I'm still waiting for the Hotel confirmation number. I called the hotel and nothing is on records.

TravelUp is easy to use and has the best prices! We got a great deal on the resort we chose!
Not even 1 day paid 609 cancel an get back 460 something back thought it was one than 1 bed.

We are glad to see this issue has been resolved. Your booking was originally in 100% cancellation charges as per the terms and conditions, however our staff were able to talk to the supplier and reduce to cost down further as a gesture of goodwill
