I ordered a train conductors outfit for my sons 2nd birthday party. I paid $55 for 2 day shipping to insure that I had my item in more then enough time for my sons birthday. I've emailed twice and called multiple times. I was promised emails, callbacks, etc. still no item, no tracking number, no email, or no call back. I am beyond words. The money as been removed from my account with nothing to show for it. I am so upset and so is my son.

Ordered two RC boats for Birthday for the pool. The boats leaked, took on water and died within 10 minutes. Customer service knew about these boats and stated it wasn't the first time. We sent them back and they denied our claim. $100 and we have nothing. We got suckerd to buy poor quality products from Trend Times.

Terrible!

I only ordered 2 wheels for my go-kart and after the 8-10 business day arrival date pasted and my order was not here I emailed them for a tracking number. The tracking number I received told me it had already been delivered! It was no where to be found! After calling fed ex they told me to tell them to file a lost report. They refused until I told them I wanted my money back. After I told them that they, resent.

Do not order from this company they send it damaged items and expect you to send the item back and then want to charge you a restocking fee for an item that is damaged so they can go and do that to somebody else

Untrustworthy company

So this is an update to my saga with trend times. I finally did get the email with my tracking number and now I'm for sure that the person that I spoke to originally did lie because they did not put my product in the mail until 8 days after I made the purchase. I made the purchase on the 10th when I finally did get the tracking number from UPS trend times didn't put my product in the mail until 8 days later after the purchase was made. Extremely poor company to deal with.

TOTAL SCAM

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY... I purchased a $100 r/c toy for my son for Christmas. When he opened it on Christmas morning the truck was broken. I contacted CS and they were VERY helpful w/assisting me w/the exchange. Well, I'm still dealing w/CS and getting no where with this company. I paid $25 to ship the broken toy back only to receive a very cheap version of the r/c toy as my exchange. CS insist it's the same toy, it clearly is not! I've been told I am just not able to please, the customer service rep even suggested I give the toy to someone else who'd enjoy it. REALLY! I bought a $100 toy and was sent one worth about $20 how is that legal? Don't waste you time or money! Shut this website down! I could go on and on and on about this company NO GOOD

I order hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise from various webstores, but will NEVER spend another penny at trendtimes. I have never experienced such poor customer service.
I ordered a exhaust system for my scooter from their website, but unbeknownst to me they had the wrong picture posted for the SKU number so what I received was not what I was expecting. During various emails with a person named "Samantha" (probably not a real person), they made it sound as if it was my ordering error. So while they agreed to do an exchange, they forced me to pay return shipping and shipping to send the correct item. I will NEVER do business with this shady webstore again.

I had the worst experience buying and dealing with this company. I ordered a car for my son beggining of December and two weeks later I received a text message from the company saying they cannot deliver the car by Christmas. I immediately call them and was on the phone holding for 21/2 hours not exagerating I can attached a picture of the phone showing the amount of time spent on the phone call. Anyways they told me I could change cars and that they will guarantee Ill have it for Christmas the guy checked with the warehouse and confirmed it was available and he was gonna send an email with tracking confirmation within 24hr. A day went by and never received an email from Trend Times Toys. I called them back and the car they told me it was available and they promised it was going to be delivered by Christmas they didn't have it in stock. They wanted me to change cars again. At this point 10 days away from Christmas I'm pissed. I don't see my son with a car, this company keeps offering and promising things but nothing is happening. I ended up canceling the order. Hopefully they'll deposit the money back to my account which is over $600. Best recommendation I can give you, deal with a real company, someone who can deliver and know what they have and can give you the peace of mind that what you are buying will arrive when they say they will. I encourage to not buy from these people if you don't want to go through the worst nightmare of your life. Now I don't have the one thing my son asked for Christmas and time wise is gonna be hard ordering from any company and get it in less than a week.

Thieves and abusers

We ordered a Mercedes Jeep described on the Trend Times website for 9 years of age. It was for 3-6 on the box. I attempted to return. However, the company refused. Trend times will not take calls, and verbally harassed me encouraging a lawsuit. They stole $600 from my family and threatened my job personally. I had to report this company to the local BBB and authorities. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

SCAM ARTISTS

These guys are 100% scam artists. They took money and tried to not send the toys. This site is linked to rctrucks.com (also a scamming toy company) and collegehighway.com
Its a young guy trying to get free money. He is in AZ, the "business" line is routed through a remote line on CA to make it seem like a big business. DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE. The dba in Maricopa county even says fraudulent. Scammers! Sincerely, angry mom.

I signed up for site jabber just to write a review for this retailer. STAY AWAY! They NEVER EVER respond to your emails/phone calls/voice messages. The customer service is just UNREACHABLE. I had to cancel my order but they shipped it out anyways then charged me for the shipping and the restocking fee, even though I called FedEx to stop the shipment. I am currently disputing my charges with them. STAY AWAY!

My story is the same. I paid a pretty large shipping fee for an item that would be here 5-10 days. It has now been 2 weeks. Thinking it was FedEx that was slow I called and they had a label ready but Trendtimes had not started the shipping process. Called the CS number... recording to leave email... I leave email and the ugliness began. Because of all the unprofessionalism and lack of trust, I have disputed the charges with my credit card company. I now have them leaving messages on my cell phone telling me how mean I am and how they have never experienced anything like this before. "John" also said he would put this is private collections and notify Experian. This is beyond crazy! This basement outfit needs to be shutdown. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. IF I CAN'T FIND IT ON AMAZON... I DON'T NEED IT.

I made my order 10 days ago so started wondering when it would arive, should have bin 5 days age. So i went online to track my order and there was no tracking order number. Started getting suspicious figured id call customer support well they kept me waiting on hold for 50 minutes then hung up on me when i called back 40 minutes on hold and then a hangup again, so i called the new order custimer number and somebody picked up right away when i explained what had happened she was rude and simply said i can't help you so i hung up and called back the new number and she picked up right away the same woman i think this is a basement buisness 1 maby 2 people that run the company i wonder if ill ever get my order or if its just a SCAM

TERRIBLE customer service, rude employees, hour long wait times on phone calls, takes days to receive email responses. I received faulty product (they admitted to this) but refuse to allow me to return it. They offered to send new parts and instruction videos but I'd have to break the car down and repair pieces that we didn't even put together. It's brand new, it should work! They refuse to give my money back. Disputing with bank now and also reported on BBB. I have videos to prove my case that it's a faulty item.

UPDATE-- This is a follow-up review to my initial review left about a month ago. After TrendTimes made it very clear they were not accepting my return (and were extremely rude), I decided to dispute the $600 charge through my bank (BOA). After 4 months from purchase date, I received notice that I had won the dispute and could ship the car back. After it got picked up I had plans to move on and wash my hands clean of this terrible experience. TrendTimes must have been super upset about having to return my money, they then researched me and contacted my old boss telling him they were taking legal action against me for leaving fake reviews! I quit working for this company 5 years ago! How crazy is this?!? They are now sending me daily threatening emails. I refuse to take my reviews down, this is the truth and other consumers deserve to hear about my experience. And it's very clear I'm not the only one! Please read ALL reviews on TrustPilot, SightJabber and even with the Better Business Bureau before you purchase from this company. They are completely mad over there! SiteJabber alone shows 64 reviews, overall rating is 2 stars! This company needs to be shut down. I attached photos showing email communication and threatening legal action against me. Enjoy!

WASTE OF MONEY!

I would give them zero stars if it allowed me. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They will waste your time and money! I wish I did better research prior to purchasing from Trend Times. I received my package (Mercedes AMG 55) almost 3 weeks after I ordered then when I opened the box, the car back bumper was broken and dangling. The lights were broken into several pieces! The truck and remote look nothing like the picture and is made of CHEAP PLASTIC. They have a 24 hour customer service number to assist you when making a purchase but NO service, assistance or number when you have a problem and need assistance!

It would seem that no matter what product one looks at on their site, they all have five star reviews! Odd? I'd say!

I tried to review a gazebo cover we ordered to say it was way too much fabric and the rain made it sag so badly we had to renovate with pvc pipe up all four sides towards the top centre, in order to hold the canvas in place and allow the rain to drain off. The top tier piece was so floppy we had to add a tall cannister up there on top of the framework, to hold the canvas for it up tight, as it simply blew around in the wind.

I wrote a review last week, checked this week and it is not there. So I wrote another one. It is not there either. I am not sure if that SUBMIT button really goes anywhere and I certainly did not get a chance to give ANY stars at all on my review so am not sure why all their products show star ratings at all. I will not order from them again, that is for sure.

Update: October 25,2015 - I went to their site and my review (which they emailed and asked for and I sent again) is still not there. The canopy still shows a five star rating.

I contacted my bank and the charges are being disputed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY
