I ordered the Mercedes AMG G55 Kid Toy car on on 4/30/15 and was promised a delivery date of 05/09/2015; however, I never rec'd a tracking number, so I called and spoke to a person named George who was rude and very unprofessional. I contacted my bank and the charges are being disputed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

Cool Product

I bought a product; but not directly from them. It was the Jeep Ride On. It was brand new in the box and never opened. The person I bought it from wanted a pink one, but they weren't available at the time. He invested in the black version to at least get one. Well, the pink became available and he decided to purchase that as well for his daughter. Now he was stuck with a black one that he did not prefer. He decided to sell it online for a discounted price due to shipping it back would be just as much as a loss on overall cost. So, I purchase it from him online. Seeing he was local there was no shipping costs involved, just meet up. I purchased it, put it together and can't be more impressed with the quality and how cool they really are. Of course, it's a Christmas present, so the real quality has yet to be seen as it has not been used yet other than the normal testing of the product. At any rate, this thing is cool, appears to have good quality and the person I purchased it from received both (black, then pink) with no noted issues. So far now, this appears to be a great deal (albeit I purchased at discounted price) even if purchased at retail.

I have purchased two cars this year from this company. The sales people are rude, protect and condone each other's behavior and actually respond (as someone else) when you complain The two cars Lamborghini and Porsche we crap. Compared to the fabulous Porsche I ordered from the, two years ago. I loved the old product which was $150 cheaper. I Never look at price when I want something... I'm willing o pay more for quality. However when a company blatantly * the verbally assaults you I'll draw the line The incredibly horrid, rude, obnoxious, and condescending sales person named * is destroying trend Times... i will never purchase anything from this company again... ever. You can buy the exact identical cars from Walmart.com and amazon for much less and get better service.

I waited weeks for the cars, with no updates, I called each time and emailed. I was told by * I was being a pest. Who says that I have bought three cars totaling over $1000 I am a serious buyer without time to shop around. I thought I found a great source two yeas aGo. Heed my warning... you will be sorry if you buy from them.

I ordered the scooter standup seat kit on 4/1/15 never got a tracking number so I called the number and got a person named George who was rude and hung up on me twice so I called my credit card company and explained that I got scamed so they reversed the charges thank god DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

Worst online retailer

I ordered g55 for my sons birthday 2 weeks in advance and was told it would arrive on time. A week and a half past, no tracking number, I cant get a hold of anyone in tcustomer service, left several voicemails and no callbacks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

If the company you purchased an item is not willing to work with you on a refund or return simply contact the (BBB) Better Business Bureau. They will work with you to resolve the issue.

ABSOLUTE BULL$#*!

I am beyond upset after ordering a product from trend times. The quality is complete crap and absolutely not what was described on the site. I wanted to return the item, and so I emailed them in regards to the process of this, since nothing is posted on the site for returns. THEY DONT DO RETURN APPARENTLY! Which should be clearly noted on the site, so people are aware prior to ordering. I wish I read these reviews prior to ordering as I would have never ordered anything from them. But truly I never had an experience like this where I ordered a product and was unable to return it. I would NOT recommend anyone to purchase anything from them, Im thankful I only spent $50 as it could have been so much worse. WORST customer service, WORST product quality, and the site itself it complete BS, since their descriptions are not at all what the real thing is. Complete SCAM! Not to mention I received dozens of emails requesting me to take the time and recommend this site to friends and family, as well to offer my opinion on the product! If their going to go out of their way to email me a million times, they should try to reach some customer satisfaction, or at least describe their products truthfully! GOOD LUCK, I defiantly WILL NOT be recommending this site to anyone, let alone be purchasing anything from here again! VERY DISAPPOINTED :(

I'd like to start off with issuing a buyer beware warning before purchasing from TrendTimes.com. To give a quick background story regarding my experience with Trendtimes.com, it started with my young child gaining access to my credit card without my knowledge and placing an order on their website. After seeing the charges on my account, I called the Trendtimes.com customer service number and spoke with a man about my situation. I explained how the card was used without authorization (basically stolen) and while I acknowledged their 25% restocking fee, I asked for them to go beyond their standard policy and waive the fee given the difficult situation. I explained how I come from a background in sales and customer service so I know that restocking fees are essentially bogus fees that can be waived. Especially when they are receiving 100% of their merchandise back and I paid the shipping fees leaving them with nothing out-of-pocket. After he showed no interest in working with me, I asked to speak with a manager and was denied. While pleading my case again, the man apparently got annoyed and instead of being empathetic (which is customer service 101), he scolded me saying I should have kept my child from taking my card in the first place. After agreeing with him, he offered the solution of filing a police report on my child and then once they received the report, MAYBE they would waive the restocking fee. I then explained how no parent is going to file a police report on their 8 year old child for a situation like this but instead of helping me another man came on the phone and was even more belligerent than the previous one. From then on he went on a tirade of blaming the exodus of customer service reps on "people like you," telling me that if I had been "cool," that maybe they could have helped me (which I was "cool" and they didn't help at all), and finally asking why I wasn't at work today and telling me I could afford the restocking fee. Tired of receiving the worst customer service ever, I asked for his name so that I could include it in my review about their service. He refused and hung up.
Having heard my experience with Trendtimes, please beware before purchasing anything from this company.
