I ordered a over priced product, 2 weeks after promised delivery date still no product. Contacted customer service and received nothing more then what appears to be a automated message, they have not answered my question or offered to rectify the situation
Will never order from them again

Long story short I bought a product that did not work as advertised. Took over a month to be delivered, didn't come with instructions or charging cable. They of course refused to refund me.
Don't be fooled by anything they sell.

I bought an item that I later found out has not even been made past prototype stage. When I emailed to query it, I received an email from some dodgy gmail account. I havent received shipping info and the only contact I have is an email address. Dont be sucked in by the swish looking website. They are fraudsters. Stay away

It's a fraud! I bought an Automatic toothbrush from them and after 2 months I got a piece of crap which was not what they have advertised at all!
(Please report this business to your Bank/Credit Card and Shopify to at least stop them from stealing other people money!)

Take over a month to deliver a faulty item and wont be responsible for it after 30 days. Haha. Buyers be wear! Stay away from this fraude. Research your product from other sites before you buy if you don't want to pay overprice for a junk.

I ordered the amabrush on november 2nd and I never received that, so it's fraud, I am really frustrated about it and I am processing for attacking this company to the court. Never buy from these $#*!s. 0 stars.

Product came and doesnt even charge, let alone work! They wanted a photo to show the fault (Hello! Whole thing!), and now want me to foot the bill to post it, signed delivery, to Singapore. Pitiful customer service and whole experience with unanswered emails etc. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Scammers who steal from you and do not send you anything
"Customer service" is automated generic response emails from several different non related email addresses.
I have reported them to Visa. If you have ordered from the for your own protection please do the same.
If you have not yet ordered DON'T!

My item never came. Their customer service is crap. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM.
Been trying for two months to get a refund, no luck.
