My story is the same. I paid a pretty large shipping fee for an item that would be here 5-10 days. It has now been 2 weeks. Thinking it was FedEx that was slow I called and they had a label ready but Trendtimes had not started the shipping process. Called the CS number... recording to leave email... I leave email and the ugliness began. Because of all the unprofessionalism and lack of trust, I have disputed the charges with my credit card company. I now have them leaving messages on my cell phone telling me how mean I am and how they have never experienced anything like this before. "John" also said he would put this is private collections and notify Experian. This is beyond crazy! This basement outfit needs to be shutdown. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. IF I CAN'T FIND IT ON AMAZON... I DON'T NEED IT.
