Your site indicated that there was an issue with my first attempt at a booking so within minutes of the first attempt, I booked the same hotel for the same dates. You are now trying to charge my credit card for both reservations (the first attempt, despite their notice to me, had actually been booked). They refuse to provide any information and do not call back. The hotel still does not have my booking 72 hours prior to my departure.

While price changed very quickly during booking it still looked like a great price until the resort charges came in on the booking details email. I was surprised by the high amount of the resort fees which was a lot higher than the same charges directly on the hotel's web site.
