I ordered something on 11/19 for $33.92 and never received it. How can I contact this company? They charged my credit card for that amount.

Their website is never working. When I asked them (through Imtarala@gmail.com to some one of the name Kelly C.) they say "we are experiencing technical issues at the moment". That answer came through that email address.
You'll be better off complaining directly to Paypal (if you did pay with them).
