I ordered a shade sail from Trend times. They sent the wrong shade of Red. Nothing like the one shown in their add. The order was missing the carrying case and the three Carabiners.
When I returned it to them they refused to pay for my return shipping. I have not product from them and I'm out the $15 return shipping. I wish I could choose a "0" rating at this site.
DO NOT order from this website. The customer service is the worst (incompetent and rude) that I have ever dealt with. I normally do not write reviews, even if I am dissatisfied, but there was no way I could not write about how awful this company is. The car was delivered well past the date it was promised and even when told that I would no longer need the car if not delivered by the expected date, it was delivered (weeks later). I have been trying to return it ever since and cannot get a response via email or phone. I had my credit card company dispute the charge and they just keep billing me every cycle. THE WORST.
I ordered an R/C helicopter and it never worked right out of the box. It just spins in circles on the floor. I called them and after putting me on hold for half an hour they hung up on me. I wrote them and after several days they responded by saying that they only warranted the parts and I could submit a part list to have new parts shipped. Total rip off!
Ditto on all of the horrible reviews. BUYER BEWARE. We bought a fire engine on their site. Next day, found it on Amazon for $80 cheaper and $40 cheaper on shipping (it only costs $200 to begin with). I tried to work with them but their customer service is awful and rude. This is a horrible company.
After reading all the negative reviews about this company I became very worried about the delivery of my expensive order of the tug boat & a speed boat for my grandsons for Christmas. I emailed on different occasions & had an immediate response each time with the info I needed. I had no problem reaching customer service. I have received the boats & the boys love them!
First I would like to say that I was very irritable calling into customer service and getting no answer because of there time zone from mines concerning my RV remote car that I ordered. But I would like to thank John Marlan the Supervisor for reaching out to me and giving me conference that my order will be delivered and it was delivered as promise and its a beautiful car. I used to ride all the time, but got busy with work. Thank you for helping me find the right unicycle to get back into the sport. I will be back for the more advanced model to do trucks once I get good again!

I just wanted to say that I received my helicopter and I forgot the phone number to call so I looked it up as I want to get an extra battery pack. Just called them now and had no issues. Helicopter flies great! I crashed a few times, but there were spare parts in the box.
Thank you again for the replacement landing gear you sent me. I was worried that I would not be able to fly and land again. I am really happy now and I have a lot of people asking where I got my plane from. I always recommend you and thank you again for the great service. I will be back for more soon. Very good with fast responses. Definitely more than I was expecting compared to prior experiences with hobby shops. Your customer service is top notch. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family and will shop with you again as our daughter grows up.
I ordered Range Rover car similar to what they advertised in their website. When the package came in it was the same packaging from Lot Less store. I believe they bought the same toy from other store and mail it to you directly. When I emailed them for tracking the delivery date, here is their reply "The order was processed today and will be assembled and packaged in the next day..." Complete lie. They do not have the product to be assembled they buy from Toy's R US or other store.
I wanted to cancel and return their product but they refused to. They wanted a picture first and want to understand why I am unhappy and blah blah because they are doing business for more than 10 years and people are happy about their product and this is the first time they are hearing this bad stories. Total crap!
Now I gave up and do not have time to deal with this B. S. Never again. I reported them to FTC. Please everyone do not buy from this place.
My mother placed an order for me a tattoo kit and I received the verification phone call but missed it so I return the call and a guy answers and says what do you want why do you keep calling? I will never ever encourage anyone to order from this horrible site
This company charged my credit card on 12/6/16. Today is 12/21/16, they have told me via email that the order has shipped but they will not give me a tracking number.
If this has happened to you contact your credit card company for a refund. If enough people do this trend times will not be able to process credit cards. This will stop their scam.
Dont buy crap from trend times. I purchased a toy for christmas, when it arrived it smelt moldy. It must have gotten wet in the warehouse. It did not work at all. You have to jump through hoops to return. Stay away from this store.
Never again! Boat never worked and they will only ship parts out to fix it, which i never received. And now they wont even do that. Justin, supervisor for customer service is rude and short. He was rude the minute he answered the phone. The contact phone number from their distributor was a personal voicemail. Do not use this company! They are a scam
Trend Time Toys is a rip off and a fraudulent company. They sell poorly made products and than charge their customers a restocking fee to return the item. Their customer service is awful. There commumication with the company via e-mail they avoided my request for a refund and wanted to solve the issue by sending me a replacement rc truck. When I contacted them via phone I spoke with the "Floor Supervisor" who was rude and attempted to blame me for not liking the rc truck rather than accepting that it was poorly made and not safe for kids. I hope that anyone who reads this will choose to not use the company so they do not have to be ripped off.
Spent 100 dollars and have not receive my order and can not get to talk to someone to find out where my order is at or get a tracking number I would not recommend this place to no one they will get ripped off luckily my bank is going to give me my money back
We ordered a Jeep for my sons birthday, besides the fact that we were told it was in stock and we would receive it for his birthday it was then put on back order which I get, COVID is here and everyone is ordering. We receive the Jeep and from opening the box we were disappointed. There's nothing about this Jeep we are happy about. We were informed the wheels were rubber, which they are a composite, not what we were wanting. Also, we bought this Jeep because it says "mommy and me" weight limit 200lbs. I'm a small person I weight 105lbs and I have a one year old. There is NO way we both could fit in this Jeep. Now, we have been in communication with this company probably 10 times and they are the rudest people ever! Nothing is being solved but them sending nasty emails and pretty much calling me a liar.
I repeat! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
