This company has horrible reviews and I don't know why. They responded every time I sent them an email. Yes the car took about 3 weeks due to some shipping delays but they kept in constant contact and reassured me it would be here for my son's birthday. I could not be happier and the laugh and excitement on my sons face is priceless. Best purchase I could have made.
Throughout the ordering and payment process I was actually communicating with a human being. They were very patient and understanding of my financial situation and waited until I was paid to pay them, yet despite this they still shipped my item promptly. Hi I just want you to know that your company is awesome and your client responsibility is the best. You have created a lot of smiles at our home and we will not forget at our great experienced on the lake with our remote control boat we bought. Thank you for including extra propellers as they came in quite handy when we ran over a floating piece of wood in the water that we could not see. Definitely kept us having fun and the kids are outside of the house enjoying nature!
Don't buy from this company. You are told you get a 1 year warranty yet when something goes wrong you can't get anyone on the 800 number, it just hangs up on you after telling you to put in a contact request in only to never get contacted. The kids were so excited to get this jeep and have only ridden it a handful of times in the yard to be left in tears because the steering wheel pulled off and tire literally fell off while they were riding it. Remaining tires are about to go. For paying close to $1k on this jeep, I would have thought we would get more than 6 rides out of it and definitely more than a month's worth out of it. So frustrating... absolutely no customer service... none.
We bought the jeep for my 3 year old for his birthday in August. When it arrived there were numerous broken parts in the engine area, the wheel axle was bent so he couldn't even ride it. After numerous attempts to get new pieces, they finally arrived but weren't the correct pieces. Not only that, after multiple back and forth, they offered a $75 credit to bring it to a local shop to fix it in DECEMBER! My child has been unable to ride this car since day one! The other option I was given, was to box it up, crate it and pay for the shipping. Really? It was your mistake not mine that the vehicle came in broken and bent-maybe insure your packages so you don't have deal with this!

To be clear I have not purchased this item thru trend times. Just wanted to let folks know that My MagicCars company is horrible. Their products not worth the money at all. It is sad to see that a quality company as Trend Times carries the brand. Definitely pick another brand car for your kids you will be much happier.
Where do I begin... Every bad review you read on this site can not be more accurate. Management is so rude, condescending, the list goes on. This place is a total scam. Like the other reviewers stated. Buy from a reputable company, this place is a joke.
Customer service is a joke. I waited a week before calling when no tracking was uploaded to my order. Call 3 consecutive days with each call being over 1 hour each time. I was told to wait till Friday and tracking would be submitted which is a tactic just to get you off the phone. Friday came and after another 70 minute phone call I was told they could not complete the order. This was after three people telling me the order was filled with no problems in consecutive days. This company will just waste your time! Use them at your own risk.
Don't buy from this company. False advertising. I was told had a 12 month bumper to bumper warranty the car was only driven 4 times and then was told six months after about a month of trying to contact them and keep receiving a standard word for word email.
They are a very unprofessional company! I PURCHASED A 550 dollar scooter that they advertised as brand new. It took 3weeks to receive then when i recieved it I got it started once and it never started again. I seen a hole in seat rust in nuts (they claim to be grease) and now electrical tape. I contacted customer service over 50 times (seriously) and each time I'm told they will contact me back and NEVER do... then I get threatening emails that they will file a police report if I don't take my reviews down. They claim it's fake there's Nothing fake about it! This is the worst website description I have ever seen. The only and I mean only things that were true was the leather seats and the weight limit other than that the power wheels brand is actually better. I wish I would have researched further please don't spend the money if the jeep would have been 300 I probably wouldn't complain as much. The jeep that hold 200lbs and can hold 2 other children yeah right its so small. My children are way too tall we had my sons friends over and his 3 year old niece was cramped. So so so disappointed. I ordered a 4wheel drive truck for my grandsons birthday they took $459.99 out of my bank and never sent the truck to me I've been asking for my money back for a total of 4 weeks now. Everytime I call a salesman tells me he will connect me to a supervisor but no one will answer they have been telling me by email that I would receive a refund by certain dates still no refund. If I don't receive my refund by end of business 11-11-19 I will file suit I'm also filing with the BBB and I'm also taking my story to our local channel news that reaches around 120.000 homes they have already agreed to hear my story. I don't want anyone else to have to go through this here at the holiday season. So please people don't order from this company. Gordon Ocon.
I went to this website looking for an SUV for my son's birthday in October. I was waiting for them to get on the line so I googled their reviews since I never heard of them. By the time they got on the the line I had already read bad reviews and decided otherwise. I was nice enough to not just disconnect (i work call center and know how it is) so I just said never mind, i didnt like the reviews. Then they got CRAZY! Definitely made it an easy choice NOT to do business with them. Merry Christmas? ToysRUs? They are clearly scammers.

WALMART... TARGET... AMAZON! That's all I am going to say. Buy from companies like Walmart amazon and target they have the resources and staff to handle issues the right way, not just one guy answering calls for problems(PROBABLY THE OWNER) they take your order and than once having you on the hook they try to switch items because they are sold out and keep doing the same thing till you Either SETTLE or Beg for your money back... Every company in the planet is a great company till you have a real issue and see how well they'll Handle it when it comes to making a decision.
Customer service terrible - i ordered a few items from this website on 12/5 for Christmas. Today is 12/30 Ive tried a number of times to contact but with e mail and never got a straight response. I e mailed them on Thursday before Christmas and the operator said they would arrive that
I ordered a magic car jeep for my daughters birthday 15 days before the date I needed it. 18 days later I still have not received the item. My daughter did not get a present on her birthday because of this company. I paid for 5-10 day shipping and the company refused to refund that amount even though they didn't provide it. The company is not able to be reached by phone, only email so I've had to wait over a day for a response to every email I've sent. I am beyond displeased with TrendTimes and will never order from them again.
Just like the other reviews Buyer Beware! I ordered the correct item but was sent a cheap substitute only to be told I was wrong even after submitting photos. Still haven't heard back from customer service after being told I had to submit photos. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Wish I'd seen reviews before ordering! This company need put out of business!
This is the best customer service I have experienced in a long, long time. They are very personable and understanding. My grandson loves his new car! We go it so his parents could have him be the ring bearer at their wedding as is too young to walk. We are going to drive him down the aisle in the car we bought him! Thank you very much as you will never know how much your toys brought true fun to our family. It was a great experience and I recommend you to all my family and friends.

5 minutes later I called to cancel the order, and was informed they could not because it had shipped. In just 5 minutes! I asked for a tracking number, of course there was none. But they still refused to cancel my order, AND.
Disconnected my call. I accessed their online chat feature for help. Same results. I then called back and insisted on speaking with a supervisor, same result again.
They lied about shipping my order to justify their refusal to cancel. Once they get you credit card number, you can go screw yourself.
NEVER AGAIN. Steer clear of this company.
