfare for $860 and after I made the payment authorization and placed my credit card information, told me that they will not provide eticket unless I pay $891. Total fraud people and travel agency. They should be banned from running such fraud business.

WORST CUSTOMER CARE - Be careful while sharing your bank details with Trip beam. They withdrew MORE money than what they said or what we authorized. They won't respond when we provide the proof and ask for the money. They took 451.42 dollar extra from my bank account and not willing to give it back. My agent was SANDEEP SING SANDHU. The agents are not even willing to give the contact details of their team head. POOR SERVICE.

Amazing!

A great website to find cheap flight tickets to fly worldwide. Tripbeam has all the airlines on their website and is so easy to get the dates you want to travel and choose the best package that suits you. Whenever I want to travel, it quickly gives me be best and cheapest options that always helps me to save money and, finds me the incredible deals, all the time. Love it!

Worst travel agency

TripBeam is worst travel agency and they lie when you try to change the dates. They said that the seats are not available on that date to change but when I called Lufthansa directly they said that the seats are available.

British Raj Ignorance

I talked to Sukhdev and I had some questions about India. Instead of helping me, he decided to tell me to "google" the answers. I just asked him about the British Raj. I believe travel agencies should be helpful when it comes to traditions and the History of the place your planning on travelling too.

Don't buy tickets from them, they are good when you buy tickets, but when you expect refund from them they wont respond and they don't care.

I canceled a ticket and they said with in 2 weeks money will refund. It has been 60 days there is no response. And they talking very rude.

I am Purab from Florida. I visit India regularly but I have problem booking instant flight which I even have to cancel or shift as and when I’m free. With trip beam I felt the ease of booking flight in which I was flexible in changing my travel requirements.

I feel Tripbeam is misleading their customers. When I was shopping around for best deals to travel to india. Agent Naveen quoted me a price and though I informed her I will have to check if I need a transit visa as my visa is expired and I need time to think about it. Your agent Naveen made me believe that I will not get the same fare, persuading me continuously into buying the ticket and that I will have 24 hrs time to cancel and to think about it. Within 24 hrs I called back to inform that I will need to cancel the ticket. She said she could not cancel but could only change the reservation. She tricked me into buying the ticket by misleading me. Now Due to the Covid situation all flights got cancelled and I asked for a refund. Again the agent gave me wrong information just because the agency does not want to lose their agency money they are putting us in a dilemma. Taking our money and not giving it to us. Now I like to get a full refund on my tickets. As if I travel in covid situation since the consulate is not working I may not get my visa to return. I request for a full refund. I have contacted the Airlines they said I can apply for a full refund through the travel agency. They keep saying they are working on my case and have not got back to me with constant calls now they say they can not give refund as air lines are not giving them back the money. And that I have a travel voucher for that amount when I ask them how much is it to travel they are quoting 400$ more per ticket more than the current market fare. Please I need help here!

Very worst experience with trip beam. If you are booking tickets with high fares they will treat with customer well. Otherwise they will give free advices to book tickets online. Worked with Rohit Raut and Avinash. Gosh!... they really doesn't have patience while talking to customers.

Tripview.com. Has been dc oing a very bad service. I haved made the payments and I a m trying to contact the customer service to know the status of my tickets but can't reach them. The customer service agents have also been very irresponsible. T he name of the agent I had worked with is Harvinder Singh. Can some responsible person from the company help.

International ticket: Initially when I was about to book my ticket, they have contacted me many times, but at the time of flight change they didn't care and responded properly. I'm was trying to reach them since 12days and they hardly responded 5-6times. I almost called them 30times and sent so many emails. I'm frustrated with their service and some of the representatives are very "RUDE" no ethics, they don't even know how to speak to a customer. Initially at the time of my reservation they took some extra money for the flight change and they said Im supposed to pay 350 + any fare difference. I bought my ticket for 1377 and at the time of date change they are asking me to pay 350(Penality)+579(fare diff). When I look at the website the actual price for my date change shows only 1000-1100$. They are making me pay around 950$ which is FRAUD. If I'm paying 950$ for my date change I can get a new ticket itself for 1100. They are trying to get money out of people. I also checked with 2 more agencies the ticket price for the date change is not this high as what Trip beam has quoted. Please be aware of this FRAUD and don't book ticket with trip beam. All the international airlines should block trip beam with issuing the tickets. They are fraud.

Scammers

Tripbeam uses 3 step process to scam you: scare (Oh, the fare is going up), confuse and then sell their tickets. Professional scammers. Don't send them your IDs. They apy buy their own rules, not USA

I booked my ticket to India through trip beam and dealt with param. I had such a good experience so the second time going to India I called trip beam again and got anther agent named sumit. He booked my ticket. He was so desperate he used phone at 11 o'clock at night anyways I booked the ticket with him. As soon as have him my credit card number he couldn't book my seats either. He gave me wrong PNR number for the flight I had to go through security questions before I could confirm anything. I had to pay extra money to someone to book my seats. Summit doesn't have any knowledge but is very rude.

Worest agency
October 20, 2017

I was trying from past 10 hrs for emergency booking change. No one lift the phone and sent mail no one given any response. I would say book from airlines.
