We bought the jeep for my 3 year old for his birthday in August. When it arrived there were numerous broken parts in the engine area, the wheel axle was bent so he couldn't even ride it. After numerous attempts to get new pieces, they finally arrived but weren't the correct pieces. Not only that, after multiple back and forth, they offered a $75 credit to bring it to a local shop to fix it in DECEMBER! My child has been unable to ride this car since day one! The other option I was given, was to box it up, crate it and pay for the shipping. Really? It was your mistake not mine that the vehicle came in broken and bent-maybe insure your packages so you don't have deal with this!
