Hi I just want you to know that your company is awesome and your client responsibility is the best. You have created a lot of smiles at our home and we will not forget at our great experienced on the lake with our remote control boat we bought. Thank you for including extra propellers as they came in quite handy when we ran over a floating piece of wood in the water that we could not see. Definitely kept us having fun and the kids are outside of the house enjoying nature!

We bought the jeep for my 3 year old for his birthday in August. When it arrived there were numerous broken parts in the engine area, the wheel axle was bent so he couldn't even ride it. After numerous attempts to get new pieces, they finally arrived but weren't the correct pieces. Not only that, after multiple back and forth, they offered a $75 credit to bring it to a local shop to fix it in DECEMBER! My child has been unable to ride this car since day one! The other option I was given, was to box it up, crate it and pay for the shipping. Really? It was your mistake not mine that the vehicle came in broken and bent-maybe insure your packages so you don't have deal with this! Not only that, good luck speaking to anyone, all Communication is done through email.

Don't buy from this company. False advertising. I was told had a 12 month bumper to bumper warranty the car was only driven 4 times and then was told six months after about a month of trying to contact them and keep receiving a standard word for word email.

Don't buy from this company. You are told you get a 1 year warranty yet when something goes wrong you can't get anyone on the 800 number, it just hangs up on you after telling you to put in a contact request in only to never get contacted. The kids were so excited to get this jeep and have only ridden it a handful of times in the yard to be left in tears because the steering wheel pulled off and tire literally fell off while they were riding it. Remaining tires are about to go. For paying close to $1k on this jeep, I would have thought we would get more than 6 rides out of it and definitely more than a month's worth out of it. So frustrating... absolutely no customer service... none.

This company has horrible reviews and I don't know why. They responded every time I sent them an email. Yes the car took about 3 weeks due to some shipping delays but they kept in constant contact and reassured me it would be here for my son's birthday. I could not be happier and the laugh and excitement on my sons face is priceless. Best purchase I could have made.

Throughout the ordering and payment process I was actually communicating with a human being. They were very patient and understanding of my financial situation and waited until I was paid to pay them, yet despite this they still shipped my item promptly. Trend times gets my 5 star recommendation. Top Shelf Company. Thank you.

They are a very unprofessional company! I PURCHASED A 550 dollar scooter that they advertised as brand new. It took 3weeks to receive then when i recieved it I got it started once and it never started again. I seen a hole in seat rust in nuts (they claim to be grease) and now electrical tape. I contacted customer service over 50 times (seriously) and each time I'm told they will contact me back and NEVER do... then I get threatening emails that they will file a police report if I don't take my reviews down. They claim it's fake there's Nothing fake about it! Then they said they have sent FedEx to my house (with no return label) then the next email they finally got smart and offered a label... this company is a fraud and if your interested in finding out more or seeing the emails please reach me at *******436 my name is Theresa

To be clear I have not purchased this item thru trend times. Just wanted to let folks know that My MagicCars company is horrible. Their products not worth the money at all. It is sad to see that a quality company as Trend Times carries the brand. Definitely pick another brand car for your kids you will be much happier.

Thank you again for the replacement landing gear you sent me. I was worried that I would not be able to fly and land again. I am really happy now and I have a lot of people asking where I got my plane from. I always recommend you and thank you again for the great service. I will be back for more soon. I went to this website looking for an SUV for my son's birthday in October. I was waiting for them to get on the line so I googled their reviews since I never heard of them. By the time they got on the the line I had already read bad reviews and decided otherwise. I was nice enough to not just disconnect (i work call center and know how it is) so I just said never mind, i didnt like the reviews. Then they got CRAZY! Definitely made it an easy choice NOT to do business with them. Merry Christmas? ToysRUs? They are clearly scammers.

I did take the time to also retrieve the other chats that you neglected to provide that used profanity and not nice things to say. We are still happy to help, but using profanity, false accusations, and making fun of people cannot be tolerated. That being said we are all happy to help. This is the worst website description I have ever seen. The only and I mean only things that were true was the leather seats and the weight limit other than that the power wheels brand is actually better. I wish I would have researched further please don't spend the money if the jeep would have been 300 I probably wouldn't complain as much. The jeep that hold 200lbs and can hold 2 other children yeah right its so small. My children are way too tall we had my sons friends over and his 3 year old niece was cramped. So so so disappointed. I have never been this disappointed in any item. Also I bought directly from Magic Cars. Com not trend times

First I would like to say that I was very irritable calling into customer service and getting no answer because of there time zone from mines concerning my RV remote car that I ordered. But I would like to thank John Marlan the Supervisor for reaching out to me and giving me conference that my order will be delivered and it was delivered as promise and its a beautiful car. John also for my troubles given me extra warranty for the car and a custom license plate. Again thank you john for all your help. ZM

Customer service is a joke. I waited a week before calling when no tracking was uploaded to my order. Call 3 consecutive days with each call being over 1 hour each time. I was told to wait till Friday and tracking would be submitted which is a tactic just to get you off the phone. Friday came and after another 70 minute phone call I was told they could not complete the order. This was after three people telling me the order was filled with no problems in consecutive days. This company will just waste your time! Use them at your own risk.

TERRIBLE customer service, rude employees, hour long wait times on phone calls, takes days to receive email responses. I received faulty product (they admitted to this) but refuse to allow me to return it. They offered to send new parts and instruction videos but I'd have to break the car down and repair pieces that we didn't even put together. It's brand new, it should work! They refuse to give my money back. Disputing with bank now and also reported on BBB. I have videos to prove my case that it's a faulty item.

UPDATE-- This is a follow-up review to my initial review left about a month ago. After TrendTimes made it very clear they were not accepting my return (and were extremely rude), I decided to dispute the $600 charge through my bank (BOA). After 4 months from purchase date, I received notice that I had won the dispute and could ship the car back. After it got picked up I had plans to move on and wash my hands clean of this terrible experience. TrendTimes must have been super upset about having to return my money, they then researched me and contacted my old boss telling him they were taking legal action against me for leaving fake reviews! I quit working for this company 5 years ago! How crazy is this?!? They are now sending me daily threatening emails. I refuse to take my reviews down, this is the truth and other consumers deserve to hear about my experience. And it's very clear I'm not the only one! Please read ALL reviews on TrustPilot, SightJabber and even with the Better Business Bureau before you purchase from this company. They are completely mad over there! SiteJabber alone shows 64 reviews, overall rating is 2 stars! This company needs to be shut down. I attached photos showing email communication and threatening legal action against me. Enjoy!

We ordered a Mercedes Jeep described on the Trend Times website for 9 years of age. It was for 3-6 on the box. I attempted to return. However, the company refused. Trend times will not take calls, and verbally harassed me encouraging a lawsuit. They stole $600 from my family and threatened my job personally. I had to report this company to the local BBB and authorities. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a 4wheel drive truck for my grandsons birthday they took $459.99 out of my bank and never sent the truck to me I've been asking for my money back for a total of 4 weeks now. Everytime I call a salesman tells me he will connect me to a supervisor but no one will answer they have been telling me by email that I would receive a refund by certain dates still no refund. If I don't receive my refund by end of business 11-11-19 I will file suit I'm also filing with the BBB and I'm also taking my story to our local channel news that reaches around 120.000 homes they have already agreed to hear my story. I don't want anyone else to have to go through this here at the holiday season. So please people don't order from this company. Gordon Ocon.

This is the best customer service I have experienced in a long, long time. They are very personable and understanding. My grandson loves his new car! We go it so his parents could have him be the ring bearer at their wedding as is too young to walk. We are going to drive him down the aisle in the car we bought him! Thank you very much as you will never know how much your toys brought true fun to our family. It was a great experience and I recommend you to all my family and friends.

I ordered a magic car jeep for my daughters birthday 15 days before the date I needed it. 18 days later I still have not received the item. My daughter did not get a present on her birthday because of this company. I paid for 5-10 day shipping and the company refused to refund that amount even though they didn't provide it. The company is not able to be reached by phone, only email so I've had to wait over a day for a response to every email I've sent. I am beyond displeased with TrendTimes and will never order from them again.

Ditto on all of the horrible reviews. BUYER BEWARE. We bought a fire engine on their site. Next day, found it on Amazon for $80 cheaper and $40 cheaper on shipping (it only costs $200 to begin with). I tried to work with them but their customer service is awful and rude. This is a horrible company.

Where do I begin... Every bad review you read on this site can not be more accurate. Management is so rude, condescending, the list goes on. This place is a total scam. Like the other reviewers stated. Buy from a reputable company, this place is a joke.

I have purchased two cars this year from this company. The sales people are rude, protect and condone each other's behavior and actually respond (as someone else) when you complain The two cars Lamborghini and Porsche we crap. Compared to the fabulous Porsche I ordered from the, two years ago. I loved the old product which was $150 cheaper. I Never look at price when I want something... I'm willing o pay more for quality. However when a company blatantly * the verbally assaults you I'll draw the line The incredibly horrid, rude, obnoxious, and condescending sales person named * is destroying trend Times... i will never purchase anything from this company again... ever. You can buy the exact identical cars from Walmart.com and amazon for much less and get better service.

I waited weeks for the cars, with no updates, I called each time and emailed. I was told by * I was being a pest. Who says that I have bought three cars totaling over $1000 I am a serious buyer without time to shop around. I thought I found a great source two yeas aGo. Heed my warning... you will be sorry if you buy from them.

DO NOT order from this website. The customer service is the worst (incompetent and rude) that I have ever dealt with. I normally do not write reviews, even if I am dissatisfied, but there was no way I could not write about how awful this company is. The car was delivered well past the date it was promised and even when told that I would no longer need the car if not delivered by the expected date, it was delivered (weeks later). I have been trying to return it ever since and cannot get a response via email or phone. I had my credit card company dispute the charge and they just keep billing me every cycle. THE WORST.

We ordered a Jeep for my sons birthday, besides the fact that we were told it was in stock and we would receive it for his birthday it was then put on back order which I get, COVID is here and everyone is ordering. We receive the Jeep and from opening the box we were disappointed. There's nothing about this Jeep we are happy about. We were informed the wheels were rubber, which they are a composite, not what we were wanting. Also, we bought this Jeep because it says "mommy and me" weight limit 200lbs. I'm a small person I weight 105lbs and I have a one year old. There is NO way we both could fit in this Jeep. Now, we have been in communication with this company probably 10 times and they are the rudest people ever! Nothing is being solved but them sending nasty emails and pretty much calling me a liar.
I repeat! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
